It was like returning to a friend’s home. The view from the reception desk, breathtaking. The Kura Team – Yu, Yoshimi, and Chef Yamamoto. They made every effort to accommodate our late reservations and prepared a meal that we will always remember.

The hotel’s reputation precedes it and even then, the experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is on it and very attentive to the smallest of details. I’d be remiss if I did not mention the hotel’s service manager Valentino; starting from check-in he was a constant presence, ensuring that all was going well and in order. This was my first visit to Japan, including Osaka, and when I come back there is no doubt I’ll stay here again.

• maybaisk (10/5): Highlight of our Osaka trip - Staying at the Conrad Osaka is one of the highlights of our trip! The view from the lobby, executive lounge and to our room is spectacular. The service is great and room and the bathroom is spacious, modern and very clean, we stayed for 5 nights and every day we go back to the room - it's been cleaned and supplies replenished with turned down service. The food at the lounge and breakfast buffet at the 40th floor is a great bonus with lots of food options. It's worth what you are paying for. Hotel staff are amazing and we had wonderful interaction with everyone. It exceeded my expectations. I also recommend checking out restaurant and the bar. I highly recommend Conrad Osaka and definitely we will stay here again when we go back to Japan, this is one of our favorite hotel now. Our experience here made our trip more memorable! Can't wait to go back! thanks Conrad Osaka until next time.

Everything, from check-in, friendly and accommodating services, lounge time, accessibility to train/subway stations, turn-down services, was done in a very professional and hospitable manner. We returned to this hotel because of our previous experience in 2025 and will probable choose this hotel again when visiting Osaka. The price point is definitely worth it and the rooms are relatively spacious compared to Japanese hotel standards. This is a hotel where you can enjoy your stay; using all the amenities (pool/sauna/hot tub, fitness gym, spa…), walking distance to museums and subways.

Chef Misaki prepared every dish with incredible skill and care. Each course beautifully highlighted the quality of the ingredients, and watching the cooking at the teppan made the meal feel like a special performance. The service was also excellent. Kimiko’s calm and thoughtful hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. We visited to spend a special moment with my son before he leaves for Nagoya, and it became a memory we will always cherish. What impressed us even more was what happened afterward. When we stopped by Atmos Dining and simply mentioned that we had just visited Kura, the team kindly prepared a “Congratulations on your acceptance” plate for my son. We were deeply touched by the wonderful teamwork and warm hospitality of the staff. Conrad Osaka is truly a special place for us and somewhere we always want to return to. Having visited Conrad properties in Seoul, Singapore, and Macau, I can confidently say this stay was the most satisfying experience we've ever had. The location is excellent, and the city views from the room were simply flawless. The breakfast service was exceptional with high-quality food, and the turndown service was perfect every single night. What truly set this stay apart was the genuine hospitality. Service Quality Manager Valentino thoughtfully gifted our five-year-old son an special Conrad bear, which my son absolutely cherished. We also experienced incredible problem-solving from the staff. When our pre-booked airport vehicle was waiting in the wrong location, Masato Kanazawa personally ran out to find the driver and guided the car to the lobby for us. Furthermore, a manager at the pool (whose name we didn't catch) kindly provided us with bottled water after my son finished bathing. These small yet significant gestures made our family trip truly special. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Conrad Osaka. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier service and heartfelt hospitality in Osaka!

