We even had a free upgrade to the apartment so we could check in early after a long flight. We were greeted with kindness each morning by Elaine who was very attentive to us and our toddler.

- Muhammad (6/5): Not recommended - Not as enjoyable as expected. the room was small but the main problem was with bathroom that was too small and not close to a 5 * standard. the water pressure wasnt good and muslim shower will swith between working and not working. there was nothing to hang your dress or towels or gown inside the bathroom. Room service was slow, they wont pick your calls immediately and take long time. If you order some food they will ask for payment in front, never done this before and always paid such bills at the time of check out. Staff was slow (and rather impolite considering how they show hospitality in other hotels in Dubai). City walk doesn't have a lot of attractions and activities to do, being a family with kids it was not much fun.
