- Russel (2/5): - Very disappointing. Room was large and spacious, but we quickly realised that the bathroom was very dirty (body fluids, hair, etc) and the shower head and taps were covered in limescale. The mini-fridge was brown with mould in the back and the edges of the carpets were covered in dust and dirt, as were the tables. There was a large dark dirty mark on the carpet, as well as some smaller ones. We cleaned the room and bathroom as best we could. We had travelled 7 hours and just wanted a meal and a shower! The towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as did one of the pillows. As we left the hotel to find food we told the lady at reception. She shrugged and told us we should have told her and she would have moved us. To be fair, she had not been helpful when we had enquired about parking and only when we had specifically asked about the space outside the hotel, marked for the hotel, did she confirm that we could park there if we paid the outrageous cost of €9 (parking on the road, unsecured). We gave 2 stars for service as the young gentleman on reception this morning apologised profusely when we told him of our issues. Although the location of the hotel is not great, it is only a 20 min walk from the main square, where a variety of restaurants offer great food at excellent prices.
- Chris (4/5): Not really what it says on the tin. - Didnt advertise the room was a shared bathroom and shower. Found this out late in the night and no body around to help. I think the description and itinerary need a reality check. Great kebab shop right next door and opposite the train station.

- Steven (10/5): A nice hotel to stay at ! - The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. The room and the bathroom was very clean.There was hand soap available in the bathroom for guests to wash their hands.This hotel is not air-conditioned, which is normal for the Czech Republic with its high rates for electric power.
- Peter Charles (8/5): Perfekt für Bahnreisende - Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, und mein Zimmer war riesig, ging aber auf eine ziemlich befahrene Straße raus, so dass offene Fenster kein Thema sind, auch die Pilsner Brauerei und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar

- capoca (6/5): Ok - This hotel has business-like rooms, is not far from the center and at a walking distance also from the Pilsner Brewery. Staff was nice, while breakfast was just ok and definitely needs improvement. After all, an ok stay.
- Kattyen (4/5): . - Even though my stay was short there were some complications and things I was not happy about.. I had terrible wifi connection and wanted to change my room unfortunately the staff was not very helpful didnt even try to change my room because the wifi could be just bad because of the location of my room didnt give me any options how to solve the problem except that they can let me go to another room just to use wifi and then go back to my room what just doesnt make sense or downstairs to use wifi there. I am really not happy about that it is important for me to have stable and good signal and wifi connection and of course can use it in my room with privacy and no in space sharing with other people. There was also some problem when I wanted to book another night extra but this problem we solved in the end... the prices of accommodation are not the lowest and I would expect better service..

Stained carpet in the room , not very clean and ac is not working properly . Bed is good but the folding bed is terrible ! Breakfast was good. No coffeet/tea , no watercooker . Toiletries are little bags . Very large room , but no chairs . Good shower . Would give at 2 stars at most

Da das Hotel direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof liegt, kann man nachts nicht das Fenster offen lassen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Keinerlei Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Stadt ist sehenswert und die Menschen wenig kommunikativ!

- Viktor (8/5): Alles GUT - Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein ausreichendes Frühstücksbufet. Grosse und gut isolierte Zimmer, so ist es echt ruhig. Ziemlich zentral gelegen, ca. 7-10 min bis zum Zentrum. 5 min zu der Brauereie. Gerne wieder.
- Holger (6/5): Hotel in der Nähe der Brauerei Pilsner Urquell - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, Brauerei und Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Zuwendung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, aber für einmal geht es. Insgesamt würde ich keine 4 Sterne geben.

- Hans (10/5): Gutes Hotel mit tollen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Vor dem Hotel sind kostenlose Parkplätze, Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und um Restaurant sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war groß mit mindestens 30 m2. Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Marktplatz entfernt. Werde ich jederzeit wieder buchen

- John (8/5): Great Day - This hotel is in a convenient location to the Pilzner Brewery. The room was adequate and the breakfast was typical for European morning meal. We stopped here to do a tour of the brewery. The hotel is also located a short walk from the football stadium. Although today the locals lost, there was a street party in the old town square, with bands and street performers. Great food in the restaurant that we chose. All in all a fun day.
- Lea (8/5): Close to everything - We took a weekend trip to Pilzen. This hotel is close to everything! Two minute walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes to square and brewery and museum. It was a little dated but clean and staff were excellent

- Mary Ellen (4/5): Not anywhere close to four stars - Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Furniture out of date. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, but we were able to air it out. The advertised air conditioning did not do much. Worst of all, they dont dry their towels in a clothes dryer. The towels were hard and crusty. Breakfast was ok. Bed was so so. Would not return.
