• Rainer (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer lag leider im UG und hatte nur ein kleines Fenster zur Straße heraus. Dadurch war es recht laut. Es war auch sehr klein wie das Bad auch. Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise war aber alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstück im Garten war gut und ausreichend. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Garten abstellen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt.

They were all friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and had facilities such as tea and coffee making facilities and a small kitchen area not mentioned in the information. The hotel is in a good location, easy walk into old town but also close to the train and bus station. Very quiet as away from the busy old town. • Siegrid (4/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Lage und Thema waren schön. Zimmer 111 war ein Reinfall. Die ganze Nacht brannte das Licht im Vorraum. Die Ausstattung war mehr ein Mädchenzimmer als ein Hotelzimmer. Am Morgen wurden wir um 6:00 Uhr durch die Putzfrauen geweckt, weil die Wände sehr dünn waren. Das Frühstück war okay die Eier waren sehr lecker der Cappuccino war sehr lecker. Wahrscheinlich lag es nur am Zimmer, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• George Johannes (3/5): Not the stars worth - Breakfast is good I choose this hotel on reviews but it seemed if the hotel has 2 different types of rooms, I was booked in an outside room and the shower is just unpractical and very very confined. After taking a shower the bathroom floor is completely wet. The kettle need to stand on the floor due to the placement of the plugs. There is no stand for a suitcase, which is uncomfortable for living out of a suitcase.

• Peter (4/5): - Klein, nicht viele Gäste, Eben ein Boutique Hotel, klein, Treppe am Ende ohne Geländer, Stufen vor dem Zimmereingang abgeschnitten, da sonst kein Zugang zum Zimmer möglich ist. Die Betten waren nur von einer Seite zugänglich. In der Nacht hat die Zimmerdecke einen Sternenhimmel anstelle der Deckenleuchte ausgestrahlt. Frühstück war sehr spärlich.

• Wilhelm (4/5): Disappointing stay at Boutique Hotel Esteria - Staff was very friendly and the location close to public transport and within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants The room was really not acceptable. Very cramped in with no space to even put down my luggage. When I wanted to work on my laptop it had to be squeezed in on the tiny table occupied with the coffee making facilities. The lead of the kettle was so short it had to be placed on the floor to reach a wall plug. Breakfast was average but some fruit beyond its expiry date. The bathroom facility very cramped in and uncomfortable.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Lovely outside seating area and freshly prepared snacks. Close to main road and on route to hospital so you heard sirens on any passing ambulances.

• Monika (7/5): Ett hotell med gångavstånd till centrum. Frukostutbudet var inte det bästa. - Två sovrum med dubbelsängar. Gångavstånd till centrum. Hotellet har ingen egen parkering. Dålig ljudisolering. Småskalig frukost i trånga utrymmen.
• Ana (7/5): - El alma que tiene el hotel, super lindo y acogedor. La habitación triple era muy bonita, limpia y agradable. Detalles bien cuidados. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas, espacio suficiente. Agua caliente y presión perfectas en la ducha. El personal super amable! Nos recomendaron sitios, nos trataron super bien y nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación no es lejana pero tampoco es "céntrica" (realmente está a 15min andando del centro). Lavabo muy pequeño y el secador no funcionaba bien (se paraba a los 15 segundos). Nos proporcionaron otro pero no se podía colgar por lo que fue bastante incómodo usarlo. La habitación tenía vistas al parking, donde pasaba gente subiendo escaleras al lado de nuestras ventanas (aun estando en el primer piso) por lo que teníamos que tener las cortinas corridas. El desayuno es correcto pero hay poco para elegir.

Mit der Kanalisation scheint einiges in Argen zu liegen. Kunden dann noch vorzuwerfen, dass sie Beeinträchtigungen früher melden sollten, fand ich unfreundlich - eine Entschuldigung wäre angebrachter gewesen.

• STELLA (9/5): Hotel che consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo e per la vicinanza dal centro. Staff competente! - Struttura piccola e ben curata. La ragazza alla reception e’ stata molto gentile dandoci molte indicazioni utili. L’hotel è vicino al centro, raggiungibile con una semplice camminata. Camera spaziosa. Colazione buona. Pulito. Purtroppo il bagno in camera è molto piccolo e la doccia, non essendo totalmente chiusa, permette la fuoriuscita di molta acqua.

Men hun mener at det fordi vi var ikke ret mange på hotel så der var ingen morgenbuffet.

• Caolan (8/5): Wonderful premises, outstanding staff however the location can be deterring. - The room was absolutely fantastic, the courtyard was stunning, there is a handy restaurant beside the hotel as well as the hotel doing food and the staff were simply wonderful - the fact they took the time to wish me a happy birthday was very decent of them. Unfortunately due to my lack of research, I was unaware the property is located near Ljubljana A&E hospital. This was fine for most of the night but at around 4am I awoke to the loud sound of sirens.

Завтрак не оплачивала. Но мне не отказали при выезде из отеля в кофе и позволили угоститься оставшимся с завтрака. Денег не взяли. Не отказали в просьбе оставить багаж на несколько часов.

Bon accueil à l’arrivée avec des conseils de restaurants et des propositions de visites et de circuits pour découvrir le centre. Porte de la cabine de douche ouverte sur le bas, chambre au sous-sol. Problème du parking en centre-ville et dans toute la ville (abusif !).

O estacionamento é um pouco distante e pago. 11 euros por dia. Eles falam que tem, mas é propaganda enganosa. O quarto que ficamos é próximo do restaurante e bem barulhento. O hotel não tem elevador e os funcionários não ajudam a carregar as malas.

• Amar (10/5): Eine der saubersten Einrichtungen, die wir bisher besucht haben. - Das Gebäude ist neu oder modern renoviert und sehr sauber und ordentlich. An Kleinigkeiten wie eine Touristenkarte für eine Stadtrundfahrt wurde gedacht. Die Zimmer sind mit Wasserkocher und Tee-/Kaffeezubereiter ausgestattet, im Badezimmer finden Sie Föhn, Duschgel und Handtücher. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Heizung und Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Objekt befindet sich 15-20min zu Fuß von Zentrum. Die Einrichtung verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Sie können zwar auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude parken, die maximale Parkdauer beträgt jedoch 4 Stunden (ca. 7 €) – was unpraktisch ist, da jedes Mal ein neues Ticket gekauft werden muss. Glücklicherweise gibt es in der Nähe Parkmöglichkeiten, beispielsweise am Bahnhof, wo das Parken für 24 Stunden 11 € kostet.
