Rus (9/5): We come every year - We came to do some fishing and had booked a couple of nights, on the first day we encountered some problems with my motor on the boat(we hit an underwater obstruction) and we’re forced to cancel our trip, the hotel was good enough to refund our second nights stay!!

Hope (4/5): - This property needs a deep clean. Only surfaces were wiped. In fact, it was pretty gross. Night staff was friendly, but day staff so-so. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. If you need a bed to sleep in, fine, but I wouldn’t plan an extended stay at this location.

However the outside access to the second floor rooms was precarious, as the stairs need repair due to rusting and loose stair caps. It was especially challenging for two senior ladies.!

You can also hear everyone moving around and their alarms if you are on the bottom floor. Not many places in close vicinity to walk to.

James (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was clean, affordable, conveniently close to Lac la Biche and the local grocery stores. Also the staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good, the dining area was open 24 hours, and the laundry facilities were free for guests. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Lac la Biche.

Myron (4/5): - I was at a rodeo the second day i looked at my phone and i missed two calls from the hotel when i phoned them they asked me why i didn't check out i explained that i had booked in for two nights they said i only had it for one nights i said no i had conformation for 2 nights and paid for two nights

The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast ie. the eggs and sausage were overcooked, dry and unappealing; pancakes undercooked. Coffee and waffles were fine.

Rus (8/5): Great accommodations, great fishing! - I’ve stayed here many times due to its proximity to several lakes for fishing! The rooms are clean and the beds comfy, kitchenette with all the cookware, utensils, outdoor plug in so I can charge up my boat batteries, and they provide a full breakfast, eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes, cereals, yogurts, toast, bagels etc etc, staff is friendly and accommodating, I keep coming back! Nothing to dislike really

We were in about 7:30/8 am for the continental breakfast every morning and the poached eggs were terrible. I think they must have been there since 5am, hard and rubbery. Everything else was good. Finally! At 20:15, front desk took it to my room. Policy and procedure was bad. Created a lot of stress as my working iPad was I. The bag!

We really liked the ability to contact reception via text. Would stay again. Scratchy decorative top bed cover. Remote batteries were dead. Easy fix but took a while to figure out.

Shannon (5/5): If they'd insulate the ceiling it would have been great! - Location was great and easy to find, staff at front desk were amazing, breakfast selection that I could take to my room was great. coffee service in room was great as well. Room was well off the road so no traffic noise. There was zero insulation from the room above and every footfall and word they spoke was audible. TV was not set up at all so not usable, toilet paper was a mile from the toilet, tub did not hold water.
Robert (6/5): choked up. - The hotel is nice and always enjoy my stay but this time i was choked out of my room twice from vehicle exhaust. The hotel needs to post more signs and police around the hotel telling users to not back in to the stalls. I was woken up twice at 5:00 am trying to breathe through the diesel exhaust being sucked in to the room from the exterior mounted heater. Not a pleasant experience.
