- Carolyn (8/5): Nice place at a good price for overnight stay. - Friendly front desk staff. Room was quiet on 3rd floor. Free parking. Nice big screen TV. Clean comforter, sheets, linens. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. I did not like the loud fan in the bathroom. If the light switch is turned on, the loud fan comes on immediately and there is no way to turn it off. Very annoying.

I inspected the issue the screws in the top hinge were loose. They were clearly moving while open the door. Informed of the issue on the problem while I was checking out.

- Debra (1/5): Bad experience - Not much. It was dirty and the room smelled really bad. The beds were comfortable but every time the metal framed banged every time I moved. The whole hotel and rooms need to be remodeled and painted and new beds.

We really enjoy Baymont By Wyndham Hotel hotels all the way from Florida to - The desk staff when we arrived, and when we departed, we’re both very friendly and very helpful and very efficient. They both deserve the highest marks as possible. Delicious waffles, eggs, sausage, and all the rest of the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room staff was very efficient and kept refilling hot and cold food. The third floor carpet and hallway had a funny smell.

Breakfast was fine but could have done better with keeping it supplied. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for a carafe of coffee to arrive. Had to wait for scrambled eggs to be replenished and breakfast meat didn't get replenished during our eating time which was approx 1 hour before serving ended.

The lighting was great by the bed and loved the full size xl wall mirror in the hallway. The hallways and doors could use a fresh coat of paint to brighten things up!!

The pet fee was affordable and I was glad that the flooring in the room was tile and indoor/outdoor carpeting which was just right. The best part of the stay was the staff at checkin and checkout. There was a problem with the coffee machine but the lady at the desk had made coffee and kept in flowing in carafes. That was MUCH appreciated and probably a lot of trouble. It was a little hard to find but the email confirming my reservation was extremely helpful.

The only issue we faced was a drunk guest in the next room who kept shouting throughout the night, which made it difficult for us to sleep. However, after we reported it to the management, they handled the situation promptly and removed her. Overall, I would say it was a good experience.

- Kendall (10/5): Best place to stay - Everything. To start off the ladies at the front desk were so kind and most helpful in every way. Big clean room, big comfy bed, nice tv with lots of channels. Nice bathroom and shower. Bountiful breakfast & 24 hour gym. Spacious dog walking area and ample parking Washing machine was broken and no out of order sign. The lady at the front desk reimbursed me my money without me even having to ask which was nice

The room smelled very strong like cleaning supplies or some kind of air freshener. It didn’t smell bad but it was very potent. Umh the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Wish there was a light in the bathroom that was separate from the bathroom fan. Someone could not use the bathroom without waking everyone in the room up with the rattling celing fan.
