Guest Reviews
- Rachel (10/5): - Food was amazing and hospitality was genuine
- Sierra (10/5): Like staying with a family friend - Host Dan and host puppy Rosie are a joy to stay with. Across the street from a park with walkable path and nearby restaurants. Comfortable beds and aesthetically pleasing periodical furnishings that compliment the space. At this point, my partner and I have stayed 4 times and we will continue to be future guests any time we come to St. Louis.
- Deborah (10/5): - This b&b is situated in a very cool area...The park across the street is great for a walk, or pickleball, tennis etc. The restaurants nearby are fantastic- no need to drive anywhere, really. Check out the Venice Cafe (actually a bar) for sheer funkiness..Dan, the friendly and garrulous host, provided sumptuous breakfasts and many helpful suggestions. We'll be back!
- Karla (10/5): Wonderful B&B in St. Louis - Dan was an amazing host. Would stay there again next time in St. Louis. Beautiful vintage home with all the modern features. Rosie was a great addition to the host. Great breakfast on top of the warm atmosphere.
- Joshua (10/5): - Great, easy parking! Lovely house, well kept and tidy. The host is wonderful. Answered my millions of questions w no hesitation. A d dont forget his 1 pup welcome committee rosie! What a sweet, beautiful girl. Will definitely book again next time im in the area! So close to dang near everything you could ask for
- Laura Ann (10/5): - Very inviting. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast.
- David (10/5): - Dan carried both suitcases that were probably overweight pn Southwest!
- Drew (10/5): Wonderful B&B - Dan was a very gracious host and cooked a delicious breakfast! The house was clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery where I was attending an event.
- Hoyet (10/5): Fun - A hidden gem! I will definitely return.
- Gary (10/5): Great accommodation - It’s a wonderful, green, and interesting neighborhood. The Inn is a beautiful period home. The hosts are welcoming and a joy.
- Dawn (10/5): - A really cute place with old-time charm! The hosts were very helpful and made the first keg of our road trip something to remember - and their dog Rosie was the cutest, lovable dog!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, minutes to bus tour, restaurants/bars, park. Nice clean safe neighborhood, off street parking, Dan was awesome, friendly, easy going, made a fantastic breakfast the next morning. Room was clean, spa tub fabulous, really excellent all around!
- Veronica (6/5): - The hospitality was great. The owner is a great guy and very enjoyable to talk to. I booked two rooms … the first room with “balcony” the bed was near falling down and my daughter was afraid to sleep in it afraid of it falling. The balcony and door was in poor condition, rotting. The second room that I booked specifically for the “jet tub” needed to care as well. I did not use the tub bc the Jets needed scrubbing and there were a few dead bugs. Underneath the bathroom sink I went to grab hair dryer and there was a lint roller used to clean up bugs. They were still stuck to the paper. The table next to bed was near falling apart couldn’t sit anything on top. This was a very charming house in a beautiful location but I’d need of some major tlc and updating. Not worth the price paid.
- Sherrie (10/5): - Dan and Rosie excellent hosts. The frequencies

Our room was great for a couple and hot tub was an added plus. Rosie, the dog, is adorable as well. Very cute neighborhood with walkable restaurants and shops. And close to drive into downtown to explore other things.
The park across the street is good to walk.
- Nilesh (10/5): - Perfect place to experience a historic neighborhood. The only thing I would have wanted that wasn't available was a television in the room, but for a one night stay it wasn't missed much.
- Robert (10/5): - Dan was incredible! Super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Let’s not forget Rosie, she was a super friendly dog!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Warm and welcoming - Warm and welcoming owner! He let me get into my room very early and I really appreciate it the ability to put my bags down and have a landing pad. You really are in someone’s home!
Also, in a lovely neighborhood that is walkable to a number of cafés and restaurants… I will just mention that sweet but rambunctious dog is not for everyone and does a lot of stressed out barking so if that’s not your thing I wouldn’t stay. Also mattress on the softer side.
- Toni (10/5): Celebrating completing chemo! - Surprised to arrive and realize it was a bed & breakfast!! Breakfast was delicious and felt so welcome and taken care of!!
- William R (10/5): - Really liked the place and the location
- jonathan (10/5): - Great Innkeeper, Dan is a delight! He called AAA to jump our car when we had a dead battery. He went out of his way to be sure we had a great visit. Breakfast was dynamite! Can’t want to visit again.
- Felix (10/5): - We had a truly delightful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional—made from scratch and absolutely out of this world!
A lovely bonus was the sweet pup on the premises. She adored attention and loved to snuggle and snooze.
What started as a simple stop on our journey back to Colorado from DC turned out to be a wonderful surprise. We left with warm memories and a desire to return!
Feel free to adjust any part to better match your style!
- Patricia (10/5): Beautiful Townhouse Overlooking Park - I loved this place as it is in a large townhouse with lots of character but still comfortable and clean. Dan (and Rosie, the pup) were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with bananas foster over nutty oatmeal waffles among other selections. I would definitely stay again!

- Paul (10/5): Great location excellent service - Very nice location Close to downtown but away from the noise. Just 7 minutes to Busch stadium and a 12 minute walk to Anheuser Busch tour. The room was neat and clean. The service was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Best of all Rosie is adorable