My husband and I visited Japan for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and part of that celebration was spending time in Osaka. We originally planned to stay just two nights before moving on to another prefecture, but the service was so exceptional that we immediately booked an additional two nights. From the moment our taxi pulled up, we were greeted with genuine warmth and felt truly welcomed. The bellmen were gracious and attentive, and the front desk team members were equally kind and professional. Every interaction made us feel valued, and it set the tone for an unforgettable stay. As a Diamond member who regularly stays at Hilton properties around the world, I can confidently say that this experience ranks at the very top of our list. The Executive Lounge was our first stop on the evening we arrived. It was a cold and rainy night, and we were looking for a place to unwind—and the lounge could not have been more perfect. The panoramic views of the city were stunning, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive. It set the tone for the rest of our stay and reinforced why extending our visit was the easiest decision we made on this trip. We stayed in three—yes, three—different room types, and the Penthouse Suite was by far our favorite. The décor was aesthetically pleasing, the floor‑to‑ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and that red tub… absolutely unforgettable. During our first breakfast, Valentino welcomed us with the kind of genuine kindness that can’t be taught. We ended up chatting as if we’d known each other for years, sharing interests and stories that made the morning feel extra special. This warmth continued throughout our stay, and he consistently checked in to make sure every aspect of our visit was going perfectly - a level of attentiveness and care that is not always reflected in management interactions. Sabin and Towa from C‑Grill were another pair of true standouts. They were already aware of our dietary restrictions before we even sat down for dinner, which spoke volumes about the level of care and communication within the team. At one point, my husband and I got separated when I stepped away to use the restroom, and Sabin personally walked me all the way to the bar to make sure we reunited — a gesture that was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely touching. He also made excellent menu suggestions, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. Patrick, our bartender, crafted cocktails perfectly tailored to our tastes. Every drink felt thoughtful and intentional, and his warm personality made the experience even better. Grace from the front desk deserves her own review entirely. She exemplifies true hospitality and service at the highest level. Every luxury hotel brand could learn from the way she cares for guests — she is the definition of exceptional. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but the bottom line is that she deserves both recognition and a raise. Yuji from the concierge team went above and beyond to assist with reservations both inside and outside the hotel. He even secured a booking that would have been nearly impossible for us to obtain on our own. Umesh ensured that every breakfast went smoothly and was genuinely enjoyable, always making sure I had my morning chai latte and mimosa to start the day just right. At Kura, the chef presented a beautiful display and an impressive spread of delicious dishes. Special thanks to Yamato, Yoshimi, Makato, and the young lady affectionately known as Señorita — each of them contributed to a memorable and beautifully executed dining experience. We crossed paths with so many other team members who played a meaningful role in making my birthday celebrations truly unforgettable. Although I didn’t have the chance to meet the General Manager, I would love to shake his or her hand for assembling such an exceptional team — and I’d even suggest they try to clone Mr. Valentino Sebic, because the world could use more hospitality professionals like him. All started at the Executive Lounge for checking in, Ms Ella Chen was very friendly and accommodated us with our requests. She prepared our room with decorations for our 40th Wedding anniversary. We were assigned a top floor ample room with an amazing view. We had dinner at KURA, curated Cheff FUJII treated us with a delightful Omakase course. Our Thanks to Ms Kimiko Yatani for making sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. Customer service is superb and Hospitality spells all over, with every team member. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Rooms are a little dark, though they did have a little make-up/getting ready vanity table with great lighting which was much appreciated. On site 5/5 restaurants for sushi and tapenyaki, room service food was actually delicious as well. The hotel looks like a museum lobby and frankly it should be a museum because it is so gorgeously designed. Would definitely come back.

