- Loren (7/5): - The room was ok. The location was great, a short walk to the historic area. My room was supposed to have a view but there wasn't much view from the first floor. Also, the A/C was super loud. The pillows were hard.

Loved the beach access! Plumbers were a bit lazy during remodel and left the old shut offs in the wall. Not many would notice that. Downside of being a plumber. Couldn’t find anything else wrong. lol

- Ariel (6/5): - We love the location. Front desk staff were less than personable when we checked in, one of the ladies was friendly. The eldest one was very short and dismissive. The room was meh- clean. For a price of $330 I would have expected a lot more cleanliness and at least complimentary breakfast when we were there. Pillows were uncomfortable, altogether it was just meh.

Exterior surfaces like stairs and balcony could use some paint. On the other hand, it has a rather salty appeal.

We stayed in the older building (where “An Officer and a Gentleman” was filmed and while it was a small room, we were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The wifi was slow.

- Kaitlyn (3/5): most of it was nice but to pay extra for a nasty jacuzzi tub really sucks. - the room was nice I paid extra for the " deluxe" room that stated there were a hot tub and a jacuzzi tub, when we arrived there was not a hot tub at all. when I asked, they just said no there was not and did not care that it is listed in the information. When we went to go use the jacuzzi blackish brownish sludge came out of the jacuzzi jets and it was like an oil substance that would stick to everything. We asked them to clean the jacuzzi, so they did and we tried to use it again but had the same DISGUSTING thing happen.

- Tami Kay (10/5): Wonderful and Romantic - The views were amazing from the very private balcony, could watch the ferry coming in and out and saw lots of seabirds. The room was fairly small but it didn't matter for a romantic getaway. I had made a couple of special requests when booking and they greatly exceeded my expectations. No facilities here which isn't necessary because it's so close to walk to town. Nice not to deal with parking downtown. Highly recommend!

The Inn is right on the water and the room was cold. It took about an hour to warm up but once it was warm it was great. They don’t serve their continental breakfast during winter months but we were not aware.

The large windows had two shades to pull down that did not meet in the middle. We had to hang up something to block other people’s view of the bed. The first floor room looks out onto the parking lot. Everyone could see inside with little effort. The noise was loud with the hallway right behind our headboard.

I heard them moving their rolling cooler and walking around with boots on frequently. They were hard of hearing and could hear them yelling to each other. When housekeeping came after they finally checked out, they were quieter than the elderly couple. It's a gamble with the upper guests if you have a downstairs unit.

We were close enough to town to walk in. Loved watching the ferry, the mountains, and the bay. The room was so small that only one person could move at a time. There was only one chair inside the room. We liked the location so next time we'll ask what room we need to have two chairs.

- Apurva (1/5): Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had. Stay Away - Untrustworthy and Unprofessional - I did not like anything. I arrived to check in, only to be told there was no room available for me. They instructed me to travel an hour away to another hotel in Port Angeles, assuring me they had made and paid for a reservation there. When I arrived, the reservation hadn’t been paid for, and I had to cover the cost myself. Over the past 2.5 months, I’ve called five times requesting a refund. Most of the time, I’m told the manager isn’t available and no refund can be issued. When I do reach the manager, I’m repeatedly promised that the refund is coming, but nothing has ever been processed. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and feels scammy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
