• Olivia (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay—great breakfast, lovely staff, and a cozy atmosphere, despite a few small issues i’d recommen - I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The bar had a very cozy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, just like the restaurant. I also appreciated the snack bar, which offered good options throughout the day. The room cleaning service could be improved. Housekeeping felt a bit rushed, and the room was not cleaned thoroughly, as some areas and corners were missed. For a 4-star hotel, the standard did not fully meet expectations. Additionally, the room felt somewhat small considering the price.

I had to make an extra matras from the pillows, because i got back pain from the bed.My partner had the same issue.i have a healthy back so this was very unexpected. The night was pure hell ,i considered sleeping in the lounge. I wished i drove back home. Doors are not soundproof, you could hear the people in the hall talking. The cassino all digital and mostly slots machines. Location.

• Madelon (8/5): Een fijn comfortabel hotel als je daar in de buurt moet zijn. - Het was een mooi ruim hotel met een heerlijk zwembad en sauna. Praktisch direct naast de snelweg en gratis parkeren. Vriendelijke mensen. Het zou fijn zijn om handdoekrails te hebben ipv knoppen. Drogen de handdoeken beter en dus worden ze eerder herbruikt. Wij prefereren wel een douchedeur, zodat niet alles nat wordt. We misten een broodrooster bij het ontbijt, verder was het ontbijt top.

Ik heb een upgrade gekregen ter compensatie van het laat kunnen inchecken Ik kon pas om half 4 in de kamer. toen ik in de kamer aan kwam zat de versiering van de eerdere gasten nog aan de muur. • Julia (9/5): - Der Wellnesbereich war toll. Fitnessstudio, Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad... nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt konnte man hier super entspannen. Auch das Bett war wirklich bequem, ich habe hier wirklich gut geschlafen. Das Klo war ein extra Raum, das Waschbecken war in einem separaten Raum nebenan mit der Dusche. Etwas seltsame Aufteilung, aber war ok. Leider gibt es den Shuttle Service zur Fähre nur am Wochenende.

Ondanks dat er twee mensen achter de balie stonden, het was niet druk aan de balie, wij waren de enigste op dat moment om in te schrijven, en melden , ontbijt moet er nog even bij geboekt worden, ook gelijk werd het geld van onze rekening geschreven, en toch de volgende ochtend stonden we niet op de lijst voor het ontbijt.

• Lisanne (10/5): Heerlijk comfortabel hotel! - De sfeer in het hotel is warm en luxe. Het personeel was super vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie, de lobby en het restaurant. De locatie was perfect, je bent zo bij de NDSM werf waar je goedkoop kunt parkeren en daarna de veerboot nemen naar het centrum. De douche was heerlijk, het water was in het bad en in de douche gelijk warm. Het eten in het restaurant en de servicekosten voor de roomservice.

Il manque une sortie de bain ainsi que des petites pantoufles pour se rendre à la piscine, un vrai cendrier sur le balcon pour posée sa cigarette serait plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, nous n'avons pas trouvé de chocolats chaud ( cacao en poudre disponible mais pas de lait chaud ) ,pas de petits pains au chocolat non plus ) . La vue du balcon sur un zonning industrielle, on a vu mieux .

• Marc (7/5): Goed - Locatie, voorzieningen, kamers top! Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met een medewerker aan de balie. Ik voelde me niet lekker en vroeg beleefd of ik een uur langer mocht blijven. Ik begrijp dat er regels zijn, maar de manier waarop deze persoon mij te woord stond was ronduit in klantvriendelijkheid. Totaal geen klantvriendelijkheid, geen poging om mee te denken of te helpen, alleen een afwijzende houding alsof ik een last was. Deze medewerker heeft duidelijk dringend een communicatietraining nodig. Zelfs als het antwoord "nee" moet zijn, kun je dit op een respectvolle en behulpzame manier brengen. Het is echt jammer dat zo'n persoon een mooie locatie als deze volledig kan verpesten. Door deze behandeling weet ik niet of ik hier ooit nog terugkom. Klantvriendelijkheid en een beetje menselijkheid leken volledig te ontbreken. Slechte zaak.
• Ron (9/5): Top hotel in Nederland - Personeel heel behulpzaam en nemen de tijd voor je. Grote kamer, lekkere badkamer en voor mij belangrijk, goede tv waarop je je mobiel kan streamen, en de tv aan je voeteind. Even bij het inchecken zeggen dat je een bedrag op je credit kaart kunt zetten zodat ik niet voor gek sta als ik drank op mn kamernummer wil zetten.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam who’s doesn’t want to be staying in the centre.