The room was wonderfully decorated, extremely clean, with fantastic amenities and thoughtful additions for celebrating an occasion. All teams of staff (reception, cleaning &laundry, restaurants and hospitality & concierge and welcome teams) work in perfect harmony. All the staff were polite and so very obliging, always doing their best to keep guests happy and working extremely hard. We cannot praise the restaurants and bars enough; the food was lovely both at Kura and C Grill, and the breakfast buffet was varied, with many local and international cuisines. The hotel’s restaurants, bars, atrium, executive lounge and all facilities were wonderful; very well maintained and spotless. A special thanks to Joseph and Tsuyoshi in the reception team, and to Nanako, and Elena in the hospitality team, as well as Tina and Haru in both Kura and C Grill restaurants - all of their thoughtful service was truly a delightful addition to our stay! Every aspect of the hotel met a very high standard, but the breakfast service stood out as the highlight of my stay. I have a strong passion for traveling and staying at great hotels, and over the years I have visited many outstanding properties around the world, including Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and Conrad Seoul. Even with those experiences, the level of service I received at Conrad Osaka was exceptional and easily the best. The staff’s hospitality during breakfast was thoughtful, elegant, and genuinely warm. Their attention to detail and sincere care transformed what could have been a simple meal into a memorable moment. It felt personal, calm, and comforting—something I will always remember. The view from the hotel was also absolutely stunning. It was one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen, and it added a special sense of luxury and serenity to my stay, making my birthday even more meaningful. Thanks to the outstanding service, I was able to end my trip on a very positive note and return home feeling refreshed and happy. But the stuff was suerfriendly and moved us immed next day to other rooms. Was not possible this day as hotel was completly sold out. To my surprise the hotel was managing the full booking quite well and the breakfast was super crowded but on this class you expect a tip on top even if it is crowded. And they served it very well. • L3499UHmaggief (10/5): Fantastic property - Having recently stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and Conrad Koh Samui in the last couple of weeks, I can wholeheartedly say this property is head and shoulders above those other two. From check in to check out, I have never seen a hotel so efficiently run. They were always a step ahead of us when it came to anticipating our needs and the stay was as seamless as possible. Joseph, with Guest Relations, did a great job at checking in with guests at breakfast and making sure everyone was happy. I wish I had caught all of the names of the other staff members that made this stay special but there were too many to count because every single person did their job well. The reception made sure everyone was being helped, the doorman in the lobby was extremely organized and efficient, the restaurant staff created an amazing ambiance, and I could go on and on. This property is a well oiled machine and I cannot recommend it enough.
• Pugwash1968 (10/5): A Conrad that gave us the Conrad experience - Loved this hotel, staff (apart from initial checkin) where really friendly and very accommodating remembering our names. We stayed over Christmas day and lounge access had been split into 2 sittings to account for the Christmas rush, a great idea and in the end the 2nd sitting was lite. Great views from the lounge, nice atmosphere. just what you can expect from a Conrad. Location, i always say you should have known this before you booked it, Google maps is a great help. However what google is not good at is maybe planning a more convenient route, not the best routes from KIX to the hotel. Changing trains and wandering around the underground shopping trying to find metro lines is not the best. We'd suggest going to Umeda station and either walking, maybe 15 mins or taking Metro one stop to Higobashi. Then exit 3 and its all underground so you can escape the weather. I knew this was probably best given past trips to Osaka but I dismissed my own advice. Breakfast was great selection with amazing views. Staff very accommodating, we wanted a table with a view and when one became available moved all our food for us. It was a great start to our family vacation and unfortunately for other Hiltons where judged by this standard. Oh did we say great views from bedroom and wow was the welcome present something amazing

• joshuawE5056HW (10/5): Osaka hospitality done right - The Conrad Osaka is everything you want when traveling to Osaka. While it has extremely nice amenities, what stuck out to me is the staff. Osaka is known for its friendly people, and the Conrad embodied that for 4 days. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Guest managers Nanako, Valentino, and Joseph were present and making sure every guest felt welcomed and answered any questions. They have a well oiled machine at the Conrad and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Furthermore, the rooms are luxorious, with some of the best views of Osaka from your room. The housekeeping provide tea, chocolates, and handwritten letters to make your day that much better. Truly a great experience for my parents and I.

Walking into the lobby felt grand and welcoming the design was beautiful, and even the scent stood out in the best way. It immediately set the tone for the stay. One huge pro is having multiple restaurants on-site, which made everything feel convenient and elevated. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, even though English was limited at times it never felt like a problem. A special shoutout to Martin from the restauraant and the front desk staff! we spent New Year’s there, and he organized everything for us. He was so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming he truly made the night unforgettable. Housekeeping was on point with daily cleaning and attention to detail. Everything was always spotless. The only minor “con” is having to take two elevators, but honestly, it wasn’t a real downside if anything, it meant incredible views. We stayed in Suite 3733, and the views were spectacular. The room itself was amazing: beautiful bathtub, great shower, separate toilet, and plenty of space to relax. The location could be a bit closer to the main action (like Dotonbori Street), but it didn’t take away from the experience. The hotel felt like a peaceful, luxurious retreat, which we ended up appreciating. The pool was great, and the hot tub was nice too though it does require full nudity, which I personally didn’t have the courage for. Still, that’s more of a personal note than a real complaint. Overall, everything was nearly perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and would absolutely stay here again. I booked the conrad for seoul just because I fell in love with this one ! 😍😍😍 Now I might be a Hilton girlie!

