- Ilasaca Sánchez (1/5): PÉSIMO - La ubicación es buena, pero eso es lo único. EL HOTEL NO ES COMO EN LAS FOTOS, cuando llegas notas que es pésimo. El precio es muy alto para ser tan mal hotel. El personal es muy desagradable, nada acomedidos. Pedí mi devolución porque no era como en las fotos y tardaron una hora en devolverme y eso que mi pago fue por yape. Las habitaciones son sucias. Entran y salen personas, es UN HOTEL DE PASO. No tiene ninguna comodidad.

Varying English skills, but wasn't any problem. Front, street-facing rooms are noisy during the day (much quieter at night). Room has a "kitchen" area, but it wasn't really usable -- kettle missing adapter, no way to cook, only one plate (but a couple glasses).

- Katrin (8/5): Für einen kurzen Stadtaufemthalt ganz ok, aber darauf achten, dass man kein Zimmer zur Straße hin bucht!!! - Das Apartment war schön groß. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ganz ok, allerdings gibt es nut zwei Liegen. Unser Zimmer ging zur stark befahrenen Straße raus, so dass es sehr laut war. Es lief ja unter Ferienwohnung, was etwas übertrieben war. Es gab einem Wasserkocher und für und zwei Leite eine Tasse ind je einen Teller. Auch auf Nachfrage erhielten wir keine zweite Tasse🤷♂️

- Federico (2/5): Not a hotel, most like a motel. Terrible service - NA Here is a **Booking.com–style review**: clear, factual, and suitable for the character I had a very disappointing experience. The first room (201) had serious issues: very poor soundproofing, a hole in the wall (apparently for ventilation) that let in even more noise, and a strong unpleasant smell. When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist was not empathetic at all. I did not receive any apology and was made to feel as if the problem was my fault. I was initially told that changing rooms would not help because nothing could be done about the smell. I was traveling with two minors and clearly stated that I could not stay in a room that smelled like marijuana. Eventually, another room was offered, but it was smaller and had fewer beds than the room originally booked. No refund or compensation was offered, and I was told no money would be returned. Although the second room was acceptable, the overall experience was ruined by the noise, smell, lack of customer service.

- BOHDANNA (8/5): Great location in Miraflores, great value - A lovely little hotel right on a main street in Miraflores, just a 10minute walk to Kennedy Park, with lots of cafes and shopping in the area. Breakfast on 5th floor terrace was nice at an additional 20 soles per day. My room on the 2nd floor was right above the street, lots of traffic noise during the day, but quiet after 11pm. Great value for location, would stay again.

The bad room was good with enough space. The bed room had air conditiones / heater, it has great pillows and execellent matress. The location was excellent, next to a money exchange, restaurants, and markets. We stay for 3 nights I recomend it.

- Alastair (8/5): Very good - After spending nearly 2 weeks in the Amazon Rainforest Lima was a shock to the system as it was in Winter and Lima is a lot colder. The breakfast is basic but better than I had at some other location. The hotel is not far from many restaurants and bars. The apartment could easily sleep 4 or 5 people if necessary. I didn't like the sound of the road and traffic, after being surrounded by wildlife in the Amazon Rainforest so I asked to move rooms to the other side of the complex which was no issue and a lot quieter.

Pros: location, location, location, right in the center of Miraflores, within steps/blocks of everything, restaurants, shopping. All rooms are basically one bedroom suites, hotel has a rooftop restaurant and pool. Cons: previous original owners must have done things right, staff was very professional, employees were all “lifers”, the same crew at management, front desk, restaurant, even doormen, we were treated like family. Then it was sold to new owners some 10 years ago, and it was never the same, with staff turnover running high, and lots of policy changes. And then the pandemic hit, but now with new management they are trying to regain their place as a very nice small well localized apart hotel. I will give them another try next year.
- Eira (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable hotel in a reasonably central location for Miraflores. Would stay there aga - Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. They did their best to help us with our lost luggage. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay. There was no option to cook/heat food. No kettle or cups to make a hot drink with.
- Bianca (10/5): - This place was amazing. Every staff member went above and beyond in being kind and accommodating. I loved everything about this stay! Their upstairs bar has great drinks, their breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The pool was amazing. I can't say enough about this place and their staff, I will never stay anywhere else in Miraflores.

Del internet pésimo, para conectarme tenía que bajar al primer piso. Lo único bueno fue el personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a solucionar todos mis requerimientos
