• Randall (8/5): IT was ok. Cheap, clean, quiet…. It’s not even a holiday inn - It’s close to down town… easy to find. It’s a puffed up motor inn… beds are nice and firm… new… but the remainder of the room is somewhat dumpy.

• AmandaWP (5/5): A place to rest and shower and it was quiet, peaceful, and clean enough. - I am sure if it was opened on time it would have been great. It was late opening, by about 45 minutes and one of our party was able to get an order in on time before we had to leave. It looked great. We rise early and wish the pool or hot tub would have been usable but the timing didn't suit us and we missed out. We usually use that feature at any stay. The check in was fairly quick and pulling up to the door where you'll stay is always super easy. There were extra pillows which we used. One staff member, John, said they were going to wait for us to arrive at 11:15 PM but they did not as I arrived at about 11:10 and I had to wait for someone to attend to us. We did get a quick enough and easy check in.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Two stars at best - Not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but certainly not the best. Room was not clean, nor appealing. If you like the 90s outdated look, cement walls & tubs without a stopper, stay here.
• Travis (1/5): I expected very little and was still disappointed. - Nothing redeeming about my stay at this hotel to be honest. Best I can say is that the checkout was fast and efficient. Made me appreciate good hotels more. Bad smell in room. Amenities advertised were not available. (Advertised a hotel tub, which was the whole reason we chose the hotel and it was out of service.) Every item in the hotel looked older than me. Flies inside of room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Lighting made me feel like I was in a snuff film. Honestly nothing about the experience of this hotel was positive.

• Janine (6/5): Good for an overnight stay. - The location was good. The water slide wasn’t functional and that was the entire reason I’d booked here. There wasn’t any notice that it wasn’t working prior to booking.
• Kathryn (10/5): Comfortable & friendly. - I decided to take my children to Peace River as they had never been there before. We chose to stay at BCMInns due to it having a pool. My kids & I were not disappointed. The customer service was fantastic and helped in whatever way we needed. The rooms are a bit dated, and the exterior was a little dirty. But overall we loved our stay there and would love to stay again in the future.
• Veniot (5/5): It was quiet, staff was pleasant and the pool was fun! Just don't go alone if your female. - I loved the pool! Sad that the slide was not working though. It could also use really really good scrubbing, all the floors including the stairs. The rooms were clean enough with extra pillows :). The area had some sketchy people walking around. It was a quiet stay though in the end. The TV was not easy to work. Could have used a bigger or another table.
• Greg (4/5): - The room is untouched since 1960 or ‘70’s. Weird to have the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Pool was gross and smelled like toe fungus. Clearly many tenants and few tourists….

It was quite a "dingy" area of town and there were a lot of rough looking people around. The building is old and we were a bit leery. However, the room proved to be quiet, very clean, and quite acceptable. The actual overnite experience was much better than we anticipated when we saw the facility on arrival. its a shady part of town

• Angie (10/5): - The property looks abit older on the outside but I can see the rooms have been renovated. The units are VERY clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I think some of the units are apartment type units so there were people hanging out like they've been there a aeuke so we were unsure at first. The pool area/hot tub are very clean as well. My son had a great time on the big waterslide.

• 748helgah (4/5): No stay for holidays - First the positive, the room, linnen and towels were clean, but pretty old, need a reservation, can't use the bathtube, because I can't close it, only the shower, the TV doesn't work, I can't open the window and the window was very dirty. The man in the reception was friendly. This is no stay for holidays.

• Genevieve (5/5): Passable - Beds were comfortable We booked this hotel for the pool as we were traveling with our grandchildren. The pool was dirty and smelt funny, and the grandchildren only swam for 5 min before giving up. They charged three times the room rate for safety deposit. The bathroom door in our room looked a bad repair after someone put thier fist through it, and the tv did not work.

• James (1/5): No stay - was turned away after making reservation - I reserved a pet friendly room. Got there at midnight to be told no pet friendly room. We were evacuated from NWT so this just added to a bad day. I will never stay at that hotel chain again, and I will never use Booking again.

I was very much appreciate that the staff let us use the hot tub, even though we went past the closing time.

• Eileen (6/5): - The room smelled bad, old & musty. The carpet was sticky and dirty. Some dark coloured mold on the bathtub. The bed itself was clean, but the room definitely needed a deep clean and an upgrade.

When we returned to enter our room it was already occupied, having to then deal with waking up staff to find a room we could actually stay in had us up a little later then expected when we had to be up early the next day. Incredible amount of flies in the room. The TV did not work. The door to the room as well as the door to the washroom were SO difficult to get open and closed. Was just really not a great experience. Staff was very nice though!