The quality of food presentation and selection is exceptional, especially for afternoon tea and breakfast, far surpassing typical lounge fare. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. Despite being Diamond Elite members, we did not receive a room upgrade this time; however, the Deluxe Room which had a nice view of the city high rise and river, was already so beautiful and spacious that we didn't feel like we were missing out. The lounge staff’s ability to deliver personalized service is remarkable—they remembered our names after just one visit and greeted us with genuine happiness every time we returned. Pastries: Simply "the bomb" and a must-try in both the Executive Lounge and the breakfast buffet at Atmos Dining. Local Flavors: We loved the variety of local Osaka dishes featured in the buffet, which gave us a delicious taste of the city each morning. The hotel is situated on Nakanoshima island and is directly connected to both the Higobashi Subway Station and Watanabebashi Station, providing seamless access to the rest of the city. It is a short walk or a quick train ride to the major hubs of Umeda and Namba, making exploring easy, in the meanwhile a distance away from the crowded areas. The level of service was truly proven at the very end of our stay. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten a piece of clothing in the room. While we were waiting downstairs in our rental car, the staff immediately went to the room to retrieve it for us. Their efficiency and willingness to help, even after we had officially left, perfectly encapsulates the high-touch service at this hotel. Between the stunning views and the unparalleled service (i.e. dining), the Conrad Osaka remains our definitive choice for any future visits to the city!

Well run hotel excelling at personalized customer care. Truly enjoyed and appreciated the staff's warm hospitality and their attentiveness, especially at the Executive lounge and at breakfast. Concierge services was superb too, always eager to assist. Staff's coordinated teamwork and communication to meet and anticipate customer requirements were very evident. For people with serious food allergies, this is the first hotel in decades of travel that truly cared and was concerned about the well being of the customer. Chef Sundar was amazing delivering perfectly executed and delicious meals despite the restriction of many ingredients. Already an upscale hotel, there are fancier hotels around but none that delivers this level of service quality.
• erickV3584LW (10/5): 5/5. Lovely home away from home. - Location: Nothing in the immediate vicinity, but located between the luxury malls and Namba. Easy to hop on metro with either a quick walk across the bridges or via the station under the building. But, transfers are required to most places unless you walk between stations in the well appointed underground. Bedroom: Modern & clean. Plenty of room. Plenty of outlets for fast charging. Lots of storage. Great views. Comfy bed. But, noise from the walk signal or revving cars are surprisingly loud & clear on the 33rd floor. Bathroom: Spacious sink and shower/tub room. Byredo products are plentiful. Well stocked amenities. Only negative was the bidet was a bit of a trek near the door in the middle of the night (first world problems). Shower: The shower/tub room had no issues draining. The tub could be a bit bigger. Pros: Extremely comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was good with small variations each day. Executive lounge drinks were interesting during cocktail service. Especially a fan of the Ebisu Fuku Ume. Beautiful views out every window from 33-40 floors up (3rd tallest building in Osaka) though our ears popped every day riding the elevators. Cons: Service was inconsistent & sometimes inattentive during our 4 night stay. Booked with AMEX FHR & I appreciated the benefits I’d otherwise be ineligible to receive, but the executive lounge often had a waitlist in the afternoon/evening. Even getting a reservation for afternoon tea in the lobby was challenging without help from Valentino, the service manager. Yet despite these small issues, we definitely enjoyed our visit.

