No anúncio diz que não tem elevador, mas mais de 100 degraus pra chegar no quarto não é viável. Pedimos pra trocar e prontamente nos colocaram num quarto mais baixo (cerca de 50 degraus). O café da manhã é bom, mas demora uns 40 minutos pra ficar pronto.

Personnel compréhensif et réactif bravo !!!! Une petite piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir. Une chambre spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires et bouteilles d’eau chaque jour. Rapport qualité prix parfait. L’hôtel et proche du centre toutefois des côtes à monter mais vous pouvez prendre des transports locaux à un faible prix. Juste un peu d’exercice rien de bien méchant mais pour seniors ou handicapés à prendre en compte (pas d’ascenseur dans l’hôtel).

Les escaliers à monter pour rejoindre les logements de 500 Les araignées et compagnie qui sortent de nuls parts dans la chambre Les informations aux services proposés sont inexactes ou non a jour : caution de la location de scooter n'est pas de 2000 pesos comme communiqué mais de 5000 pesos selon le contrat avec le loueur - le prix du transfert en van partagé communiqué par message est de 250 pesos par personne, payés le jour j 300 pesos. Le jour du transfert aéroport, le chauffeur me récupère et se rend au niveau des quais des excursions pour attendre d'autres clients. Or, aucune autre personne n'avait opter pour se service. Alors il attendait en espérant avoir d'autres clients. Son patron a négocier pour que je paye 3000 pesos prix du transfert privé afin que le chauffeur se rende a l'aéroport tout de suite pour ne pas que je rate mon avion. J'ai refusé. Le chauffeur a décidé de m'emmener a l'aéroport. La problématique n'étant pas le prix, mais le principe. Limite me forcer a payer plus.

Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter total nett und haben uns einen Miet-Roller und ein Flughafen-Taxi organisiert. Das Bad bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung, da war alles ziemlich klapprig und kaputt. Zur Lage sollte man wissen, dass man nicht im Zentrum ist und eine Moped oder Taxi zur Fortbewegung braucht.

- Janine J (9/5): Friendly and cozy - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and efficient with welcome drinks to greet us. There's always a staff nearby/manning the front desk during the day, and there is a security personnel at night too. We had an early check-out for an early flight and they were able to make it easy for us to check-out. Breakfast being included in the booking was a welcome bonus, which was simple Filipino-style cuisine. They also packed us some light sandwiches on our check-out date. The rooms and place were clean and quiet. Simple vanity kits and towels were provided. The hotel was within walking distance to a gym, McDonald's, and a small grocery store. I knew this before booking the place, but honestly the amount of stairs to get to the rooms is the only thing we didn't like. If you require some form of physical support, I would strongly advise requesting for lower floor rooms.

- Elsa (7/5): Bien juste pour « dormir » - Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Un bon point de chute excentré de la ville juste pour dormir si vous avez des activités toute la journée. L’hôtel nous a arrangé la navette avec l’aéroport et le ménage est fait à la demande. Nous avons des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours mais uniquement sur demande ( pareil pour le papier toilettes ). La chambre proche de la piscine sentait constamment l’humidité. La décoration est triste, avec des rideaux noirs, cela ne fait vraiment pas « vacances » . Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entendait les gens marcher au-dessus de nous. Nous avons très mal dormi 4 nuits/6 entre les gens complètement saouls qui criaient et ceux qui faisaient des visios autour de la piscine à 1h du matin. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant sauf pour prendre un jus d’ananas : c’était un jus en bouteille !! Un comble pour les Philippines…

- Azzolini (9/5): Nel complesso ottimo! - Struttura abbastanza moderna per gli standard filippini, adatta al gusto europeo, di sicuro molto meglio rispetto a el nido. Lo staff super disponibile e sempre sorridente, pronto ad aiutare in ogni cosa. Posizione dell’hotel comoda, vicina al centro ma fuori dal caos, a piedi può risultare un po scomodo ma in motorino é perfetto. Come nominato anche da altre recensioni c’è una bella scalinata impegnativa per arrivare alla propria camera, per noi non è stato un problema ma potrebbe esserlo se avete problemi a fare le scale. La mancanza del bidet la reputo un handicap non da poco ma é così in tutte le Filippine quindi non si può pretendere di averlo. Colazione molto buona e abbondante ma sempre alla carta e la maggior parte delle opzioni è salata, non c’è quasi scelta per la cucina dolce. La pulizia della camera non è automatica ma bisogno comunicarla ogni giorno se si vuole che venga rifatta la camera.

