• Lothar Karl (5/5): Wegen der guten Lage für 1-2 Nächte ok. - Die Lage ist perfekt. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Eifelturm. Restaurants und Cafes direkt gegenüber bzw. ebenfalls in kurzer Laufdistanz. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, relativ frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren ok. Das Personal an der kleinen Rezeption war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer in den Innenhof war wirklich übel und man schaute auf unten abgestellte Utensilien und Zigarettenkippen auf diversen kleinen Überdachungen. Auch die verwitterten Wände waren nicht gerade attraktiv anzuschauen. Mit zugezogenen Vorhängen war das ok und für eine Nacht zu ertragen. Der Aufzug war klein (für 2 Personen oder eine Person mit Koffer) und alt. Die Treppe (natürlich auch Fluchtweg!) war nur mit großer Vorsicht zu benutzen, da abgetreten und teilweise nur provisorisch mit scheinbar neuem Belag versehen. Falls die offenbar begonnene Restaurierung irgendwann erfolgreich abgeschossen werden sollte, könnte man das kleine Etablissement sicher empfehlen. Aktuell hätte ich für über 200€/Nacht etwas mehr erwartet!

• Lili (7/5): Uns hat es gefallen, weil uns die Lage wichtig war und zum Übernachten, dass Zimmer ausreicht. - Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Lift ist sehr eng (max. 2 Personen) und das Treppenhaus wurde renoviert. Bett war sehr gut. Die Lage top. In der nähe des Eiffelturms, aber keine Sicht auf den Eiffelturm. Wir hatten keine Verpflegung. Das Personal war sehr nett und es war 24 Stunden jemand vor Ort. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer in einen Innenhof bzw. andere Gebäude. Der Lift war sehr klein und wir hatten keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten auf das Treppenhaus, weil es renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind eher hellhörig.

Люди які беруть за це гроші не вважають потрібним поприбирати перед заселенням , сміття по всьому номері! Меблі в жахливому стані, сантехніка не працює! І саме головне, так, готель розташований біля Ейфелевої вежі, АЛЕ , забронювавши 3 номери з цієї локації з жодного вікна ми її не побачили! Фото на сайті не відповідає дійсності! Тому я б не радила цей готель!
• Speidel (3/5): Dirty. - Location. Not clean at all. Stairs are uneven/unsafe. Dirty. The rooms are not as they are pictured. Disappointed. Staff could care less that you are there. I was disgusted that someone else’s hairs all over your room, stained walls and towels, and unclean bathroom- gross!!!! Also you can hear your neighbors sneeze, talk, their tv.

Único ponto negativo é em relação ao banheiro, pois o chuveiro encontra-se dentro de uma banheira, que fica muito alta em relação ao restante do piso, dificultando a entrada e saída, além de vazar água para o restante do banheiro, pois o "box" é extremamente ineficiente. • Kowalik (4/5): Lokalizacja dobra, ale to bardziej podrzędny hostel - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko do wieży Eiffla. Panie w recepcji były pomocne. Od samego początku miałyśmy problemy z pokojem. Requestowałam 2 pojedyncze łóżka, dostałyśmy jedno. Toaleta i zlew były zatkane, po trzecim zejściu do recepcji dopiero pokój został wymieniony. Nazwa premium, a nie można było na toalecie usiąść normalnie z braku miejsca, i do prysznica trzeba było nad toaletą skakać. Drzwi do łazienki się nie zamykały, ktoś z zewnątrz musiał osobę w środku zamykać i otwierać, bo klamki nie było - po dwóch dniach się zepsuły, prowadnica na której były zamocowane dosłownie została przez ich ciężar wyrwana ze ściany. standard niski.

• Sabine (2/5): - Gefallen hat uns die Lage und das Frühstück war gut. Hotelmitarbeiter sind freundlich. Leider gibt es da ein paar Punkte die nicht so toll waren. Die Rezeption ist direkt im kleinen Raum mit dem Frühstück. Gleichzeitig war die Frühstücksecke auch gleichzeitig Gepäckablage. Die Treppe war nicht begehbar weil kaputt. Der Aufzug klein wackelig und schmutzig. In meinem Zimmer oben war die Toilette kaputt- das was reinkam ist nicht runtergespült worden, das Waschbecken hat gestunken und war verstopft- das Wasser ist nur schwer abgelaufen. Ich habe der Reinigung den sehr verschmutzten Waschtischstöpsel hingelegt- wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Badewanne war abgewetzt. Auf die Anfrage wie wir WLan bekommen hieß es das es im dritten Stock keins gäbe. Auf die Bitte ob nach der Toilette geschaut wird, wurde ignoriert. Die Bilder sind toll- aber in Echt eine Enttäuschung. Wir haben Delüxe gebucht und es wurden die Gardinenstangen mit Male/Kreppband zusammengehalten. Eine Anfrage ob wir ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm bekommen könnten wurde nicht beantwortet. Ich bin nur entsetzt und werde diese Unterkunft nie mehr betreten.