We happened to be nearby the Conrad Osaka and decided to drop by the 5-star hotel for coffee and dessert at the lobby lounge. We were attended to by Ms Han Gyul Kim and Megumi san. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the high level of professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by both of these staff. The coffee served was hot and rich in flavor while the dessert was delicious. We also enjoyed the magnificent view of the Osaka skyline from the lobby lounge. Ms Han Gyul Kim, the F&B supervisor, took the exceptional initiative to inform me that as a Hilton Diamond member, I am entitled to a discount off the total bill. I appreciate this kind gesture. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we plan to drop by next time for the hotel’s signature afternoon tea!
• nomadicfood (4/5): Subtle but annoying problems - I would describe our experience at this hotel as ok, but marred by subtle but annoying problems that should not happen at a hotel of this calibre. Let's start with the positives: 1. Staff are friendly and welcoming 2. Rooms are comfortable and clean Now, the negatives: 1. The lighting in the room is very dark. 2. Housekeeping was often forgetful and forgot to prepare the room in-line with service standards. For example, bath mats were forgotten and spares under the sink had to be used. 3. The main bar area has noisy music every night, and the Executive Lounge closes relatively early at 21:00. So there is nowhere quiet to escape the music in the evenings. Other hotels with an Executive Lounge leave the lounge area open but just finish the service component early. Why can't the Conrad Osaka do this ? But the most negative thing from our stay ? The concierge desk. We made it clear to the desk that we were a group of regular visitors to Japan. We visit Japan frequently and we are intimately familiar with the country, its culture and its cuisine. And yet, on two occasions the concierge sent us to tourist-trap restaurants with high prices and poor quality food. The first restaurant was a sushi restaurant located below the hotel in the same building. The quality of the fish was poor, it was stringy and sinewy and the fugu delicacy was sliced so thick that it was tough and chewy. But the most unforgivable concierge restaurant was "Tempura Endo Grand Green Osaka". A restaurant that charges 16–33,000 JPY per person *AND* a service charge on top should serve you top-quality Tempura right ? Well absolutley not. The tempura was oily. The restaurant stank of old oil. Speaking to the restaurant staff they only change the oil twice a day instead of more frequently like is the case at other high-end tempura restaurants. They also charge you a lot of money but use cheap ingredients (mostly serving you cheap vegetables). We were so angry that we cut short the meal and left the restaurant early. As I said at the start of this review. None of this should happen at a hotel of the calibre of Conrad Osaka. That is why I am leaving this frank and honest review. I hope they learn lessons for the future and other guests do not face the problems that we did, in particular with the concierge team.

It included an ala cart item. I always ordered the Osaka Okonomiyagi which was very special 🛎️But once again what makes Conrad’s exceptional is the service. And Conrad Osaka delivered the some of the best service of all the Conrad’s I’ve stayed in globally. 🙏Special mention goes to Etthien Hamada, the Bell Concierge shift leader, who realized we were trying to get a taxi to dinner and offered up the hotel Car (which was a beautiful Maserati!) to give us a ride. Wonderfully driven by Masato Kanazawa. Osaka is beautiful and the food amazing. Conrad Osaka matches that vibe and more👊
• davidlO3705WO (10/5): i hope to return for a longer stay - Awesome hotel! The beds are up to my fussy standards and, more generally, the rooms cater to those seeking to be pampered. Our room was extremely quiet and had sweeping , beautiful views of the city. The only disappointment was the evening snacks in the Executive Lounge - not bad, but the offerings at the Executive Lounge at the Hilton Osaka were much better. On the other hand we loved our breakfast in the hotel resturant, omplimentary to us as Hilton Diamond members. A special thanks to Valentino Sebic, the hotel's service quality manager, for helping us navigate the breakfast offerings and for his gracious hospitality. The hotel is well located, only about a 10 minute walk to the main train station. The fitness center was great.
• davidandemily20 (10/5): Second time staying - really enjoyed - We stayed here with a friend and had an extra bed put in our room which was no problem for staff and they organised this before we arrived. We had sake on arrival and were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are nice & we had a great view. The rooms are a little dark for my taste with the lighting being either too bright or too dim. But that’s personal preference. The byredo toiletries were lovely. We like the bar with its impressive view and excellent range of cocktails. Service was great. Breakfast was very nice - service a little slow at times but we didn’t mind as we were having a leisurely breakfast and enjoying the views. We would definitely recommend this hotel for your base in Osaka. It’s our second stay and the service and quality is consistently very good.

• VG_PintoDeSouza (4/5): Good potential but weird service - The check-in experience was not optimal. Didn't feel really welcomed, as if there were some judgement in the air (Maybe it was my beard? I know it is bad in Japanese culture and I proceeded to shave myself after it). What I remember from check-in was an upsell offer and then receiving my keys (no more information or questions: even the way to elevator was not given proactively and I had to ask). To add, I paid for a "Premium View Room", wrote on the comments that I'd appreciate a room with a good view (travelling for leisure with my wife, not for business), and received a room facing construction cranes. Turns out it was an upgrade. I understand and appreciate, but maybe the upgrade paths should be reviewed (especially if it is automated). When I went to FD and asked for a room with a better view, I got offered the upsale of paid upgrade... Again. I really didn't feel like the FD really cared about finding a solution. I had to ask for FD Manager to get my demand sorted out (which ended up to be a downgrade from the room I had previously, but at least the view was good). Not terrible but I'd say "uncanny": guess they are missing japanese hospitality while trying to be luxurious, but missing on the luxury side too. On the upside: breakfast was excellent, the lounge is better than usual.

