• Alexandra (8/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Sachsenhausen! - Das super freundliche Personal und die Lage. Die schmale Treppe im Maisonette-Zimmer. Im unteren Teil fand ich den Aufenthalt auch nicht wirklich gemütlich. Das nächste Mal würde ich wahrscheinlich einfach ein anderes Zimmer buchen.

Hotel has beautiful artworks all around the facility. Community kitchen at the top floor is a big plus if you're travelling with kids. Entering into the hotel and accessing elevators with a baby stroller could be easier with a simple ramp.

• Anita (10/5): Libertine gets 6 stars from myself and my husband!!!! - The staff created us and we knew we picked the right location to spend a couple nights in Frankfurt. This is our last stop after a 16-day Eurail trip across Europe stopping in five different countries. The river was across the street and so we were able to walk and enjoy the area and festivities on Mayday. We had three different managers to visit with during our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and describing the property. A second gentleman shared restaurants and a perfect walk to take the day we arrived. The cappuccino and espresso that were made for us, complimentary, at the front desk was out of this world. My favorite was the fresh fruit. A variety of apples, clementines and pears. Definitely a go-to for me as I had been hunting markets during my stay for fresh fruit.The streets on either side of libertine had sidewalk cafes and bars that were so close and so we had a good variety of locations to eat, drink and play cards. The area felt very safe and the people were very generous. The facility itself had a beautiful bowl of fruit, beer as you walked out lol, shared kitchen and laundry facilities. All of which we used. We needed a fridge as we purchased quite a bit of cheese while we were in Switzerland. It worked out perfectly for us to be prepared with ice packs from the freezer and bring our cheese home safely. I'm happy to report it arrived in great condition. The room was perfectly appointed, linens were top-notch, the bedding was excellent quality, I could mirror my iPad so we could enjoy our favorite programs on Prime Video as we were unwinding for our 23-hour trip back home. The speakers were amazing as well. During our stay we did not turn on the TV and having one that was like home was perfect. Photos and description were on point as noted on booking.com. We had two locations that were not even close, and one we paid for in full and still found somewhere else to stay in Verona. I can honestly say that there was absolutely nothing that I did not like.

Prices. Almost everything. The maisonette on the first floor have very small and deep stairs inside whic could be a problem if you're old or have mobility restrictions. Die Lage ist superzentral, aber im Weggehviertel Altsachsenhausen, das ein bisschen so ist wie Ballermann. Aber man hörte davon wenig, weil die Fenster gut isoliert waren.

• Tara (10/5): Comfort and arty in the center of the nightlife - Nice style, not cookie cutter. Cool community kitchen upstairs. Neighborhood has lots of nightlife, and they provide earplugs with the toiletries (though I didn’t need them the Saturday night I stayed). Windows have good sound protection. A lamp in my room wasn’t working and they were nice and quick to help. Breakfast had lots of interesting items (but I’m very not vegetarian so honestly missed a nice breakfast sausage). Fresh croissants and jam were tasty. The coffee was fine, but I would have loved a big milky cappuccino or mocha (espresso, while not included is available).

• Alison (6/5): - It was a very noisy region, and I would not have liked to be a single female staying here and going out at night. There was broken glass outside and a lot of young people. The community kitchen was fantastic though. There was no hot water in the shower during the day and no air conditioning. As it was very noisy outside, you had to choose between being uncomfortably hot or not sleeping due to the noise.

• Hanna (10/5): - Das Hotel ist einfach wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Mein Zimmer mit Badewanne war pure Ästhetik – stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alles war perfekt gepflegt und man konnte sich sofort entspannen. Der Ausblick auf Frankfurt war beeindruckend und hat den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr praktisch und gut angebunden. Ein kleines Detail, das den Aufenthalt noch perfekter machen würde, wären Hausschuhe im Zimmer. Ich bin absolut begeistert und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

• Laura (8/5): - The decor of the rooms and the whole hotel is beautiful and cosy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very tasty breakfast. As a bonus there is a full kitchen in the attic that can be used by all guests. That was very useful one evening when my daughter did not want to go out for dinner. The hotel is in the middle of the party streets of Sachsenhausen with many bars. Even thought the hotel has sound insulations, on the weekend nights there is quite some noise that kept us up.

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel und im Zimmer war sehr angenehm und einladend. Die Maisonette Wohnung hatte etwas ganz besonderes mit der zweiten Ebene. Aufgrund der Lage des Zimmers und damit zusammenhängend der in der Nähe liegenden Bars war es in der Nacht am Wochenende etwas unruhig.

• Stungyte (10/5): Cute and cozy stay in Frankfurt - The interior of every floor and every room was so unique. Even in the lobby. Lots of art hanging everywhere, great staff, everything was super clean, and there was even a shared kitchen, which is a great addition. They also had some merchandise and a mini market upstairs with unique designs. Staff was very kind, and provided us with a room with an enjoyable view, and were eager to give recommendations and help, or just to have a chat - which we liked very much. Downstairs we also got some coffee, loved it, and they even made it with oatmilk. The location was also good, and you can get everywhere using public transport. If you'd like to go out, the street is filled with bars and pubs, so there's enough opportunity to find a place! Honestly, 10/10 would stay here again. Especially if you're looking for a small, cozy, artistic hotel, definitely (!) would give this one a shot :) There was not much to dislike, quite honestly. Everyone was friendly and listened to our requests. Such as wanting a room with a view or wanting an extra blanket. Only downside being that we couldn't stay longer.

Also, it is pretty big so that it is a plus. The staff is very nice as well. They do not have a room for luggage. We had to leave our luggage prior the trip to airport and they do not have a proper room for this and it is not great.
• Amber (3/5): Bloodstains on bed and impossible to secure a refund, despite promises - Upon arrival noticed there were bloodstains on the mattress topper, possibly indicating pests/bedbugs. I moved to a different (expensive, on such short notice) hotel and requested a full refund. The hotel only agreed to refund 1 of 3 nights (they were separate bookings), but I still have not even received this - over a month later. Booking.com insist only the hotel can process the refund, and the hotel insist only booking.com can process it.
• Margarita (9/5): Toll - Es ist fantastisch allerdings, und obwohl das Essen hervorragend war, haben wir nicht gelesen das es Vegan ist. Die Heizung war zu hoch und ein Offenes Fenster haben wir zu spät bemerkt.
