- Angela (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación. La suciedad en el menaje como la tostadora insalubre, el hervidor de agua igual. Menaje insuficiente para 3 personas, siendo apartamento para 4 personas. Sólo 1 toalla de lavabo para 3. Gel de la ducha vacío, sin rellenar. Churretones por el mármol del baño que denotan la falta de limpieza. En el sofá cama estaría bien que hubiera almohada con su funda de almohada, no un relleno de cojin sin funda....
- Thomas (9/5): Overall had a great stay, would recommend for how close we was to local attractions - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our holiday. The location was ideal and extremely convenient, with easy access to the busy high street, beautiful beach, harbour, restaurants, museums, and the train station, making it perfect for exploring the area. The apartment was well equipped with great facilities including a good shower, kettle, hair dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, along with everything else needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was clean, practical, and felt like a home away from home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area. The only small issue we found was that there were no towels and the hand soap provided was empty, but luckily we had brought our own. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and we would happily recommend it to others.

- Adeel (7/5): - Location: Perfect. 100% central. Everything is a 5-10 minute walk. Service: 200% amazing! Super helpful staff. Room: Great TV lounge area with good space. The bedroom is a bit small but big enough for two. Facilities: All good! I was disappointed with my stay here due to the poor condition and lack of cleanliness in the room. Bathroom & Hygiene: The shower area was in unacceptable condition. There was visible mold and grime along the base and the walls, which felt very unhygienic. Structural Issues: The flooring was literally falling apart. There was a large, broken patch on the floor that was not only an eyesore but also a potential tripping hazard. The Bed: While the bedding itself seemed okay, the white leather bed frame was heavily stained and scuffed. It looked very dirty and poorly maintained, which is the last thing you want to see right next to where you sleep.

Real bad sewage smell from toilet stank the whole place and attracted a lot of flies. Apartment not in pristine conditions, photos are a little deceiving. Shower stopped working completely twice, just no water. The sewage smell was so bad at one point that my companion physically vomited

Personel nie reagował na skargi. Prysznic też nie działał tak jak powinien - nie dało się ustawić temperatury wody. Była albo lodowata albo gorąca momentami parzącą skórę. Ogólnie łazienka była niebezpieczna do użytku z czarnym Grzybem na ścianach, niespływająca woda, lodowata lub zimna woda z kranu (nic pomiędzy), dziura w podłodze na samym środku łazienki.

Je kan de douche bijna niet reguleren. Ik heb 4 jr geleden in hetzelfde appartement gezeten en toen was dit ook. Volgens de verhuurder is hier niets aan te doen. Ik denk dat je de huurders hierover moet informeren. De plaats is geweldig, maar dit is niet te doen. Nu was de huur extreem hoog vanwege de Semana Santa, hier heb ik wel zelf voor gekozen maar de prijs/kwaliteit kon echt niet.

Las paredes del apartamento estaban bastantes sucias y el cuarto de baño necesitaba una limpieza mas profunda. Dejaron muy poco papel higiénico. El colchón estaba hundido e incluso las sábanas para el sofá cama estaba rota con un agujero.

- Christel (9/5): Sonst war ich sehr zufrieden - Das Apartment war gut, möchte es wieder buchen. Freundliches Personal wo ich den " Schlüssel " holen musste!! Nur hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass zwischendurch das Apartment mal gereinigt: gesaugt oder gewischt und der Papierkorb geleert worden wäre. Die Duschtasse und der Boden davor sind sehr gefährlich, weil sehr glatt !!!! Und in 2 Wochen die Handtücher einmal gewechselt worden wären.
- Joseph (6/5): It was a pleasant stay because of the location and Malaga has a lot to offer in things to see. - The location is quite good if you like the historic part of town and to people watch from large windows overlooking the square. -At first the WiFi was not usable and took several contacts with the property management through Booking to get a resolution to it. -This is one of 9 apartments. The lights in the hallway that connects the 9 apartments do not work. You need a light to see the door keypad. -Toilet was missing part of the button to flush. While it did work, it was unsightly. It ended up getting replaced but then the toilet did not work properly, the water ran in the bowl all of the time. I removed it and let it be as it was to begin with. -Very low water pressure in the shower. -Shower drain is slow, you end up standing in waste water after a bit. Not a nice thing. - shower needs a deep cleaning or update. -Shower hot water faucet leaks. - No shelf in shower to set soap or bottles. -Sink drain was leaking, after two repairs it was then ok. - the hot water alone is very, very HOT!! -Bare minimum supplies for a longer stay. Request had to be made for fresh linens. - one wine glass was already broken when we arrived. - the listing says this unit has a balcony. Well… that’s a bit of a stretch. There are two large windows/glass doors that open to a ledge with a short railing. You can sit on the window ledge. You cannot walk out onto it and sit with a chair. - there is a constant clunking sound, easily heard in the evenings and at night, hard to hear during the day with the street noise. It sounds like a very slow pump. - The clothes washing machines and drying racks are shared among the 9 apartments. I don’t believe the listing mentions that. It was ok, there are 3 machines. Drying racks may be in use by other units overnight or a day or more though. + It’s a nice place, it looks very nice on the surface, but for the money it has flaws that should be addressed. I think iLoft is about making money, of course like any company, and cutting corners ( like customer service/experience and quality ) to do so.

- Anne (9/5): Really central location, so handy to pop back to during the day. - The location was fantastic overlooking the plaza. The glass partitions gave privacy for the bedrooms. Small balcony was nice. The directions to find it. We got right outside the building but there is nothing outside the building to confirm you are at the right place. There is a sign for a clinic on the wall - a mention of that would have helped a lot. The shower was awful! Water pressure poor, no mixer taps so shower was either scalding or freezing. Also shower height really low so had to bend under the flow to get hair washed I'm 5'6 - my taller son struggled more than me. The bathroom was also very small. When sitting on toilet knees touching cabinet.