One night around Oct, and a few nights early Nov.. First time to stay there.. Ive been to many other five star hotels. Was really impressed with Conrad Osaka.. In many aspects, Modern design with a flair, fantastic view from lobby and the rooms, wide selection of food in their breakfast buffet, impeccable service from Bell desk, front Desk, breakfast crew and chefs and even the cleaning staff.. Everyone gave me a warm welcome, but most especially the following Guest services Manager Miss Ella Chen, F & B director Mr. Valentino, nepalese chef and server, whole bell team but most especially the Bell team member who helped pack and weigh our bags and Mr Sachin who helped me with my packages from Amazon JP and many other things.. Thank you so much to everyone who gave us an amazing experience!! This is what you truly call a 5 Star experience.. Thanks too to the GM and the whole management who sent us a welcome basket with Sake, macaroons and many other delicious treats. One thing my daughter and I loved in the hotel was the pool and the onsen.. What a great experience.. This of course comes with a really great view as well.. The hotel is in a really good location.. Easy access to Umeda.. I also love the quality of the beds, the spacious bath tub and the very elegant decor in the room. I was able to sleep really well each night. Dreaming of the day I will be able to go back to CONRAD OSAKA..

The person that handled our luggage upon check in was OO Khin, who was very helpful. Momoko, who was very welcoming ushered us to the Executive Lounge for the check in process, and Taiki, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, completed the check-in. Wilma (i hope i got her name right) who greeted us at the entrance of the buffet breakfast, was always very warm and pleasant. Every single one was just amazing. The decoration at the reception area looked so elegant and the view, stunning. The room was spacious and always clean. It also has an amazing view. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The toiletries (Byredo Mojave Ghost) of course smelled wonderful. The food at the breakfast buffet were all delicious. The Executive Lounge was fantastic. The self serve drinks was wonderful 👌 ☺️ . There was never a time that I got disappointed with their service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons? Maybe a bit pricey but really worth it.

Lastly, I want to thank Valentino and the staff who reached out to us a week prior to our trip to make all the arrangements. At the end, we were able to maximize our vacation so carefreely. • Dena (10/5): Fabulous hotel - Wow! What a gorgeous hotel! The views are absolutely stunning. The staff are excellent and quite helpful. Breakfast is insane--so many delicious choices. Great location for seeing Osaka. We would stay here again. I was disappointed in the women's onsen. The males in my family raved about the men's! The women's consisted of a warm, not hot, steam room (men had a sauna).

• Sunshine07435076685 (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Conrad Osaka - I recently stayed at Conrad Osaka for five nights, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the desserts in the executive lounge were truly special. Every staff member I met was professional and kind, but I especially want to mention Mr. Dongwan Seo, who left a lasting impression. It was my first time staying at Conrad Osaka and also my first time at an overseas Hilton property, so I initially felt a bit unfamiliar. However, Mr. Seo noticed those small moments of discomfort that many foreign guests might feel and went out of his way to make me feel at home. He always greeted me warmly whenever we met, and thanks to his thoughtfulness, my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. His exceptional service made my time at the hotel even more special, and it’s something I will remember for a long time. I highly recommend Conrad Osaka to anyone visiting the city — it’s a perfect blend of great facilities, excellent food, and truly caring service.
• Tmai10903 (10/5): Exceeded sky high expectations - Conrad Osaka is considered by many to be one the best Hilton-affiliated hotels in the world. Even outshining some expensive Waldorf Astoria and LXR properties. Immediately upon arrival, the splendor of Osaka greeted us through towering windows; Conrad is not subtle. Big wow factor straight away. The corridors are on the dim side, but felt calming rather than gloomy. Room was just brilliant with the absolute best shower I've ever experienced. The rain shower head was all encompassing with such good pressure that I could close my eyes and the outside world just disappears. Service was tops. We asked housekeeping for extra water on our first night, and 4 bottles of water appeared in our room every day after that without asking. Very nice lady at Atmos offered to help us take photos, and knew the best corners of the restaurant for spectacular view of the city. I got caught a cold on day 5 and the turn down tea was most welcomed. Room service wonton soup and cheesecake were delicious. Every person we interacted with was warm, and joyfully helpful. Very diverse group of people with names from across the world. A posting at Conrad Osaka must be highly sought after. Because we had a very early morning flight, we arranged for airport transfer through the hotel. Expensive but worth it. We were even provided a large Toyota Alphard with executive seating at no extra charge. Nakanoshima is a fantastic location, near enough to Umeda for shopping and transit, but also quieter after 7pm. We really enjoyed spending time at Glitch coffee downstairs from the hotel and walking to the park. The soothing scent of the hotel welcomed us home each night, and we really wanted to stay longer than the week we had. Next time for sure. Currently our favorite hotel in the world.

