- Charles (2/5): - Dilapidated, almost as if was a condemned hotel-Shoddily repaired Took forever for the water to get hot Complex infested with gnats, spiders, and even a scorpion I saw Didn't have a working ice machine the two weeks I was there Came in from eating on a Sunday night after getting in from work and the cleaning lady left my door wide open-I was done
- Ro (4/5): - I picked a room at Executive for my wife and sister in law. They called me at home and said they wouldn't stay there it was smelly and nasty. Ok. I picked a room at another establishment. Made them happy, a couple of bucks more. There wasn't a refund on the line so they jeld the key overnight in case someone else in the group needed a room, short notice.

It's old and it shows, but its quirky and the rooms are clean and looked after. It is attached to a pub so it can get a bit noisy at night but not late into the night so you don't sleep. The staff has been friendly and nice and I would come back here again for sure

- Verified traveler (2/5): Horribel - The faucet in the shower didn’t work correctly I had to shower in either boiling hot or cold water. The lighting in the room was very dim. There was paint chips and bugs on the floor and the bed was very stiff. Not many channels on the tv to watch. The pictures on the app are very deceiving. It definitely was not the place in the pictures it was actually more run down.

Paid $100 for one night ~ it's not even worth $50 a night. This place was gross! Floors, faucets, sink, shower were nasty, bathroom door coming off the hinges, 2 sheets on the beds ~ just all around NASTY!!

- Michael (2/5): - It was so bad, I didn’t even stay. I arrived after midnight and the desk was closed. There was a sign saying “check in across the street at the Best Western.” The receptionist at the Best Western was so inhospitable I cancelled my room and left.

Let it run a while and it got a kind of room temp instead of just cold but still too cold for me and my son to fully shower. Otherwise coming in late to just sleep after fishing, the bed was comfy.

Said my card was declined. No calls were made to me nor email. I had to find another place to stay which was not my idea at such a late hour. Very disappointed in that attempt to stay.

After that time I asked for a refund and the staff refunded my money without question.

They did however issue a full refunf upon day of reservation cancellation, however I had to drive 35 miles back to a town I had previously driven through to get another room for the night that only cost $45 more than what I had booked rather than pay $80 more.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - When I checked in, the front seat clerk was not happy. She didn’t great me and held her head in her hand the whole time. Which made me feel like she would rather be anywhere but there helping me. The room didn’t have any towels. I spent all day fishing and just wanted a shower. There was not a comforter, only a sheet. The tv didn’t have any volume. There were crack head looking people hanging outside of my room. I felt very unsafe, slept with a knife.
- 964melodyt (2/5): Run down and dirty - I arranged a room on another service and was stuck with the bill. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Rust and dust on top of the mini-fridge, bed looked like it might not have been changed. Lots of mold on the bathtub seam, peeling paint on doors. Trash and q-tips in parking lot. Toilet plunger outside one door. Very smoky in non-smoking room.Musty and smoky in the next. Both were non-smoking rooms. I rejected two rooms before moving across the street to the last room available in a nicer place. I did not get my money back. I think I heard that they are recovering from a hurricane 2 years ago, but they should let customers know that this place is run down if they are not able to repair and maintain it. Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. Many people who work in the chemical plants stay by the week or month.
- cherylcU2947FH (2/5): Don't waste your money here! - The room is totally left to be desired. there is no TV, no continental breakfast, no hot water, no kitchen,. The bugs had a better time than we did, Internet service was terrible, not good if you are trying to work from your computer. The manager/owner is extremely rude and loves to fight with the guests! We stayed 2 nights here because the other hotel across the street was full, Holiday Inn Express wanted over $200 a night and the laQuinta Inn didn't have accessible handicap showers. By that time we were too tired to look elsewhere but I sure won't be back here!

