• Janusz (9/5): Był to weekendowy wyjazd na zwiedzanie Rzymu i okolic. - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra. Blisko dworca głównego Roma Termini. Właściciel posiada w okolicy Apartamentu małą restaurację z bardzo tanimi śniadaniami w stylu włoskim lub angielskim.

• Alison (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here! Alex our host went over and above making sure we were comfortable and well looked after for our whole stay. They have an amazing restaurant just down the road that you must try. Location excellent- the station is right there if you need it, but we found lots of the main attractions were walkable too. The room was plenty big enough, and our own bathroom that was perfectly clean. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, cosy affordable place close to all attentions and for people who enjoy interacting with some lovely locals. Nothing we loved it all 🥰 thank you Alex!

El lugar bien una habitación para tres personas con un baño pequeño y como era en un piso había utensilios de cocina como nevera y vasos y platos que se agradece demasiado. (Solo faltaría un horno de microondas que sería óptimo también ) Pero en general bien, limpiaban la habitación diario y nunca nos hizo falta ninguna pertenencia. La ubicación cerca de calles con drogadictos y vagabundos cerca de termini però dentro de la estación super seguro. Realmente fuera también , la gente no se mete con el turista.

• CM (10/5): Excelente y recomendado relación precio, calidad, amabilidad - Me alojé sola por una semana en Roma, al llegar debí ir a buscar la llave en un restorante (probablemente el mismo dueño del hostal) pero me atendieron super bien los chicos, solo hablo español pero no fue impedimento para la buena comunicación llegué como al medio día para check in y no me hicieron problema, con respecto a ubicación queda al lado de la Termini pero lejos de todo, si bien se dice que es un lugar peligroso a mi no me pasó nada y llegaba en la noche muchas veces a descansar ( es un poco feo pero nada que en LATAM no viéramos) como está cerca de la estación de tren hay muchos policías por cualquier problema, a los otros lugares se puede caminar, arrendar una bici o un scooter (opciones de turista). Limpiaban todos los días tanto la cocina compartida como la habitación y tiene calefacción para los días de frío. Wifi y ducha con agua caliente funcionaban impecable. Recomiendo 100% el hospedaje, relación precio, calidad, amabilidad es excelente. Un detalle, pero no funcionaba ningún canal en la tv. Para no encarecer el hospedaje estaría bueno si pudieran agregar aunque sea canales nacionales.

Viszonylag közel a nevezetességekhez. Tiszta rendezett szoba fogadott. Ár- érték arányban tökéletesen megfelelt. A tulajdonos és a személyzet nagyon segítőkész. A körutunk végére újból lefoglaltuk. A reptéri busz szinte a ház előtt tesz le.

If arriving at the train station, you have to walk three blocks past the apartment with your luggage to a restaurant to get the keys, turn around and walk three blocks back to the apartment with your luggage. This defeats the convenience of being close to the train station and the hot water in the shower does not work consistently. It will randomly and unexpectedly turn to cold multiple times throughout your shower.

• Antonio (7/5): Buena ubicación pero barrio muy bajo. - La limpieza y que la cama era cómoda, menos la almohada El agua de la ducha cambiaba de frío a caliente y viceversa cada minuto sin poder dejar una temperatura fija, y el flujo de agua era muy flojo. La ropa de cama muy antigua.