• janherwitz (10/5): It's all about the excellent staff! - We had an amazing time at the Conrad Osaka as part of our Expo 2025 trip. The hotel is stunning, with amazing views from the updated room we were given. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool was perfect, and it was always a treat (as Diamond members) visiting the executive lounge for cocktails and food. What made the hotel stand out though was the staff. All were excellent and helpful whenever we needed information or recommendations about just about anything. Sincere thanks to Momoko, Michael, Haruto, Nampei, Tomohiko, and Naomi (and any other who I may have forgotten), and a special thank you to Sakurako (executive lounge) who made us feel welcomed and at home while there. Her English is perfect (I'm a former English teacher) and her knowledge and assistance was second to none. Dom origato! Can't wait to return!

The views from the lobby and our room were breathtaking, and the hotel’s modern design felt both elegant and welcoming. The buffet was outstanding — the homemade peanut butter was a special touch, and the overall food quality was the best we’ve had at any Hilton. The staff were attentive, the rooms spacious and luxurious, and special thanks to the manager Valentino S., who personally checked on our table at breakfast — a gesture that made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended!

• B3507MR_ (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Located next to the metro. You can get to the station directly from the building. There is a konbini, Starbucks, snack bars nearby. We especially recommend the snack dryer in the passage with standing places. You can walk to the shopping centers in Umeda in 15 minutes. The staff is very polite, attentive, ready to satisfy any request. The rooms are very spacious, have everything you need, including a Dyson hair dryer, steamer, coffee machine, toiletries. The gym is very comfortable, there are many different trainers. We were out of time to use the pool. The breakfasts are very tasty and delicious. Upon a separate request, we prepared oatmeal with plant milk, and it was perfect. Many thanks to Umesh for such an opportunity. No downsides were found. I was 100% satisfied with everything.
• Getaway32107179335 (10/5): Amazing hotel to stay in Osaka - Amazingly gorgeous city views in the reception area and guest areas. Beautiful modern arts and architecture. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist we met, Tsuyoshi Nakamura, even treated us a cold drink with a unique Japanese pottery which changes color at low temperature. It was certainly a nice experience in a hot day. More importantly, his such warm reception definitely makes us feel we will be back to this hotel. Amazing stay. We definitely will come back anytime we are in the area.
• Z7840JMkrisp (10/5): One of the finest in Japan - One of the finest hotels in Osaka. Lobby is really nice with a great view of the city. Location is fantastic and is very walkable. The retail stores and the restaurants including the bakery/coffee shop on the ground floor is a big plus. I have stayed here several times, mostly in Executive Corner Rooms and Suites and they were all modern and spacious. Service was consistently good. Breakfast can get a bit congested but this is something I have noticed in many other 5 star hotels also, so I guess this is something to be mindful of but not necessarily an issue. The quality of breakfast is good, however. This will continue to be one of my favorite hotels in Japan.