- Catherine (10/5): Incredible staff, great location, convenient amenities. - The location of this property was really great because it was a little bit outside the main part of Coron Town so quieter and less busy, while still being close enough to get a quick tuk tuk ride into town. We could rent scooters, book excursions and reserve massages directly with the front desk and the shuttle service was super convenient as well. It was also really convenient to have a restaurant on the property so we didn’t have to go into town for food unless we wanted to. Everything we ordered was delicious and high quality food. Probably the best part about this property was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We had our infant and toddler with us and the staff were SO kind and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing stay! Make sure you’re OK with LOTS of stairs. We were at the top and got a great workout every day. It didn’t bother us but make sure you’re up for it before booking.

There wasn't street noise which is common in the country. The wetness is always a problem, you feel a slight odor of mould. You have to walk steep stairs to your room. The town of Coron is very dirty, but the boat tour we took (The Ultimate Tour) was great!

They really apologized for the inconvenience and they offered us the airport transfer. Despite difficulties they remained positive. Unfortunately we had a little issue with our room. The first night after the dinner had in our room we found a cockroach in our room. We are in the Philippines It could happen. I killed it and it was ok. After few minutes we found out another cockroach in our beauty case. We called the reception in order to be assisted and someone of the staff killed the last one. We noticed that from the rooftop of the bathroom was falling the cockroach’s poop. We decided to change the room instantly because probably there was the nest. Unfortunately the hotel was full. So we spent not a great night with the lights on to keep out cockroaches.

- Cinzia (8/5): - Una delle nostre camere (quella da 3) era molto spaziosa, con molte finestre (dotate di zanzariere) e balcone privato. Letti comodi, doccia super, nessun odore di umidità.Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Considerando il livello generale delle strutture nelle Filippine ci siamo trovati molto bene e la consigliamo! La seconda stanza ( da 2) che affacciava sulla piscina ( devo riconoscere non invitante)al contrario era piuttosto piccola e claustrofobica, ci siamo trovati costretti a chiedere un upgrade della camera. Mejoraría la limpieza de la habitación. La zona de la piscina no invita a quedarse allí, pudiendo ser un punto fuerte del alojamiento

- Loïc (9/5): - Logement à l'écart de la ville, le personnel parle très bien anglais et a tout organisé à notre demande : Location de scooter, Shuttle pour l'aéroport, bagagerie pour 2j bref, ils ont été fabuleux. Une piscine pour se rafraîchir à notre arrivée, vraiment très bien. Le logement se compose de différents niveaux donc, si vous avez le dernier étage -comme nous- n'oubliez pas votre téléphone en haut ! Beaucoup de marches à monter.

- Peter (7/5): Vriendelijk personeel en op een rustige plek. - Personeel was heel vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels. Bed was prima. Rustig plekje. Het was een sfeerloze kamer en ook het zwembad was niet echt een gezellige plek om te zitten. En de airco maakte heel veel herrie, dus ‘s nachts kon je het niet aanlaten.

- Mijntje (8/5): Goed en aan te raden! - Grote kamers, wel goed checken of je 1 of 2 losse bedden boekt. Leuke locatie met mooi uitzicht en erg aardig personeel! Het is bovenop een berg en je ziet buiten de drukte, maar ook maar 10-15 minuten lopen naar de drukte (of <5 min voor 100 pesos met de tuktuk). De douche werd niet (of heel even) warm. En het is jammer dat er geen zon bij het zwembad komt!

The rooms suffer from extreme humidity condensation, with bad smells and visible mold. Bathroom cleanliness is poor and overall maintenance is seriously lacking. The swimming pool had cloudy, dirty-looking water. On top of that, we were charged an unacceptable 10% extra fee for paying by card. We stayed here in 2019 and it was fine back then, but in 2026 the state of the hotel is honestly sad.
