• Adriana (9/5): jednoznacne super vyber a urcite sa vratime:) - Krasny cisty , svetly a priestranny apartman v pristave a pesej dostupnosti do mesta a zastavok metra. Komunikacia s ubytovanim bola super , v ramci polohy a toho co sme potrebovali sme si nemohli vybrat lepsie. Kavovar nam chybal urcite, ale zase sme mohli vyskusat kazdy den kavicku z inej kaviarne ktore boli hned po ruke od ubytovania.

• Stefania (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro. Stazione metro proprio davanti al portone della struttura. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e ben curato. Se mai dovessimo tornare a Napoli lo risceglieremmo sicuramente. Bisogna fare attenzione con l'acqua calda, soprattutto per chi come me viaggia con bambini, perché la temperatura è veramente alta e c'è il rischio di bruciarsi.

We had a few issues with the equipment in the apartment, and the staff resolved them quickly. 4. Comfortable bed 1. It was quite noisy because of the busy road outside with constant traffic. Even with the windows closed, we could only sleep with earplugs. 2. The kitchen lacked wine glasses and an electric kettle. 3. A basic set of kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil was missing.

• Frank (7/5): Günstig und zentral gelegen, aber laut - Die Lage ist wirklich super, direkt an der Metro und am Hafen gelegen. Das Centro storico ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Es ist wirklich sehr laut, der Verkehr extrem. Die Fenster sind modern, aber keine wirklichen Schallschutzfenster. Ohrenstöpsel sind angesagt und wir sind nicht empfindlich, kommen aus Berlin. Die Küche ist eher sparsam ausgestattet, kaum Gläser, nichts für Wein und das bei diesem Preis. Hatten Probleme mit dem Hauseingang, ließ sich mit der App nicht öffnen, man braucht unbedingt den Code für das Tastenfeld ! Den verrieten uns andere Bewohner. Ansonsten hat es etwas gedauert, bis sich die Vermieter meldeten.

However, when I arrived, the main gate was closed and I had not received any instructions on how to access the main gate I waited outside for a long time and tried calling and messaging them on WhatsApp, but there was no response. After about 4 hours, they finally contacted me and provided the code for the main door. This was very inconvenient and frustrating after a long journey. Also I didn't like the location

• Ivan (9/5): Napoli e le sue meraviglie a portata di mano - Posizione eccezionale: accanto al Maschio Angioino (municipio), alla fermata della metropolitana "municipio" della Linea 1 e al molo Beverello da cui partono tutti gli aliscafi e i mezzi per le isole. A pochissimi minuti dalla Galleria Umberto I e da piazza Plebiscito. Inoltre l'appartamento è molto grande e pulito.
• Mary (8/5): Fabulous Location, Spacious Apartment - The location was so great. It was close to several restaurants, shopping, the ferry and historic places. Also it was a great home base for exploring the Amalfi Coast and visiting Pompei. The apartment was very big and the shower was really nice. The master had a balcony, which was great for people watching. The kitchen was nice and the bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of space to unwind and unpack. The door locking system took some getting used to, as there were three locked doors we had to go through, each time, to get into the apartment and you used your cell phone to unlock each door. I appreciated the security and once inside the apartment, I felt safe. However, the final door to get through was very difficult to open and we had to call the host on one occasion, because it was not working. Also, it was advertised that there was a washing machine, however, it was broken and was unable to be fixed during our stay.

Consigliato. Se mi posso permettere l' unica cosa migliorabile, ovviamente se possibile, considerare una più efficace insonorizzazione degli infissi.

• Coney (8/5): A little stay at Naples - Large space all rooms, safe, balconies in the bedrrom and living area for fresh air and light with provision to close using a shutter blind to reduce noise and light was good. The heating was great. Washing machine and clothes portable clothes line available but bring your own soap. Bed was comfortable with warm blanket. Shops, castle nuovo, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop are near aswell as Metro train access across the road. Well kept kitchen plates, cutleries, utensils, cups, pans, cleaning products, and bathroom soaps, body gel/shampoo, towels. Transit for Alibus to the airport is near walking distance to maritime station. Pillows not good, pan in the kitchen are not induction compatible so cannot use. Salt and pepper container available but empty. Instruction poster in the kitchen bench should have an english translation. Access to building and room door was a bit confusing. No lift available. Should be advised so cistomer is aware.

• Aldo (5/5): Consegnate una chiave non un applicazione! - posizione Il portone e la camera si aprono con un applicazione da istallare sul Cellulare .Il portone principale non si apriva mai. Costretti a chiamare sempre l'operatore per entrare. Dopo due giorni il mio telefono si è rotto non si poteva entrare neanche nell'appartamento alle 02.00 di notte. L'applicazione era stata inviata solo a me e non alla mia compagna . Non c'era un numero di emergenza sul sito solo e.mail. L'applicazione non funzionava nonostante precedentemente inviata da me alla mia compagna. App di apertura Cinese scadente. Non tornerò più in questi appartamenti.

