When enquired, we were told that those are the prices. 4 Rooms and all had the same/Similar amount.

The villas were spacious with an ethnic Rajasthani touch and there was plenty of space for our luggage. Food exceeded expectations, specifically the continental items that I tried. All staff were very warm and hospitable and allowed for a very smooth experience hosting the wedding. Thanks Indana for making this event so memorable!

The room was great and so was the view of the Aravali hills from the balcony. But the stand out experience was the hospitality we received from the restaurant staff be it during breakfast which was included in our stay or the ala carte meals we had in lunch or dinner. Ms Kavita in particular was a stand out host and such a pleasant personality who can win over any set of guests. The entire staff right from the reception to the room service takes very good care of the people staying there. Behaviour of everyone was very nice. Rooms were spacious. Only improvement I felt was required in the water quality of the swimming pool. Rest everything was perfect. It would not be out of place to mention that even their security is very good. - Nomad07630044755 (2/5): Title: Very Disappointed with Staff Behavior & Misguidance - Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and faced a very unpleasant experience with the staff. I had ordered some soft drinks and chips through Blinkit. Initially, the staff told me that outside food was not allowed. When I clarified that it was only cold drinks and chips, they agreed and said it was fine. I made the payment to the delivery rider and informed the guard to send it upstairs. He also said “Ok sir, we will send it.” However, after I went to my room, I received a call from the reception saying that they could not deliver it and I had to collect it myself. This is completely misguiding the guest. First, they said “allowed,” then they refused. On top of that, when I pointed this out at the reception, instead of apologizing, the staff simply said, “he doesn’t know.” If the staff doesn’t know basic hotel policies, then why is he kept at such an important position? This shows lack of training, poor management, and rude behavior towards guests. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this kind of service is unacceptable. I strongly request the management to look into this matter and train the staff properly. Guests expect professional service, not confusion and rudeness.

The staff were helpful. It is outside city so good for people who don’t want to live in my main city area. They can definitely improve their breakfast. They started playing music early in the morning in the lobby speakers and called it normal, although they did reduce the volume after I complained at 7:30 and they were good to not play music next day after I requested.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, which made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. Big shoutout to Pradeep Biswal, the GM he was so humble, welcoming, and has built a truly great team. We stayed in a beautiful villa with a private pool, and it was just amazing peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained. The overall vibe of the place is calm and relaxing, perfect for celebrations or a quiet getaway. The food was great, the service was quick, and the whole team made sure our experience was smooth and memorable. Highly recommend Indiana, Jaipur if you're looking for a good, relaxing staycation.

We booked a premium room and had a balcony access and it was really nice to have a personal open space too. The staff if courtious. Food tastes really good, Achari panir tikka is a must try, also it is priced very reasonable. You have blinkit delivering as well to this location. Every amenity is taken care of here.

The service was quick and professional especially the Gulab Jamun, Malai Kofta, Paneer Lababdar, Pasta, Noodles, Manchurian ant dinner and Dosa and sambhar at breakfast. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Hygiene and cleanliness were maintained throughout the hotel. A great experience overall — would definitely recommend.

Hospitality is top notch, food is good and the staff is very professional and care about your comfort. 3 things which I would like to highlight, 1. I got a reminder call from the staff informing the breakfast location and closing time so that i dont miss it. 2.When on DND the daily room service staff left me a note through the door that said I could call them anytime if I needed anything. 3.I was checking out early morning and requested a pack breakfast and Mr. Pushpendra from the front seat made sure to hand it to me while checking out. So over all very thoughtful approach towards service. Definitely recommend it.

They are thieves. Do not use this establishment. Furthermore, they scheduled a wedding 20 metres away from my room, there was loud music and noise until early hours of the morning Rooms were filthy No hot water

Manager was absolutely rude and impolite . Attitude of the manager, poor quality of bed and poor hygiene
- Helen (3/5): Disappointing - wished we’d booked the Taj Amer next door - Location - close to the forts and pink city Beautiful looking hotel Room a good size and good bathroom and balcony Room cleaned very well A wedding had been booked for the full duration of our stay which meant that the gardens were out of bounds the entire time. We were also told we were unable to use the pool for the day of our arrival and the following day because the wedding party had booked it! After much complaining to the hotel staff and managers we were then allowed to use the pool on days 3 & 4. The grounds of the hotel were a disgrace for much of the stay with very many contractors assembling and then disassembling the wedding staging, lighting etc. The buffet restaurant didn’t operate for 2 of our 3 evenings because of the wedding and so we were sat entirely on our own in a separate restaurant as I am assuming we were the only hotel guests that weren’t attending the wedding. This was a very disappointing stay and definitely didn’t feel like a 5* hotel

- Sanjeev (9/5): Nice property close to Amer fort with five-star facilities at a decent price - There was a big political event organized at the hotel on the day of our check-in. Still we were helped by the staff to check-in quickly. Because of the big event at the hotel, valet parking didn't quite work the way it should. We had to find out cars among the sea of other cars.
