Au petit déjeuner table pas nettoyé , compétence du personnel à revoir je suis très déçu de mon séjour

- Allan (10/5): Amazing location, loved every minute - Food at the hotel was fabulous. Breakfast had everything to offer. We ate in both the ground floor and roof top restaurant and both were exceptional. We were with some American friends and had pizza and they thought it was the best pizza they had ever had! Bedroom was too warm and thick duvets were not required. Balconies are not really balconies you cant sit out on them

Мгновенно и качественно реагируют на любой запрос! 2. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. 3. Очень чистый отель. Не нашел недостатков!
- Steven (3/5): Ear plugs needed - Location was outstanding Paid 776 euros for a room and given no warning of some horrendous music blasting above us with base vibrating through room until 11pm. I expect a good sleep especially for that money. It's been handled disgustingly by booking.com. claiming they have an offer from hotel, backing out of an offer (whatever that was) because I hadn't seen an email within 4 hours. Just an absolute disgrace. We don't have that sort of money to waste. It was a bucket list trip and experience has been tarnished. Booking.com don't care as they had there commission from the hotel.

The spa facilities here, although extra, were a great experience. Only discovered on the last day that you could open the window.

Priority of staff in general seemed not to be to care for guests. Even concierge didn’t seem to be able to help with things like a 5* hotel. In hotels in UK of that cost and level you are treated like you matter

- Johnson (10/5): Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous pool! Fantastic location! Delicious breakfast and amazing dinner! - The POOL and Lobby! This was the first thing we saw when I was looking to book a hotel in between Milan and Cortina, and the infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Como clinched it. After checking in and seeing the rest of the hotel, the room (soaking tub in the room was a big plus) underground parking, Terrazza 241 restaurant (everything was excellent) and realizing how close it was to the lake front walking path, we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Can't think of anything.

Das Personal, war unmotiviert, nicht freundlich, deshalb haben wir von einem Besuch abgesehen. Bar im Hotel. Unfreundliches Personal, deshalb kam es nur zu einem Besuch.
