- çınar (6/5): - Odalar temizdi. Kavhaltida.güzeldi helal ürünler kullanıyorlar türk damak tadına da dikkat etmişler... 3 kisi icin rezervasyon yaptirdik cocugumuz vardi park yatak istedik ve ellerinde olmadigini soyledirler koca tesis 1 tane bile park yatak yoktu. Battaniye istedik 2 günde geldi.

- VesaVesa (8/5): - In general hotel was ok, clean and equiped with almost all facilities you might need, except super unproffessional staf. I had two upseting experiences. I have asked the hotel staff in advance about the parking, again when we I arrived I informed and asked them if its ok to leave the car in front of the hotel and they said yes. When I asked about the payment, they said dont worry you pay at the checkout, however in the morning I found a ticket from e public parking with an extra fee and nobody from hotel staff worried about it. Cherry on top, at midnight I received a call from reception saying that the guy is asking you to bring lost sunglases and money 😄. When I said how do you know that they are looking for me, she said no I was just assuming and closed the phone. I called them again to clarify the situation and the lady said it was her mistake and nobody was looking for me.

- Julian (1/5): Never ever would I come back - The Spa Breakfast is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel (you pay e.g. extra for an omelette…); big party hosted by the hotel bar under my balcony until 1am and no one informed me before (I had previously requested a quiet room when I booked). Requested a refund (only for that night!) which was declined by the hotel immediately. Staff justified instead of trying to find a solution…

Arac için park yeri yok karşısinda park ediyosunuz ve bilmeden ceza yazıldı otelin valesine verirseniz günlük 10euro isteniyor zaten rezervasyon olan bir yere arac için ekstra para ödüyorsunuz bu hoşuma gitmedi.
- Dennis#G (8/5): - Unsere Suite war sehr groß, die Betten bequem, und ein Balkon in Richtung eines Flusses ist immer etwas besonderes. Auch an der Sauberkeit ist nichts zu bemängeln. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann das Statdtzentrum in 15-20 Minuten per bequemem Spaziergang am Flussufer erreichen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Stil des Hotels und des Frühstücksbereiches ist schön, wenngleich etwas dunkel. Frühstück und SPA waren ok, nichts besonderes. Der Aufenthalt war schön, keine Frage. Das letzte Quäntchen bei einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwartetem Luxus hat uns jedoch gefehlt, u.a. aufgrund der älteren Einrichtung der Suite. Deswegen lautet das Fazit "nur" sehr gut. Für einen Städtetrip nach Skopje würden wir das Hotel jedoch empfehlen! Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.

- Jaroslaw (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja i obsługa, ale kilka niedociągnięć - Bardzo miła i przyjazna obsługa zarówno w recepcji, room service, jak i centrum spa, dzięki czemu pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Lokalizacja świetna, kilkanaście minut przyjemnego spaceru wzdłuż rzeki i parku do ścisłego centrum Skopje, co daje idealny balans między spokojem a bliskością atrakcji. Dużym rozczarowaniem był brak dostępnego żelazka, co prawda hotel oferuje usługę prasowania za niewielką opłatą, ale w hotelu 5-gwiazdkowym możliwość samodzielnego wyprasowania ubrań powinna być standardem, szczególnie podczas podróży. Śniadania niestety stosunkowo słabe- niewielki wybór i smakowo również poniżej oczekiwań.

- Stefan (6/5): Hotel in medium maintenance level in nice location outside the center - Somehow not too well maintained hotel in good location which had its best times twenty years ago. The whole hotel is in a low maintenance level with plenty of details to repair, replace or renovate. Only rooms to the river have a nice view, from rooms on the other side you look against the walls of the football stadium. The spa area shows the same picture. In general, nicely set-up but in a medium maintenance stage with plenty of smaller and larger things to repair.

- Abhay Vijay (8/5): Nice comfortable stay in Skopje - Located at about 15 minutes walk from old bridge. Very nice comfortable rooms. Superb breakfast. Housekeeping was erratic. Also ask for river facing room. Arena facing rooms don't have any view.