- Mary (2/5): Misleading - No, blankets, no shampoo, advertised breakfast was not there.. Employees were surly. Room was not in good condition. No coffee for breakfast in or outside room. Will not stay there again. Totally over priced.
- 869uriahj (2/5): Yuck. Gross. Disgusting-And bugs!! - I stayed at this hotel the night of November 21, 22. What a joke! First room #105 had 2 working light bulbs and neither one of the 2 tv remotes worked, Nor did any of the buttons on the tv. Just had to pull the power cord to turn it off. Went up to front desk to ask for batteries and light bulbs. Before I could even mention the non working tv, The attendant just told me to go to another room instead 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Of giving me two batteries and a few light bulbs. So anyways, after moving two peoples stuff to room #104, which was a 1/10 of a star better than #105, it was shower time. OMG for the nastiness!!! Mold and mildew everywhere! Handprint on the ceiling... 🤔 1 large towel and 2 small hand towels. No bar soap, but did have some nasty smelling ? Body wash? In the shower. Ok. Bed time. For the bed review. Cigarette burns. Damp smelling, the heat/AC had a mind of its own. By this time, it had to have been midnight so I didn’t even look at the sheets too close. Anyhoo... about 2 am I got woken up by the first of 3!!!!! Bug bites. I don’t mean just a little bit of a itch, this was a sharp pain to my head. Once on my left cheek and twice on the back of my head. Was able to get back to bed. Woke up and opened the ratty curtains to have fresh sunshine light up the murder scene on the sheets. Holy crap!! 💩 💩 I about threw up. I don’t know what the hell had happened, but there was less area not stained than otherwise. Had the sheets and bed been cleaned since port lava a became a city?? Who knows! Checkout time. Told the host about how disgusting the place was hoping for at least a refund, but to no avail. So here’s an honest to goodness review. Pay the extra few dollars and go somewhere else. P.S. it wasn’t 10 minutes after I went from #105to #104 that another couple came in and guess where they put them???? yep.. #105...SMH big time.
- stardrive0216 (2/5): Horrible Hotel - They had no hot water. They pressure washed the sidewalk got water in to our hotel room my girl friend slipped almost fell.I called first about the hot water they never tried to fix it. Never Ever Apologized for anything.
- cinnamon170 (8/5): perfect budget hotel - quiet room with basic bed, TV, refrigerator and microwave. not high five but good. clean and comfortable and cheap compare to other hotels in area. Friendly front desk, snacks and drinks vending machines. coin laundry was plus Overall good if you don't want anything special.
- BillyB. (2/5): - Sheet on bed, but no blanket. No coffee maker, no cups or glasses, paper or otherwise and gap in the entry door allowing mosquitoes to enter.
- Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE---BUGS!! - This is the second time we have booked a technician from our company to stay here. BOTH times, he has found bugs in the bed and found the room unsanitary. When he approached the manager on duty, it was dismissed and he was told there was nothing they could do. This time, it was so unacceptable that he simply left and got another hotel room. I would strongly advise you find alternate lodging.
- Kenneth (6/5): Not so good - Sheets did not fit the king size bed properly. Came off at the corners and wad up. Not enough cover.
- Verified traveler (4/5): No good - To start as soon as you walk in it stinks of mold , nasty mattress piles up in the lobby. Not a very clean place at all very outdated.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Continental breakfast consisted of frosted flakes or raisin Bran. Internet never worked. Stayed for a week and the room was never cleaned.
- Kelly (6/5): Amenities were unacceptable. - Ice machine was out of order and on the breakfast they had only toast and cereal which would have been okay except for they had a note by the cutlery saying that management was aware that there were no spoons. It makes eating cereal a little difficult without a spoon.
- Carlton (2/5): Stay away - So there were people partying next door to me in the room with a boombox blaring shaking the walls. I went and told the front desk and all they said was they have till 9 p.m. . I told him I wanted a refund and then I went down and finally made him stop. Piss poor service. Additionally the place is still very damaged from Hurricane Harvey but they don't seem to care.
- Jennifer (8/5): Fishing trip - We just stayed the night. We went fishing that night and went home the next morning. We were comfortable at the hotel. Didn’t have any problems.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room had water on the floor between bed and window on both mornings. No soap provided. Advertised with continental breakfast and our 2 days was never made available. Only one bath towel provided on 2nd day. I had to ask for hand towels on the first day. I noticed another customer complaining about no toilet paper on my first day. He finally just took the roll in the front office rest room cause they never brought him a roll. Not worth $100 per night. Please refund my conti breakfast portion of my payment! Will not return nor recommend to any of my colleagues.
