- Lawrence (10/5): - Homeless were around and came into hotel to use bathroom. Not enough trash cans in room. Not suitable for handicapped people- toilets too low. Not sure why but no plug That worked in bathroom for curling iron. Quiet and staff very polite and helpful. We will stay again but ask more questions about rooms first. And no clock to see during night. See above.

- Arturo (1/5): Disappointed - Great location access to stores There was no privacy between the living room and the bathroom. It only had one sliding door and none to the bathroom. Both rooms were like that and none of my family felt comfortable. There wasn’t any body wash in those bottles.

I was in town for a a few days due to training, and anything I needed was in close proximity. I didn’t encounter anything that I didn’t like.

We were offered a room on the first floor because our room was on the fourth floor and my disabled husband can't try to walk up 4 flights of stairs. But we decided to wait it out. The bed was a little too hard for my husband. Next time we will request a softer mattress.

- Allison (10/5): - My family had a birthday party in one of the conference rooms they have on the property, so most of our family were housed in the hotel. I love that they put us all on the same floor. For the event, the staff were super helpful and accomodating. We spent time at the pool which was great and the breakfasts were always fresh. The coffee was amazing. I had a room with a King sized bed and a cute sofa. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean and ample. If I visit Austin to visit family again I will most definitely stay here. Thank you Hampton!

Dirty washcloth in sink when we entered Design of window coverings if you closed the blackout curtain you covered the air conditioner. In leaving open had shear see through curtain that was above the air conditioner but lights shone through and could not block sun or street lights.

- goldenfamilyreview (10/5): Happy In Hampton - We stayed here returning from the Final Four in San Antonio. We arrived at 2 AM and still received an incredible welcome from the lady at the front desk. She was knowledgeable, fast and obviously well trained. The room was clean and what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The bed(s) may be a little firm for our taste, but we managed quality sleep just the same. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast, so we can’t speak to that, but the coffee was good. The location is perfect and there are plenty of places to eat/shop. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend! We’re going home Happy at this Hampton (minus the Houston loss)!!