• Muhammad Mamoon (8/5): - Clean, well decorated rooms. Professional and helpful staff. Gym well equipped. Pool very nicely maintained. Only caveat is the location. Public transport links are very limited. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus station that links with the metro to the city centre. If you have a car or are an avid cyclist, the location won't be a problem. But if you're relaying on public transport, you will have to shell out for uber rides. Overall, a very nice experience once you're in the hotel itself.

• Viktoria (9/5): - Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück und Mittagessen haben uns gefallen. Pool Sauna haben uns auch gut gefallen sehr schön auf dem obersten Stock mit tollem Ausblick. Haben auf Dem Nord Parkplatz geparkt und waren dann in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn in der Stadt. Das U-Bahn ticket kann beim Parkautomaten eingelöst werden, deswegen nicht wegwerfen. Personal bei Mittagessen unaufmerksam, essen gebracht aber kein Besteck gebracht und weitere Kleinigkeiten gaben nicht gepasst. Teppich auf dem Fußboden nicht so meins.

Fejl i regninger og bestillinger. Det er simpelthen bare ikke godt nok. Masser af personale, men alle render forvildet rundt. Der er plads til forbedringer på et ellers fint hotel.

• Sideways_view (8/5): Good stay in a decent hotel, but we did have a couple of minor issues. - Overall, a good stay. Rooms comfortable and fairly clean (more of that later). Great parking - a small tip, use the underground parking when its hot! Hotel provides an excellent shuttle service 2.50 per person per trip, to the NSDM ferry point - to Amsterdam city centre. This is very useful. Restaurant is good and keenly priced. Great breakfast - one of the best I have ever had and well worth the extra. We had a couple of issues during our stay - we requested that room was cleaned after day 2 - this never happened. At the bar one evening, we waited over 20 minutes to be served - to be fair the waitress did apologise, but by then we had had enough of waiting. We used the spa once, it was very good. We also used the casino one night in the basement, this was an experience I probably will not try again! Minor issues aside, its a great hotel, very convenient to get to. I would stay again.

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Superior breakfast. Really nice and professional staff. Ability to get with dog to the breakfast area / eat at lobby if 3 corner tables were taken. Often outside of the hotel (parking space, underground parking) there was terrible smell at different times of the day / night. Dog fee is really high and the 100euro deposit is nowhere mentioned on booking.
• Gwen en Maurice (9/5): Een verblijf dat van a-z perfect was. - Gratis parkeren zowel binnen als buiten genoeg mogelijkheden. Verder diverse oplaad palen aanwezig, buiten maar ook in de garage. Hotel ligt 18 minuten van Schiphol. De ontvangst bij receptie verliep snel en werden geholpen door een zeer vriendelijke dame. Ook de overnachting met onze hond was geen probleem. De kamer was zeer ruim, schoon met twee ruime 2 persoonsbedden. Het bad voorzien van een bubbelbad en in de ochtend een heerlijke regendouche genomen. In het restaurant werden we zeer vriendelijk bediend door Ashraf buiten op het terras. We voelde ons direct thuis. Het eten was kwalitatief goed en werd mooi gepresenteerd. Op de achtergrond genoten we van heerlijk muziek. Kortom zeker een hotel om nog eens terug te komen. Eigenlijk was alles top 🙌

• moise (10/5): Hôtel de très bon niveau - Hôtel tres agréable. Le personnel est au top. Restaurant de l’hôtel tres bon et petit déjeuner parfait beaucoup de choix. La chambre est grande, confortable, avec le petit plus fort agréable de la baignoire balnéo. Salle de sport tres bien équipé avec une belle petite piscine et sauna Grand parking gratuit, sous l’hôtel, avec prises pour VE. Il semble y avoir un accès simple pour Amsterdam mais non testé Rien à dire sur l’hôtel L’environnement de l’hôtel est juste « industriel » dans une zone d’activité (avantage: proche des grands axes de circulation)
