The kitchen has to have more facilities. Tv with more channel's and a proper WiFi conection to all house divisions.

• Nuno (8/5): Muito boa estadia, com uma localização excelente. - A Sra. que nos recebeu foi super atenciosa e simpática, e com excelentes dicas para a região. Adorámos a localização, com pastelaria,mercearia, cafés, restaurantes e take away logo ali ao lado, e próximo das praias. Até se transporte se necessário. A casa tem os equipamentos necessários na cozinha, duas casas de banho, e os quartos são agradáveis. Colchão muito rígido. Canais da tv limitados.

• Sara (7/5): - Já conhecíamos o alojamento uma vez que o ano passado já tínhamos estado nele. A zona é silenciosa, com uma padaria óptima ao pé, e com acesso a autocarros que levam a vários pontos da ilha. Também pode ir a pé até várias praias ou ao centro da vila (se gostarem de andar e conseguirem). A senhora que faz a limpeza das casas é super prestável e sempre pronta a ajudar. Avariou-nos a varinha mágica e ela em 10minutos veio entregar-nos outra. As casas têm os equipamentos básicos necessários.

• Lucibel (8/5): - Localização. Para o preço praticado, a casa poderia estar mais bem mobiliada e ter mais utensílios de cozinha. No quintal poderia ter espreguiçadeiras. Não é a primeira vez que fiquei cá hospedada, está exatamente igual como em 2016.
• Elisabete (6/5): Podia ter sido melhor - Localização perfeita. Bom espaço exterior. A D. Élia, amável, meiga e pronta para ajudar no que puder. É quem faz a diferença quando a expectativa fica aquém. Gostámos muito de a conhecer, é a cara que fica nas recordações. Reserva realizada a 10 de janeiro, seis meses antes, para uma estadia de duas semanas para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. No espaço exterior só existe mesa de refeição e 4 cadeiras, com tanta área poderia colocar umas espreguiçadeiras como nas restantes villas da urbanização, fez falta para relaxar, em cima das pedras não é confortável. Nas duas casas de banho não existe suporte para o papel higiénico, pessoas com problemas nos ombros terão dificuldades em aceder acima do autoclismo. Na casa de banho do piso de cima, tem 4 cabides (um partido), não tem um toalheiro que seja, para a toalha do rosto, falta espaço para se colocar os pertences pessoais. Se forem 6 pessoas fica caótico. O ralo do duche está sempre a entupir e o cheiro a esgoto é constante, a janela tem de ficar aberta sempre. O roupeiro do quarto de duas camas individuais, só abre uma porta, que dá acesso às únicas 3 gavetas, a outra está empenada e não desliza. Para uma estadia de duas semanas o espaço de arrumação foi escasso, assim como os cabides que na sua maioria só dão para roupa de criança. O colchão da cama de casal está péssimo. Apesar de conhecer bem Porto Santo, e estar familiarizada com as suas festas, em momento algum, fui informada de que a festa do último fim de semana de Julho, decorre mesmo à porta de casa, a nós não incomodou pois já contávamos com a festa, mas deveria haver informação, pois ultrapassa o horário permitido para se fazer barulho. Sei que tive um convidado a pernoitar três noites e não me foi cobrado nada, agradeço a atenção, mas no entanto, o valor que paguei por cada noite dava para melhorar nem que fosse as casas de banho.. fica a sugestão.

• Dagmara (9/5): Superb - The location, the outdoor garden and outdoor shower to bathe coming from the beach. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the villas. The stove was very temperamental. You could only cook one thing at once.
• Joana (10/5): Wonderful stay with family - We have rented 2 Vilas, they were very spacious and comfortable. The beach is 5 minutes away, restaurants nearby and a mini market. This was the perfect space for our family with 3 children. Mrs Elia, who did the check-in, was FANTASTIC. Made as feel at home from the moment we met her and (because it was Easter) she even came back to deliver some chocolate eggs for the kids.. such a simple but outstanding touch that definitely makes the difference.

• RENATA (8/5): Excelente opção de hospedagem - A casa é muito boa. São dois quartos grandes com tudo que precisa de uma casa. Tudo novo e de alta qualidade. A única coisa que realmente fez falta foi o ar condicionado. O ventilador ajuda, mas não resolve. Do lado tem uma padaria enorme, ótimos restaurantes e um ponto de ônibus quase a porta.

• Jessica (9/5): Great villa - Great villa has all amenities necessary loved the big windows and great natural light. The garden did give a bit more privacy and if came with a pet they will love it . Everything was very clean and Sr Elia was great from beginning to end of our stay very available to help . Great location very close walk to the beach has a mini super and bakery next door . And some places to eat if y don't fancy cooking. We had a great stay there.

• Mc (7/5): Love the bakery next door, our stay was convenient for the purpose. - The apartments are next to a shopping area with supermarket and "Chinese shop", and most important a bakery with amazing bread and perfect for breakfast and lunch. There a two sides terrace/garden around the house with shadow and sunny area. Walking distance from the beach with parking, showers and two beach cafe's. It is a modern basic interior and everything is there. Parking garage is perfect (cool). When it's warm in summer, the bedrooms are very warm and stuffy and very difficult to get cool air in despite the big glass sliding doors as with a flat roof the room heats up easily. No aircon. and one floor fan (but two rooms). I guess outside summer period it will be fine. You are close to the main road and cafe/bakery it is not a quiet area. No dishwasher, terrible washing machine. It is a modern basic interior but apartments are cheap build.