Het bleek een appartement aan de achterkant van het gebouw zonder uitzicht. Dat moet duidelijker zijn op de site tijdens het boeken. We hebben een dag lang geen elektriciteit gehad. Gelukkig kregen we twee accu lampen zodat het niet totaal donker was.

Aunque nos han atendido para ello, no han solucionado el problema en los 4 días que hemos estado. La ducha no funcionaba correctamente sin presión de agua, difusor de ducha roto.

- Klaus (2/5): In anderer Lage nicht vermittelbar und eine Zumutung! - Die Lage war top. Die Unterkunft war lieblos und unzureichend ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Der Wasserhahn tropfte. Der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche war sehr schwach. Insgesamt war das Appartement sehr in die Jahre gekommen und schmuddelig. Die Küchenausstattung war ungenügend und teilweise defekt.
- judit (8/5): - La ubicación excelente. Precioso apartamento en el mismo centro de Málaga. Antiguo muy bonito y modernos en el interior. La atención del personal vía WhatsApp también fue buena. No me gustó que habíamos reservado para 4 y el sillon cama no estaba montado. Tuvimos que montarlo nosotros. Estuvimos sin luz en el edificio 3 dias, de los cuales tampoco tuvimos agua no pudimos bañarnos esos 2 dias. Imaginamos que sería por el fallo eléctrico. Sin luz no había ascensor. La calefacción del techo no calentaba, pero había un calentador y con ese nos apañamos.

- George (6/5): The accomadtion was very disappointing because of the bathroom. It was advertised as high class accommodation but it was - Location, central Malaga city, cooking area, comfortable bed, quiet, spacious living area. The bedroom was very small and the clothes storage was a bare hanging rail. There were no draws of cupboards available. The shower room was disgraceful! The shower tray round the edges and up the wall had a dark brown/black stain and much of the sealant was missing. The shower tap unit was just a bath tap with a flexible hose with a small head fixed to the wall. It was a struggle to maintain a constant temperature as the water kept running cold. The shower room had a very unpleasant smell. It was obvious that there had been an issue under the floor as the floor covering and been torn up very roughly. The floor had been dug up and the concrete replaced shoddily and left bare.
- Gabriela (8/5): Super lokalizacja - Mocnym atutem jest lokalizacja. Naprawdę do wszystkich zabytków i muzeów bardzo blisko.Sklepy, restauracje i apteka zaraz obok apartamentu. Do morza też nie jest jakoś bardzo daleko i prosta droga. Mieliśmy problem z odszukaniem wejścia i samym wejściem do pokoju ale przez aplikację jest świetny kontakt z biurem i wszystkie problemy były rozwiązywane natychmiast. Pobyt w tym miejscu uważam za bardzo udany. Jeżeli miałabym kiedyś wrócić do Malagi zdecydowałabym się na ponowny wybór tego miejsca.

- Jack (6/5): Geweldige ligging met een paar min-puntjes - Locatie midden in het levendige Harry van Malaga is geweldig. Appartement zelf was ok. Supermarkt direct beneden de deur. Matras was slecht, doorgelegen en aan vervanging toe. Douchecel was niet mooi, mag gerestaureerd worden. Water was wel geweldig warm. Rest van de badkamer was ok

- Declan (8/5): - The Apartment, the location, The Square Toilet didn't work on Saturday and host had difficulty in sourcing repair, he indicated that it would be fixed early on Sunday, but as no repair was forthcoming we moved to Hotel Larios, I understand the difficulties with getting workers on a Sunday, but the expense was on us as we hadn't budgeted for a move. Other than that everything was good and we had a fabulous break.

- AaronB21 (3/5): - The only thing I liked about this apartment was the location. From the moment I walked through the door I could smell the mould coming from the bathroom. The shower is covered in black mould which is a health risk, especially for someone that suffers with breathing issues. The bathroom sink also leaked all over the floor. There was a patch in the bathroom floor that was lose and the stopper in the sink was broken. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. The chairs in the sitting areas were very stained and dirty. The floors also felt like they hadn't been swept or vacuumed. There was a big dip in the middle of the bed and the sheets kept falling off. I requested late check out and was told they would contact me on the morning before check out, 10:30am came and I didn't hear anything so I messaged them and was left on read. The cleaner arrived at 11:50 and 20 mins later they replied to my text to say late check out wasn't available. Wasn't worth half the money i paid for this place and will completely avoid iloft all together now.

- Joaquinmg (8/5): Arreglar el tema del agua para q sea perfecto. - Ubicación El agua de la ducha no sale fuerte y en ocasiones no sale. El grifo mal es difícil regular la temperatura. Continuo goteo en el grifo del lavabo.

- Ann-Sofi (8/5): Vi är nöjda med vår resa, både Malaga och boende - Läget var mycket centralt o bra, rum inåt gården så det var tyst o lugnt. Lite snålt med vatten i duschen men inget stort problem I annonsen stod det havsutsikt men det fanns det inte, det låg mitt i Gamla stan så det var ju inte så konstigt men det kanske ska ändras i beskrivningen så att nya hyresgäster inte blir arga.

- Jonas (8/5): Underbar vistelse och fräscht boende nära allt - Fantastiskt läge med nära till "allt"! Matbutik precis bredvid entrén till lägenheten, alla restauranger, barer och butiker utanför dörren. Ca.15 min promenad till stranden, Malagueta. Tyvärr dåligt tryck på vattnet i duschen (som i de flesta länder utom i Norden) och sängarna var otroligt hårda och fjädrarna kändes igenom. Men i övrigt rent, fräscht och trevligt boende!