- ORHAN_YILMAZ (9/5): Her şey harikaydı. - Otelin kahvaltısı çok zengin ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine 10-15dk yürüme mesafesinde olsa da, nehir kenarında sessiz ve güzel bir otel. Otel müdürü Gürkan beyin desteğine teşekkür ederim. Türkçe bilen resepsiyon görevlisi de olağanüstü, en ufak bir konuda desteklerini hissediyorsunuz. Olumsuz bir şey yok.

- Sare Mine (10/5): Üsküpte keyifli yerel lokasyonlara yakın ve müşteri memnuniyetini 1. Sırada tutan bir tesis 🥰 - Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi, havadar sakin ve nehir kenarında olması çok keyifliydi. Makedonyanın yerlilerinin takıldığı bar ve restaurantlara çok çok yakındı. Sadece parktan yürüyün ve leziz restaurantlarda barlarda keyifli vakit geçirin. Meydana yürüyüşle 15 dk. Türk çarşısına da 15/20 dk içinde köprüyü geçip varabilirsiniz. Sadece akşamları türk tarafında hiç hareket yok bence yerellerin takıldığı yerlere gidin ve sokak partilerine katılın. Çok eğlenceliydi. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Her sorumuza cevap aldık, valizlerimizi uçak saatine kadar bırakabildik. 4 yıl önce de aynı yerde kalmıştık, yine aynı yeri seçtik , tekrar gidişimde yine tercih edeceğim. Teşekkür ederim. Ek not: kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi Olumsuz hiç bir durum yaşanmadı. Çok yardımseverler ve tüm ihtiyaçlarımıza yanıt verildi. Müşteri memnuniyeti ön planda tutuluyor.

- GULDONE (8/5): - Odalar çok temiz ferah yataklar nevresimler temiz ve yeniydi. Balkonlu odada kaldık ev hissi verdiği için ayrıca beğendik. Spa küçük ama güzeldi genel olarak 2 günlük gezimiz için çok memnun kaldık.

- Laura (9/5): - The rooms are a really good size and felt luxurious and were very clean - good refreshing daily too. The location was nice as we wanted to walk a bit into town and the walk was along the river. Some reception staff weren't particularly warm and felt like they weren't too quick to help, eg when we wanted a taxi to the airport. Check in took a long time. The hotel has an outdoor space backing onto the river which wasn't open and that was a shame because it would have been really nice. If that was open it would have meant we could have accessed the river path easier too. Perhaps this is because we visited just before peak summer season.

- Ivana Vrackic (4/5): Dizajn hotela sjajan, menadzment los! - Prostor je veoma lep, hotel sjajno dizajniran, soba velika, lepa. Krevet udoban. Restoran takodje jako lepo izgleda. Osoblje hotela neljubazno. Pri samom dolasku u hotel osetite hladnocu, uzdrzanost, sto nije svojstveno Makedoncima! Ali to se pokazalo i kasnije u restoranu, stvarno sam bila iznenadjena da morate da platite dodatno ukoliko zelite jaja na oko. Hotel se reklamira da je SPA zona. Da li mozete da verujete da je bazen u spa centru sa ledenom vodom? Po podovima razbacani peskiri, cudne devojke, asocijacija je na nesto drugo, ne na pristojan hotel. Zaboravila sam jaknu u hotelu, zvali smo bezuspesno nekoliko puta, kada smo konacno dobili nekoga receno je javice nam se. Niko nas nije zvao. Kada sam pozvala ponovo izvinjavali su se i rekli da jakna nije u hotelu. Nemoguce! Nijedan menadzment hotela te kategorizacije ne bi sebi ovo sve dozvolio! Jako mi je zao zbog svega, jer sam jako volela da dolazim u Makedonju. I obozavam ljude tamo, ali ovo su nedopustive stvari!