• Catarina (3/5): Noise, lack of ventilation, mosquitos, spiders and very basic. - Mrs Elia that came to meet and great us at arrival and was our point of contact was very professional and a delight to meet. She also handles the cleaning that was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine that broke down and Mrs Elia quickly came and sorted the situation out. Pet friendly, the garden was fenced in with a wall that was very good for our dog that could be outside off leash for play with us. Outdoor barbecue area. The house is very basically equipped. Noisy location - apart from the yearly festivities there was a bar on the other side with music until 2 am on the last 2 nights we stayed (Tuesday and Wednesday.) Friday thru Sunday there was a yearly festivity of Espírito Santo so we didn't notice music from the bar during the live concerts. The double bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, definitely need a new mattress and to be updated with a topper as well. We eventually put the duvet under us on top of the mattress in order to be somewhat more comfortable. The outdoor furniture has seen its best days and needs replacement. No air-condition and in order to ventilate the house you need to open the glass doors - yes you get fresh air but also lots of mosquitos and some fat spiders. We arrived on Friday night only to discover a yearly festivity was ongoing at the same location as the villas . Live music was going on until 3am the first 2 nights and until 2am the 3rd night with all the commotion around late night festivities. We think it would be resonable for the landlord to inform guests about this as it is a yearly event, goes on till very late with all the commotion that follows. We contacted the landlord, who considered it not his responsibility and that they offered us a villa not directly infront of the festivities, but round the corner. The ones on the front basically had the festivities, concert and food stalls on the door step. We were round the corner and it was impossible to keep the windows open for fresh air due to the noise level. It was hot, noisy and no sleep for three consecutive nights. We then had 1 quite night before the bar on the other side had music until 2 am the following 2 nights of our stay. We do not recommend this accommodation or the landlord. The washing machine did not function. No dishwasher - considering the environmental aspect this should be fitted in order to save water. No sunbeds in the garden.
• Ausra (9/5): Pleasant stay close to town and the beach - Very big villa that can very comfortably host 4 (or even more?), two bedrooms, one shower, two WCs, big living room and the kitchen with all what’s necessary. A warm welcome by Elia, explaining all the necessary, possibility to leave the luggage in storage on the last day. A hog garden (pebbles and tiles) with a comfortable outside space, a barbecue and total peace at night after 1-2 am (such a silence that it hurts ;). A washing machine and nearly fully equipped kitchen, a good hairdryer in the bathroom and a decent bathroom. Pleasant evening walks to the town, the beach is also reachable on foot. Nice location all in all. No air conditioning and the villa gets enough sun to be a bit too hot at night. If you sleep with windows open be ready for the noise from nearby bar/restaurant until 1-2 a.m. also the curtains make ruffling noise with the wind the windows are open. In July we weren’t too much bothered by mosquitos though. Didn’t like the shower curtain (never like those) and the fact that there was no dishwasher.

• Kelly (10/5): The staff was great and the late checkout a very nice detail - The woman in charge of the property (Leía) is the true spirit of the house, she makes you feel at home, always smiling (not faking it). The structure of the house and the design is perfect for a beach house, tha patio and the outdoor shower was super cool. There are plenty of parking spots and the house is super near to a perfect beach with plenty of parking spots also. The property was super clean and it was located not too far from the city Center but not too close… so perfect location for us. ohhh and the highly was they allowed us the checkout late! so we almost enjoy a full day before our ferry back to Madeira! this was Amazing!!!!! As I said the structure of the house is perfect, the only thing we did not like much were the furniture in general specially the beds… the best are ok, but not great… I mean the house looks expensive and well designed but the beds are like from a hostel, they do not match the property… again, not a big problem but the owner will be doing himself a favor changing them for some more comfortable ones (more 10 stars review I mean)

• Aurelija (9/5): Nice escape in Porto Santo - Super nice and helpful staff, quick to respond to any needs. Good location - beach, supermarket and restaurants nearby. You can get your morning espresso just for 0,80€ 2mins away. Bus stop also near. air conditioner would be helpful and furniture could be better quality (i.e. main bed), though all in all it was fine!
• Dorathy (9/5): Good location and good for families - We highlight the fact that the house was close to the beach bar “Praia do Henrique”, literally 5’ walk. Being so central in the island, it allows you to explore different beaches in Porto Santo. We also appreciated the wood grill outdoors with a table and seats to enjoy the evenings with family. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for at least 5 people. There was one bathroom upstairs and one service toilet next to the living room. The living room was big, with a day-bed enough for 2/3 people and a large tv. There was 2 bedrooms upstairs, the suite was a bit hard to move around because of the size of the bed but there was alot of stowage. In the other hand the double room was more spacious. · The bed mattresses could be more comfortable, they were too thin

• Monica (10/5): - Villan ligger i ett litet bostadsområde, nära till stranden och till några restauranger och ett minimercado. Boendet är uppdelat på vardagsrum/kök nere resp sovrum på ovanvåningen. Porto Santo är väldigt tyst och det finns inte mycket att göra i november, utom att vandra längs den underbara stranden som för tanken till Karibien. Jag hade fyra härliga dagar här!
