- Jacobo (1/5): Pésima estancia - Ubicación Publicidad engañosa, no aclaran que los espacios para 3 y 4 personas no significa que sean dos habitaciones, sino que simplemente colocan más camas en la sala. Sus fotografías insinuan que son dos recamaras cuándo no lo es. De hecho, al realizar el check in, ellos mismos dijeron: "siempre se confunden". No nos confundimos, ustedes engañan. Tampoco hay un comedor para tomar el desayuno, lo llevan al apartamento frío. Cómo puedes tomarte un café frío y un huevo frío. Pésimo.
- Marilin (4/5): The hotel itself is fine, but the breakfast quality and lack of flexibility affect the stay - The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself is pleasant and in a good location. The breakfast experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The portions were very small for two people. Coffee was often only enough for one person, the eggs and toast were regularly served cold, and ham and cheese were forgotten several mornings in a row unless we specifically asked for them. Even when provided, the portions were minimal considering breakfast was for two guests. Better go and eat elsewhere. We also found the hotel inflexible regarding accommodation changes. We had booked five nights but decided to leave earlier. When we considered taking a two-day tour with an overnight stay in Ica offered by the hotel, the hotel was not willing to offer any adjustment, credit, or extension for the unused night we had already paid for. While we understand policies may apply, a more flexible or customer-oriented approach would have been appreciated.

Staff always turned off the air conditioning, so when we returned to our room it was hot. The sofa was always open as a bed, even though we asked to be folded. We had to repeat everyday the same complain. Please leave the Air Conditioning on and please be on time with breakfast.

- John V (5/5): You get what you pay for, be warned. - Good location, easy walking distance to Park Kennedy etc. Booking.com advised i was to be upgraded for free so when I was assigned the big room on the top floor i thought that this was it. Turns out that, according to the staff, this was in fact their worst room! Do not accept room 801 The breakfast kitchen is right next door and they start prep at 0600. The fridge was extremely noisy as well as the elevator machinery. The shower was terrible and once you put your breakfast order in on checking in that's it no chance of changing it! Even after suggesting that some guests May like a change every other day, this seemed too difficult and even then what i did order was super inconsistent. One day I would get the ham and cheese some days not. Some days they delivered the coffee and some days not. After three sleepless nights, of a 6 night stay, i asked if another room was available to which the answer was no. So I planned to move hotels, however on my return later in the day they had managed to find a spare room which was actually what I booked. A real example of you get what you pay for, even though I checked reviews before booking. Will not stay here again.

- Anne (7/5): Prima verblijf in miraflores - Fijne locatie in Miraflores. Alles was op loopafstand. Prima badkamer en lekker bed. Ontbijt was simpel maar wel van alles wat en werd op tijd geserveerd op de kamer. De man die in de ochtend achter de balie zat was niet erg vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Bij alles wat we vroegen of als we de sleutel moesten afgeven werd dit met een zucht gedaan. Maakte het verblijf wel minder. Je moet je eigen servies afwassen van het ontbijt maar er waren geen spullen voor in de kamer en het werd ook niet genoemd. Wij kwamen erachter omdat servies werd opgehaald maar niet teruggebracht.

They consistently miss important tasks, such as picking up towels, taking out the garbage, and cleaning the toilet. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the living conditions.

No supo explicarnos el desayuno (menos mal que le pregunté yo por él y me dió una hoja pero en ningún momento dijo que lo subirían a la habitación) y nos dio la habitación porque le comentamos lo que nos habían dicho, porque su respuesta al llegar fue, venid más tarde (sin mirar si estaba la habitación hecha o no) Habíamos hecho el check in online por lo que decidió no recoger el pasaporte, pero nos lo pidieron en el check out (yendo con el tiempo justo) El desayuno lo llevan, pero si eliges una franja horaria (ejemplo: 7-7:30h) te lo llevarán al limite (7:29h) Las luces son muy poco luminosas