• Swen (2/5): Nicht für den Preis - Die Nähe zum Eifelturm Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer gebucht doch leider hatte das Zimmer nichts mit Premium zu tun. Das Badezimmer war stark abgelebt, der Schrank war nicht zu benutzen weil er unsauber war, die Matratzen waren auch schon eher Kategorie stark genutzt. Die Bilder der Unterkunft passten überhaupt nicht zu dem was geboten wurde.

• Antonio (2/5): Em obras, deveria estar encerrado - Localização Hotel em obras sem condições para estar aberto ao publico. Escadaria minuscula em obras e o unico elevador leva 2 pessoas de cada vez. Quarto extremamente pequenos tal como as casas de banho, temos de sentar na sanita de lado!
• Pilar (5/5): Would not stay here again - The staff was very friendly, the rooms and sheets were clean. There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the tiny lobby that had no comfortable places to sit. If that was in the description, I missed it. That was very disappointing. There were 2 usable outlets in our room. One was in the corner near the door and the bathroom and was not usable because there was no where to set your tech (iPad, Kindle, Phone) to charge, and too far from the bathroom door to use for any hair products. The bathroom had a hairdryer with a US outlet, but it did not fit a curling iron and most of our plugs (only one that had rounded edges), but the power cut in and out and could not reliably charge anything either. The toilets did not flush well. The shower/tub was a large step up to get in (my mother could not use the showers because of this - thankfully, we had family staying in a different hotel that was accessible for her) and the half-glass shower door did not protect items in the room from getting wet and made it impossible to turn on before you got fully in the shower.

I have pictures of wet paint signs - Location The rooms were not properly represented in their photos as the property was under renovation. Our floor was being remodeled had no flooring only ply boards and the paint smell was so overwhelming it was making my husband sick and we were traveling with Marie Dieckmann and her roommate Janie Grubbs who is almost 80 and has asthma and she was so sick from the smell. I had no choice but to check put to s new hotel that i booked on booking.com for all 4 of us for the additional room cost of $1,000 for a room thst we paid for. We checked in on 4-4 after 3 and checked out on 5/5 at 2:45. I spoke yo the hotel representative and told him why we had to leave. He offered s room on another floor but given we were on floor 2 and Marie was on floor 4 moving floors was not a viable option. The hotel rep said he would let management know to see about a refund which i have not heard anything about. Given we paid for rooms in good faith and the property was not livable due to the construction underway i only think the right thing to do is refund our rooms for the unused portion.
• Holly (1/5): We stayed here because of other reviews however, it is not worth the money at all. The staff are reluctant to help and t - Unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel was the location, if you wish to be near to the Eiffel Tower and Metro 8. The property was dirty, outdated and was mid refurb when we arrived with absolutely no notice, with dark hallways, bear floor boards and no use of the stairs. Rooms had plug sockets hanging off the wall and with no suitable place to charge devices. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, mirror and even hairdryer cable - this will be due to the lack of extractor fan and no window. Extremely disappointing and many health and safety issues and even worse that the hotel won’t help to do anything about it.

• Annabelle (7/5): Un petit oasis dans la plus belle ville du monde - J'ai beaucoup apprécié que l'hôtel soit situé si proche de toutes les attractions touristiques, les bons cafés et des bars. L'enregistrement à l'arrivée a également été très facile. Le personnel était chaleureux et prêt à aider! J'aurais apprécié que le wi-fi fonctionne dans les chambres. Il n'était que disponible dans le hall d'entré. Par contre, ce n'a pas été un gros bémol.

Hotel muy antiguo e instalaciones muy descuidadas, incluso se nos cayó un pedazo del techo del baño durante nuestra estadía. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, el baño huele a humedad y no funciona bien, el ruido se transmite desde las áreas comunes y las otras habitaciones, el WiFi no llega a las habitaciones, etc. Por último, el personal es poco atento y solo hablan en francés, no me volvería a quedar ahí por ningún motivo.

A equipe é ótima e o fato do hotel se manter aberto 24h ajuda muito. A acomodação é boa e atende as expectativas. Não gostei da internet. O meu quarto era no segundo andar e não pegou o wi-fi.

En la habitación moqueta con muchas manchas, mucho ruido de las habitaciones alternas, tanto que de madrugada parece que entren en tu habitación. Solo un enchufe en toda la habitación. Zonas comunes muy desarregladas, adjunto foto de escaleras. Y el wifi funcionaba mal, aunque estaba avisado en la recepción.

• Dayana (3/5): Pessimo - Esclusivamente la posizione La struttura è veramente sporca non curata e con personale diurno maleducato. Ci hanno dato una stanza con infiltrazioni e muffa anche dentro l armadio. Federe cuscini sporchi. Prese corrente situate negli angoli della stanza a terra. Parliamo del Bagno: mensola del lavabo incrostata e appiccicosa e con lavandino che perdeva. Tanto è che abbiamo dovuto usare gli asciugamani per evitare si allagasse il bagno e water intasato e scendeva L acqua. Abbiamo chiesto 2 volte il cambio della stanza facendo presente che non si poteva usare il bagno e il signore dell hotel ci ha farfugliato in malo modo che avevano sistemato ma non riparato la perdita. La struttura non si presenta come viene descritta nel dettaglio. L unica nota positiva è la posizione.