• Konstantina (8/5): Καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής, καλή τοποθεσία, καλή καθαριότητα/. - Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος, δύο βήματα από τον σταθμό Termini και το Mercato Centrale. Δεν ένιωσα ανησυχία ή φόβο να κυκλοφορήσω το βράδυ στην περιοχή, καθώς γενικά έχει πολλά τουριστικά καταλύματα και κυκλοφορεί κόσμος. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα καλό κτήριο και υπήρχε καθημερινή καθαριότητα και στρώσιμο κρεβατιών. Τα κρεβάτια και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν αρκετά άνετα. Επίσης υπήρχε κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και ψυγείο σε΄έναν ευχάριστο χώρο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης Alex ήταν εξαιρετικός: μας περίμενε μέχρι τις 00:30 για το check-in, μας φύλαξε τις αποσκευές μετά το check-out, καθώς είχαμε βραδινή αναχώρηση και έσπευσε κυριολεκτικά μέσα σε 5 λεπτά να φτιάξει το ντους, όταν τον ενημέρωσα για κάποιο πρόβλημα που είχε. Το μπάνιο είναι αρκετά μικρό. Για μένα δεν ήταν πρόβλημα, αλλά κάποιος εύσωμος θα δυσκολευόταν αρκετά. Αυτό όμως που πραγματικά αδικεί το κατάλυμα είναι η διακόσμησή του. Ενώ είναι ευρύχωρο, ψηλοτάβανο και μοιάζει πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, τα υφάσματα που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί για τις κουρτίνες, τα τραπέζια και τα κρεβάτια, καθώς και κάποιες κορνιζαρισμένες φωτογραφίες αξιοθέατων και το πλέξιγκλας για τηνπροστασία των τοίχων από χτυπήματα δημιουργούν συνολικά ένα κιτς και βαρύ αποτέλεσμα. Με λίγη επιμέλεια στη διακόσμηση το κατάλυμα θα αναβαθμιζόταν πολύ.

We also dined at his restaurant that night, Alfredo, and the food and service were excellent. The room was very clean and was everything that we needed. Very close to Roma Termini.

• Maricel (8/5): - Convenient and very accessible to all of the public transport. The air conditioner is quiet good but after few minutes it will be very noisy like the airplane boarding, we always awoken and suddenly get off and on. Maybe a stand fun would be better and energy saver.
• Danielle (8/5): Great location and staff! - The owner is lovely and could not be more accommodating. The hotel is right across from the train station which is great when you're going to/from the airport or just to other cities. Housekeeping is also very nice and comes by every morning around 10. There's a little mini fridge in the room and you have access to a bigger fridge in the common area. While the ac did eventually get up to temp, it took a while and leaked water on the floor. We left a towel down and it worked, but wasn't ideal. The toilet seat was also barely connected which was uncomfortable for 3 women.
• Di Donato (5/5): Poderia ter sido mehor - A localização é muito boa, fica do lado do Roma termini o que facilitou o deslocamento e a chegada e saida do aeroporto. Proximo ao Coliseu. Acho que faltou maior cuidado e manutenção. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento e não funcionava muito bem, a tampa do vaso estava solta e o chuveiro saia pouca agua e demorava a esquentar.

So there is a mismatch in website and actual facility. Washroom was too small, chargging points were available only on one side of room.

• Mazel (9/5): wonderful stay across from the Termini station - We didn't expect the daily cleaning service during the course of our stay which was really nice. Alex is very accommodating with luggage storage as we arrived way early for check-in. We choose this place as it was close to the Termini station making it easy to haul the luggage. We definitely would stay here again. Nothing major but the toilet seat cover was missing a screw so it doesn't stay in place.
• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - For the price, the value is not bad. It had everything that was needed. The AC was very loud and made weird sounds. The “queen” bed was uncomfortable because it was just two twins pushed together, so there was an uncomfortable wedge in the middle. The location is a bit further from the center, however it is closer to the train station which is convenient.

• Lasha (8/5): Very good - The location is good. It is next to Termini. Facilities were ok, no major concerns. All in all, it was decent. You won't be saying that you got cheated or anything, it is acceptable and the location is good. Unless you want to travel with regional trains, there is no major benefit to being close to termini compared to other metro stations. The room was darkish, and the shower was on the smaller side.
• Alvarez (10/5): Exceptional - The B&B is conveniently close to the train station.. The owner has a restaurant that has great food. His staff at the restaurant are amazing. The room is a good size for a group of 3. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning unit is loud. but works great.
