Gisela (1/5): Schlecht - Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Heiz-/Klimasystem im Zimmer war extrem laut, sodass man es nachts ausschalten musste, um überhaupt schlafen zu können. Dadurch wurde das Zimmer jedoch ab Donnerstag sehr kalt. Als ich freundlich darum bat, die Heizung wieder zu aktivieren, reagierte die Besitzerin sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv. Statt professionell mit meiner Anfrage umzugehen, begann sie mit mir zu diskutieren und machte mir Vorwürfe. Auch ein Mitarbeiter verhielt sich später unangemessen und diskutierte ebenfalls mit mir. So sollte man Gäste nicht behandeln. Zusätzlich wirkten die Zimmer und insbesondere die Badezimmer alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt leider keine angenehme Erfahrung. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Natalia (6/5): - Gentilezza del personale e posizione della struttura in primis. Inoltre, la struttura in sé è molto curata nonostante sia uno stabile d’epoca. Molto apprezzato anche il giardinetto esterno. Nonostante il periodo invernale, la stanza al momento della mia entrata non era riscaldata, il riscaldamento è stato acceso solamente nel preciso momento del mio arrivo. Inoltre, colazione molto assortita di dolci, ma una totale mancanza di una parte salata. Essendo un quattro stelle, solitamente la colazione è più varia ed il cliente che fa una colazione salata non dovrebbe ordinare delle uova a pagamento, ma trovarle già a buffet.

Cordialità e professionalità del personale. Camera pulita e spaziosa e niente plastica. Camera ben insonorizzata. Colazione ricca in un ambiente di pregio. WiFi con un buon segnale. Ascensore. Nulla in particolare. Forse pulirei un tantino di più sotto il letto.

Trotz einstelliger Temperaturen wurde die Heizung erst nach mehrfachen Beschwerden am letzten Tag aktiviert. Bis dahin würde nur ein kleiner Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster auf den offenen Gang.

Harrie (7/5): Prima hotel. - Mooie kamer met schone, luxe badkamer (maar we hadden dan ook de junior-suite). Heerlijke bedden met kraakhelder bedlinnen. Ontbijt was wel een beetje karig, vleeswaren, kaas en brood werden nauwelijks aangevuld. Als je een gekookt ei wilde hebben moest je 5 euro betalen (volgens het lijstje), hebben we maar niet gedaan. En als je van opera-muziek bij het ontbijt houdt....

Nadia (7/5): - Albergo comodo per la vicinanza al centro, con parcheggio privato dentro ad un cortile. L'ingresso è elegante e curato nell'arredamento; anche la sala colazione mi ha stupito. Pareti raffrescate, tavoli apparecchiati con dettagli eleganti ed il tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Colazione a buffet, abbondante in tutto, a parte il salato (in Italia è spesso così). La signora che ha servito ai tavoli, molto cordiale e disponibile. Un pochino scomoda la stanza; in realtà c'era una fotografia, ma quando abbiamo prenotato non l'abbiamo notata. Dotata di tutti i servizi, ma si presenta stretta e lunga, probabilmente camera singola a cui è stato aggiunto un secondo letto. Ci siamo stati solo un giorno, per cui andava bene lo stesso; i due letti erano messi uno contro l'altro dal lato della testa e solo per uno dei due ere possibile vedere il televisore, perché l'altro l'aveva alle spalle. Il bagno piccolo e non troppo comodo, in più abbiamo notato dei capelli per terra (ancora prima di usarlo).
Mauro (8/5): wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. - Super Lage in das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Andy_Romagna (8/5): Un'ottima soluzione nel centro di Castelfranco Veneto - La colazione è valida, siamo arrivati un po' sul finale per cui alcune cose non erano esposte, ma la signora addetta al servizio di sala si è subito resa disponibile a fornire quanto mancava; qualità dei prodotti buona. Ottimale la posizione con tanto di parcheggio. Unico problema rilevato, ma solo in parte imputabile alla struttura, la zona è piena di zanzare, pur essendo in centro. Siamo stati letteralmente assaliti. Occorre quando stare molto attenti ad aprire le finestre. Se il problema è frequente sarebbe opportuno dotare le finestre si zanzariere.

Meelis (9/5): Perfect for short stay by car - Great cozy place to stay in Castelfranco Veneto. Everything is in walking distance so perfect to explore the city. There is parking place in inner yard so you need to have just short walk to reach reception. Everything was fine!

Colazione a buffet scarsa, almeno alle 9 ma visto che la colazione inizia alle 7 e finisce alle 10 dovrebbe essere rifornita fino all'ultimo. Lavori in corso e ascensore guasto per l'alluvione avvenuta poco prima ma visto che è un disservizio avrebbero almeno dovuto fare un pi colo sconto sul prezzo, decisamente alto. Certo si trova in una bellissima posizione e in un palazzo del 600 probabilmente l'unica nota positiva. L'entrata del parcheggio sembra una zona pedonale, stretta e difficile da notare. Il condizionatore si accende alle 16 del pomeriggio e questa cosa non viene detta dal personale. Mi spiace ma non ci tornerei mai.

Jackie (8/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful region, with so much to see. - Excellent location, lovely town with medieval walled centre, good restaurants, & easy to visit surrounding stunning towns of Padua, Mantua, Vicenza and Bessano del Grappa. Lovely buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Some of the furniture could do with an upgrade.
Q6560GVjackies (8/5): Good base for visiting the area - We stayed for 10 nights as a base to visit this wonderful area including Padua, Mantua, Vicenza and Bossano del Grappa. Castelfranco Veneto is a perfect location for this, a small town, with medieval walled centre, good shops, market and restaurants. The hotel is comfortable, very good buffet breakfast, you pay a bit extra for cooked items. Rooms are clean and comfortable, some furniture could do with renovating. Not all rooms have the floral painted walls so request at booking if you’d like this. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a big buffet that was very tasty. Hot breakfast such as eggs and waffles could be ordered for extra cost if desired. Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to store our bags before and after we checked in and out. There was also a really comfy lounge area that we could wait in before we checked in and after we had checked out.

Robin (3/5): Great location, terrible room for the price, especially with a leaky AC! - The location was great, near the center of Castelfranco Veneto and with a private parking. We booked the Junior Suite, which seemed like an upgrade from a normal double room. In the middle of the night, we were woken up by the AC leaking. Not just a little drip, but raining on the inside. This caused us to lose a lot of sleep and while checking out and complaining upon being told “oh yeah, we knew. Here’s a bottle of prosecco for your discomfort” does not feel like a genuine apology. Had we known upon checking in, we would have asked for another room. Beware of room 306!

Vincent (8/5): Castelfranco Veneto Central hotel - Well located near the centre of town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had lovely decor too.. I was told there would be vegan options for breakfast. Unfortunately, I think this only went as far as fruit. Everything else seemed to contain eggs, milk or butter, all dairy, then ham.. So i had fruit for breakfast and black coffee.. My room was very warm and I couldn't get air conditioning to work but thankfully I slept OK.

Thank you for a great stay. - The location, the facility and the front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offer wonderful suggestions of where to eat and neighbouring towns to visit. Given the heat, the facility was asked by local government to not use the air conditioning for a few hours each day…this made for some very hot moments.