Phenomenal - In all my life of travel I have never had a more positive or more enjoyable experience. The best hotel I ever stayed at. Lifetime Diamond member - beautiful suite upgrade. Check in at Executive Lounge. Daewong brought me craft beer and a plum wine to welcome me to Japan - true hospitality. Room flawless and beautiful. Food so delicious - breakfast has a roast Japanese beef joint - how exceptional! Michael (the French sommelier) such an expert and so good to enjoy conversation with. Food at C Grill excellent but Kura Teppanyaki was one of the best dinner experiences of my life. Wonderful staff delivering true hospitality and made my stay so positively memorable. Amazing! Thanks for your kindness and support. I'll be back!

• L1702GMlindah (10/5): FIRST CLASS all the way - We stayed for 7 nights. Elegant hotel. 5 stars in every way. Front desk very helpful. Acknowledged and upgraded us as a loyal Diamond members celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We arrived late so we checked in at front desk and immediately went to Sky Rooftop bar to eat and listen to live music. So classy. We just had a cheeseburger and salad. Husband said the burger was amazing Great vibe and atmosphere Saco in the longe was very friendly and patiently answered so many of our tourist questions. Haruto was very considerate and made me a special mint mocktail during afternoon tea Kyoko helped us organize a great couples massage. Tomo and Sinica gave us a fabulous deep tissue and Japanese herbal massage. Most relaxing massage we’ve had and at the end let us know areas we need to stretch out more. It was EXTREMELY relaxing and good. The woman’s jacuzzi was phenomenal. Ladies have a steam room and men’s side has a dry sauna. Nice pool and gym. Best hotel breakfast ever with a barista and plenty of made to order items. Winna Muis is the best hostess ever. She remembered our name from the 1st encounter and actually looked for us each morning. She made us feel welcomed for the beginning. Mami is a very skilled barista. Coffee or as well as cappuccino were rich and tasty Umesh was also outstanding and we enjoyed conversing with him. Our Executive room on 34 floor was huge with amazing views. We were able to spread out and enjoy. Loved the large bathroom and storage area. They give you pajamas, robe , and slippers to wear. We took a taxi to Shin Osaka station initially. Later we used train under Conrad to connect and get there. The Osaka station is 10 minutes from hotel. You can walk, taxi, or take train under Conrad to get there Grace front desk was very helpful We are grateful to Yuta and his persistence in helping us find a local Japanese restaurant after a long day of sight-seeing. We were so exhausted and he made sure we found what we wanted. We also would like to acknowledge Masato who drove us to Osaka Castle one day. Thank you Thanks to EVERYONE at Conrad Osaka. We’ve been traveling for almost 40 days and must say the last 10 were the very best. At the Conrad Osaka, thru its magnificent staff We were able to enjoy impeccable service and a taste of amicable Japanese culture. All So thoughtful; the entire staff from the front desk, spa, pool reception, the bellmen, phone receptionist, concierge and housekeeping staff. To quickly name a few that I had conversations with Sungyoung, Sazuki, Airi, Bikram all made and enhanced our stay greatly! There is a wonderful pool/spa reception lady that wears a scarf unfortunately can’t recall her name. our smallest daughter Francesca was made to feel comfortable and welcome at the pool while I settled at the pool spa, that was simply “subarachi “ excellent! We definitely hope to be back and continue to explore Osaka while staying at our address in the skies! Best regards

Beyond the elegant design and refined dining options, it is the warm and thoughtful service that truly allows us to relax and recharge from the demands of daily life. We have stayed here around 15 times, and each visit reaffirms our feeling that Conrad Osaka is the most comfortable and welcoming place in the world. As we are about to relocate from Japan to the United States, we already look forward to returning and staying here again when we come back to Japan.
• W8262VDsamuelk (10/5): Incredible views, amazing service, fantastic memories - Conrad Osaka is an incredible hotel. Once through the elevator you are greeted by massive three story windows that overlook the entire Osaka skyline. At night, it feels like a dream with the entire city lit up like stars. The lobby is a spacious and serene palace in the sky with top class service both at the front desk and at the restaurants. Each night we would enjoy cocktails in the Executive Lounge where Nozomi would always take special care of us. (She introduced us to Yuzu sours and gave us the house recipe that we now make at home - though not as good). Some of the best memories of our stay were enjoying drinks at night and staring at the glowing lights of the city. Rooms were great, bed was comfy, showers had incredible water pressure. When I come back to Osaka, I will be sure to stay here again.
