• Deborah (10/5): Fabulous long weekend in this perfectly located hotel with the most comfortable bed - Location was perfect. Room with balcony was a bonus. The extra large bed was so comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks being available and a lovely sunny outside space with a plunge pool was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Helped us arrange car hire for 2 days and gave us some advice on beaches that would suit our needs.

Cleaned so well every day. Really lovely helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Loved the honesty bar. Would definitely come again. The spa is small only for 2.

They provided us with a kettle in the room and we liked the breakfasts, the complimentary extras and the honesty bar. Parking nearby is really easy. Pillows could have been better and, as we were there for a few days, it would have been nice to have more than one chair in the room but that wouldn't necessarily deter us from booking again.

• Gregor (10/5): Perfect place for an overnight stay in Menorca. - I would highly, highly recommend this hotel. I stayed overnight and it exceeded all expectation. Great room with all the comforts - nice shower, comfortable bed, modern aesthetic. The facilities were also excellent - bar, gym, pool. The staff at the hotel were awesome. My flight was delayed so I was expected to arrive at the hotel when they are typically not available. They called me and said they could accommodate. It was a seamless experience. Right in heart of town too. There is nothing I didn't like about this stay - only that I didn't have more time. Based on observation, I would say if you are renting a car, it might be little more difficult with parking but this did not apply to me.

• VALERIE (4/5): Déception - L’emplacement, le confort de la literie Nous avons dormi dans une chambre au dernier étage, très sombre car les murs sont bleus foncés et manque de lumière, bruyant car mauvaise insonorisation on entend beaucoup les voisins. Attention car les horaires d’ouverture de la réception sont très limités. Chambre disponible à partir de 16 heures. De plus nous avons été très déçus d’apprendre que le petit déjeuner est disponible seulement qu’à partir de 8 heures !! C’est tard ! Comme nous devions quitter l’hôtel vers 7 heures, aucune alternative ne nous a été proposée par le personnel à part prendre un café dans le salon… alors que nous avions payé 30 € ! La réceptionniste nous a dit de voir avec booking pour un remboursement… Ce n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, elle aurait du trouver une solution et ne pas nous laisser partir le ventre vide !!! Inadmissible.

• penelope (8/5): - Casa Ladico is in a fantastic location in the centre, great restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. The room was large, with a separate dressing room but on the ground floor by the main door it was noisy (Room 1). The first staff member to arrive each day crashed about and you could hear breakfast and reception clearly. The room was also a little rough around the edges, the shower control leaks, one of the floorboards has dropped and is annoying when you stub your toe, the door lock doesn't work properly and the Aircon is stuck on freezing even though the control says otherwise. Reception organised easy car hire that came to us and there is free parking (white bays) about 500m away at Aparcament Sinia des Cuc with loads of spaces. We'd definitely stay here again but it is more of a 4 star than a 5 star experience.

Rien dire sur cet hôtel car tout a été fabuleux mais peut être Il faudrait ajouter dans la salle de bain, des bonnets de bain jetable pour éviter de se mouiller les cheveux.

If had to say anything slightly negative it would be the limited availability of a reception after hours but would definitely recommend and will go again.

The hotel is furnished to a very high standard, the rooms have high end toiletries and we felt it was excellent value for money. Minor complaint was the noise at night but a city centre hotel can’t do much about that. Would definitely be our go to place if we ever come back to Mahón.

The outside area was really nice and imagine it would be lovely to use when a little warmer! If we had to provide a small negative, it was a shame that the use of the spa wasn’t included in the price. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Good location for everything in Mahón with a string of very good restaurants just around the corner. Only negatives were a very warm room and noisy from the street on Fri/Sat nights. We would definitely stay here again.