- Martinez (8/5): All front desk staff were kind and nice. A perfect stay for kids. - The continental breakfast was amazing; a perfect combination of a traditional Peruvian homemade breakfast. Everything could've been perfect if the room could've been more cleaner in general, it needed a boost cleaning hand. There were little tiny bugs on the closet that concerned me in spreading out my clothes, and also on the bed, especially the pillows. Although the sheets were clean, I had to get to the nearest Oxxo and buy cleaning wipes and disinfectant which it didn't bother me too much. Also, dishsoap because the same bugs were all over the kitchenette, so definitely had to implement the usual household cleaning aside from room service; however other than that all was perfect, the staff amazing and kind. A perfect stay with kids!

Funcionários cordiais, especialmente o Sr Ildemar (recepção), muito solícito e prestativo com qualquer necessidade, atendendo sempre com alegria e um sorriso no rosto, sem dúvida, um EXCELENTE colaborador :) A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, talvez seja o costume local diferente do Brasil, mas se nota sujeira pelos cantos ou atrás das portas com poeira, além do sanitário que ficou com a marca de água de um dia pro outro (não tem escova), ou mesmo o box manchado. Se for ficar mais de duas noites, o café da manhã que é servido no quarto se torna repetitivo, embora bem servido.

Location is in the heart of Miraflores so, there is many restaurants, bars, places to go.

- Arevalo Ircas (1/5): Sorprendido y decepcionado - Lo único puede ser la ubicación Todos los días que estuve ahí no hubo un solo día que no tuve problemas, no había mensaje completo sabiendo que iba con mis dos menores hijos, faltaron toallas, un día si no llamó mis hijos y nosotros nos quedamos sin desayuno, pésimo no vuelvo a ir nunca más a ese hotel.

- Ying (1/5): - Just got to the market very easy. Few good restaurants nearby. Here’s the full text you can paste into Booking.com: We stayed here with a baby and had several disappointing issues. We repeatedly told the hotel that we always need breakfast at 7:00 a.m., but it was consistently late and they didn’t listen. We had to remind the staff all the time. Breakfast was fine on the first day, but after that the quality dropped: the juice tasted diluted (as if water had been added) and we even found hair on the bread, which is unacceptable. On our first day, the air conditioning in the room was not working. We informed the staff, but they kept insisting it was “working” when it clearly wasn’t. Then, in the evening—exactly when our baby was about to sleep—staff simply entered our room without our permission to check it. What a great surprise 😏. Only the next day did they finally let us change rooms. I appreciate that a solution eventually happened, but entering a guest room without consent is completely inappropriate. In addition, the cleaning guy (Fernando) was often impolite in the elevator. We had a baby and a stroller, and when the elevator was already full, he still tried to squeeze in — but of course we didn’t let him. Guests should have priority, and constantly occupying the elevator like this is not polite or professional. Overall, there was no consistency in service and no clear, reliable hotel management.

- Maximiliano (9/5): - The staff was great and very accommodating. The location is really good, very close to a lot of interesting places to visit. The room was big and comfortable. The lights in the room were somewhat dim and the elevator was small.

- Stephanie (10/5): - La limpieza, amabilidad y voluntad del personal, ubicación, desayuno y comodidad. Todo muy lindo, moderno y cómodo. Excelente. Volvería sí o sí. Hay que pagar en dólares si reservaste por la APP. Si pagas en la moneda local la transformación es un valor un poco más elevado y en ninguna parte me avisaron eso, sino obvio llevo dólares. (Diferencia de aprox 10USD) Por lo demás, todo excelente.

- Sara (10/5): Fue muy grato lo pasamos muy bien. - El desayuno excelente me llamó la atención un solo punto nosotros fuimos tres personas Pero nos dejaban 2 compotas o 2 huevos pero lo pasamos por alto, en general nos sentimos cómodos seguros y lo mejor excelente ubicación. Felicitaciones. La coordinación de la TV como al tercer día nos dimos cuenta que no funcionaba pero era un problema de enchufes y fue solucionado. Nos sentimos muy cómodos personal muy atentos.