Ottimo il check-in e check-out gestito on line. Difettava un po' il portone di ingresso del palazzo, ma i napoletani ti vengono subito in aiuto con le loro mille risorse

• gendron (9/5): Oasis bien situé propre et confortable - Nous avions l'unité 1. Attention la meme annonce concerne plusieurs unités du même groupe. J'avais bien en tête les photos de l'unité que j'avais louée. A notre arrivée, les pièces n'étaient absolument pas configurées comme sur les photos. J'ai utilisé le téléphone dans l'unité pour appeler les responsables et ils m'ont rapidement répondu et attribué la bonne utité. Celle-ci était parfaite :) L'unité était pourvue de tout les équipements de base et adéquats.

The view of castel nuovo was impeccabile Washing machine available..excellent for those longer stays. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Lots of room in the appartament Small observations.. The kitchen facilities were limited. Would have liked larger drinking glasses and definatley some wine glasses. The sofa bed was adequate,..you could feel the plastic mattress cover under the sheets which loses the luxury the comfort feel As an extra, it would have been nice to have a coat stand in the entrance.

• Imre (9/5): Amúgy szuper volt és köszönjük! - Nagyon rendben van a teljes elektronikus bejutás-kezelés. Számunkra a legjobb a szállás elhelyezkedése volt: a reptéri Alibus pár perc sétára van tőle, szemben a metró, illetve pár perc séta a kikötő, a Spanyol Negyed pár lépésre. Tökéletes lokáció. Csakis a tökéletesség elérése kedvéért, ha van valami, amit kritizálnék, az a konyha furán szerény felszereltsége. Pár pohár, egy kenyérvágó kés, esetleg egy kenyérpirító nem lenne nagy beruházás, de jól jönne. Csakúgy, mint mosogatószivacs és törlő. Illetve én még biztosan bekészítenék a hűtőbe egy kis "welcome drinket" (egy doboz sör/egy picike üveg bor) az egy kis flakon víz mellé. De ez én vagyok, nem volt igazi gond a hiánya, csak jól esett volna. Apró megjegyzés még némi hiányosságról: ha két főre történik 3 éjszakás foglalás, akkor esetleg megfontolandó 4 pici tasak tusfördő helyett 6-ot bekészíteni.

Per accedere all’appartamento abbiamo avuto qualche problema, le istruzioni non sono chiare, ad esempio per accedere alla stanza bisogna specificare che la manopola con i codici va girata due volte altrimenti non si apre. Anche il portone si apre con un codice che non ci è stato comunicato, solo dopo aver chiesto assistenza ci è stato detto che potevamo accedere digitando un codice. Insomma penso che le indicazioni per accedere dovrebbero essere più chiare.

• Santiago (8/5): Es un 8 de 10 - La ubicación es muy buena, es amplio, iluminado, tiene lavadora y buenos espacios. Me gustó mucho el lugar. Tiene todo para ser un 10, pero es un 8. El apartamento es hermoso, está super bien ubicado y tiene muchísimas ventajas. No obstante le hace falta renovar urgentemente las ollas, sartenes, y demás utensilios de aseo que dan asco porque tienen moho y se le desprende el teflon. No es posible cocinar por eso. También sería lindo si aparte de sal hubiera aceite como en todos los demás que nos hospedamos en Europa.

Ero da solo per lavoro ma sarebbe ottimo anche per coppia o 3-4 amici. Tutto perfetto. Era tutto perfetto ma Purtroppo niente colazione nemmeno confezionata. Solo una bottiglietta d'acqua. Wifi libero e funziona ma non ottimale.

• Miriam (8/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien situado, estaba muy limpio y contaba con lo necesario para una estancia corta. El personal del alojamiento fue muy rápido para contactar y resolutivo con algunas cuestiones que surgieron. Al ser un alojamiento, diferente a una habitación de hotel, el cambio de toallas y ropa de cama diaria tenía un coste así como si utilizabas la cocina y la dejabas sucia, también tiene un coste de limpieza, que cargarían en tu tarjeta pasada la estancia. Para poder acceder fue un poco difícil, ya que el enlace con el que desbloqueas las puertas, dejó de funcionar varias veces aunque el personal respondió rápido y se solucionó. Respecto a la ubicación, es una zona muy muy transitada, desde las 5-6 de la mañana hasta las 11-12 de la noche, por ello hay veces que era muy difícil seguir durmiendo con el ruido que generaban los vehículos.

Blisko do kafejek, restauracji i sklepu 365. Zgodne z opisem choć mógłby być expres do kawy. Brak pozostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.

Promenada wzdłuż morza "wyczyszczona" z niechlujnych punktów gastronomicznych za co jestem wdzięczna władzom miasta, wreszcie jest szeroki, piękny widok na morze. Ogólnie z każdym rokiem jest mniej żebraków. Policja i żandarmeria bardzo często patrolują ulice. Następny pozytyw: recykling! Wszędzie stoją przystosowane, CZYSTE pojemniki. Były kłopoty z kodem do apartamentu, ale szczęśliwie gospodarz przekazał inny.
