- Claudia (8/5): Super Lage mit direktem Einstieg in eins der schönsten Skigebiete der Alpen - Super Lage, in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß an den Gondeln hoch zur Sella Ronda und nach Pozza. Kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants ebenfalls in Laufweite. Das Appartement hatte 2 moderne Bäder mit Dusche, perfekt als Familie mit 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend, zur Begrüßung gab es einen Putzlappen, etwas Spülmittel und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Ansonsten ist keine Ausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs o.ä.) vorhanden. Der Empfang in der Agentur und die Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Der Platz zum Essen war im Appartement (Nr. 6) für 4 Personen beengt, für noch mehr Personen (es gäbe 7 Schlafplätze) reicht der Platz nicht. Unsere Waschmaschine war im Keller im Skiraum, nicht wie im anderen Appartement in der Küche. Die Skiräume (1 abschließbares Abteil je Appartement) sind nicht beheizt. Wir haben die Skistiefel daher im Appartment aufbewahrt. Es fehlen Garderobenhaken und Ablagen für die Ski-Kleidung. Auf den Balkonen sind keine Sitzmöbel. Weil auch keine Bilder an den Wänden hängen, wirkt alles etwas karg und lieblos. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.

- Rugas (10/5): - Super położenie. Blisko wyciągów, ale także restauracji i drobnych sklepów. Duża jadalnia, pokoje w sam raz. Dwie łazienki przy siedmiu osobach były optymalne. Personel szybko i sprawnie załatwił wydanie i odebranie kluczy. Mile i sympatyczne Panie. Ogólnie bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni. Mankamentem są dość wąskie miejsca parkingowe i narciarnia bez mozliwosci wysuszenia butów. Ale jakość całości do ceny jest naprawdę bardzo dobra.

- Bart (7/5): - Nieuw appartement (nummer 6) met fraai sanitair en prima kamers. Dicht bij de lift. Is net te lopen. Toch zou het prettig zijn als er een kluisje voor de ski's beschikbaar zou zijn bij de gondel. Twee verschillende navigaties geven een adres voor het ophalen van de sleutels dat niet klopt. Is namelijk 200 meter verderop, dezelfde straatnaam en nummer maar blijkt officieel een dorp verder te zijn. Is bekend bij receptie doch niet goed vermeld in communicatie en wordt ook niet goed duidelijk als je telefonisch contact opneemt. Het appartement heeft weinig ruimte om met 5, laat staan 6 mensen comfortabel te zitten in een zithoek en aan de eettafel. Ook in de gang prima ruimte voor een kapstok voor jassen, helmen, etc doch hier is niets opgehangen.

Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Except ski bouts dryer. No ski bouts dryer at storage room. So bring own with you. Or you can put ski bouts on battery.

The cooker is induction, our frying pan was not compatible, but the apartment has its own frying pans, pots and everything else you may need to cook. The showers are great. The apartment has good lighting solution. There is a ski storage room downstairs. The pillows are too small. There is no place to dry your clothes. There is only one parking place for the apartment of 8 people, but we were able to park 2 cars one after another.

- Sara (10/5): Una casa straordinariamente pulita - Una pulizia eccezionale. Non ho mai trovato un posto così pulito, davvero incredibile. La casa era comoda a livello di posizione, e anche molto accessoriata. Con parcheggio personale davanti all’entrata. Vista montagna favolosa, la Mattina ci svegliavamo con la montagna innevata ed era qualcosa di unico. La cosa scomoda è stato doverci portare lenzuola, carta igienica , tovaglioli e sacchi per la spazzatura, ma viaggiando in macchina non è stato poi un problema grande. L’unica pecca è stato saperlo dopo, non viene menzionato prima della prenotazione ma ti avvisano subito dopo. Penso che per chi viaggia con la famiglia sarebbe molto scomodo perché noi eravamo in due, ma portare il necessario per una famiglia intera è scomodo. Ammetto che se lo avessi saputo prima ci avrei pensato un attimo a prenotare, ma considerando quanto ci siamo trovati bene io ci ritornerei sicuramente!

- Barbora (9/5): Skvělá lokalita, prostorné a vybavené ubytování. - Skvělá lokalita, v okolí mnoho zajímavých míst na turistiku. Apartmá velmi prostorné, čisté a vybavené - pracka, myčka, nádobí. Při příjezdu nám paní vše důkladně vysvětlila, předala mnoho informaci o okolí. Dostali jsme mapu a balíček s jarem, houbičkou, prostředkem na úklid, pytel do odpadového koše a ruličku toaletního papíru. Zdarma parkovací místo. Krásný výhled z balkonu. Jako nevýhodu vnímám, ze si musíte přivést své vlastní ručníky, prostěradla a povlečení. Velmi úzký prostor na parkování.

We didn’t like the fact that the check-in office was quite far from the apartment — about a 10-minute drive. Maybe it’s partly our fault, but since I’ve never encountered a different address for check-in, I didn’t notice it and we ended up waiting a long time. Also, we were a group of 4 people staying for three nights, and we were given only one roll of toilet paper! Note: the apartment does not include bed linens and towels — they cost an extra €20 per guest. This detail wasn’t clearly stated, and again, we only noticed it afterwards (in the fine print). We had no choice. I really don’t understand which tourists travel with their own sheets and towels! 😏

- Giuseppe (9/5): Vicini alla perfezione - La posizione eccezionale, la struttura nuova ove non manca nulla, la possibilità di non usare più l’auto. Una delle camere è troppo piccola, si gira a fatica attorno al letto.

- FABRIZIA (5/5): Carina ma non per due famiglie - Posizione buona, vicinissima impianti di Alba-Ciampac Mancano molti accessori, la casa ha tanti posti letto ma poi ha uno stendino minuscolo, uno dei due bagni senza bidet, un solo posto auto per appartamento.

- Deborah (7/5): Good - The apartment was very spacious for group/family and has a very nice view!! The location is nice if you are going around the small towns nearby. We were able to self check in which was very convenient. Additional to the fact that you must rent the bed linen and towels, which is previously announced, so it's Ok. But you won't find any basic stuff such as hand soap, shower mats, garbage bags etc.
