• White (5/5): other than the door issue this hotel room was very clean and I would give it a top rating! - Room was very clean and larger than expected. Didn't need or use the kitchenette but a great feature if we were staying longer! The door is in very bad shape and needs to be replaced or at minimum leveled and sealed properly. Huge gaps that could allow small critters access and may allow more noise to come into the room.

• Floyd (10/5): Perfect for business travelers or just peace and quiet - Location close to my house but gives me the privacy to work without distractions and food is walking distance from me plus Walmart is only 5 minutes away so is grocery shopping versus 25 minutes away from my home.
• Nichole (8/5): It was pleasant - It was great and easy to book and get to our room! It was clean and more spacious that I had expected it to be. There was a desk so it was easy to spread work out. I wanted to turn the heat on to take the chill out of the room but you could tell it hadn't been done since probably last year and it smelled like burnt lint. I turned it off and opened the door which defeated the purpose but oh well!
• Alisa (2/5): Would NEVER Recommend - The location was good. The woman checking me in was nice. Urine stained sheets. A room that reeked of marijuana, with nauseating and unbelievably strong cleaning fluid odor (they were trying to block the mj scent) that made my eyes water. A window locked shut so I couldn't air out. Some yucky stain on the front base of the toilet seat. Poo? The door to the ground floor room had a large space between the door and frame...enough so that I could see people walking past, light shone in all night through it, and people were talking outside at midnight. Very dull lighting in the room. Felt scary. I ended up you tubing how to protect myself so intruders couldn't get in. Slept in my clothes because I didn't want to have any skin on the urine stained sheets (I don't think it was fresh, but still...get ride of or use hydrogen peroxide to remove pee stains. Really vile). Finally fell asleep, exhausted, at 3:15 am. Would have tried to move to a different hotel, but no rooms were available.

When we checked in late, Stood in front of the front desk person to check in and she was too busy texting on her phone before she realized I was at the window, but, she was nice. Room felt clean until I took a shower and opened up a 2 large towels to find hair in both the towel’s from a previous guest. Our TV didn’t work and had wires sticking out. We tried to fix but felt it was too late to call the office. Our TV picture was fuzzy all night. It was a one night stay, Not sure if it’s new staff or management.

I like the fact that you can just park right in front of your room. There’s always easy access I would suggest for any of my friends or anyone that would ask about a hotel to stay in. I would always suggest this one.

Multiple food choices in the - Property was clean , check in was simple, check out was simple, was one of the better priced in the area especially considering it is updated and clean with no bugs. The breakfast is crap, even most of the food they did put out was not great except a couple pieces of fruit each morning.But decent food within walking distance and the price means you can eat breakfast somewhere else

• Kelby (10/5): Exceptional Afforable Motel - Great staff and excellent experience for the price. Some stains as you might expect- probably a lot of use from traveling construction/contractors. Very well kept considering. Very clean, just forgot to clean coffee maker since last visit so I got coffee later, no big deal. Firm mattress if you like that, and the pillows are thin but comfy- better than being too large and getting a crick in the neck. Not much in other amenities, which is perfect for someone like me. Honestly, this is a 5 star, diamond in the rough and is exceptional for what it is: an afforable motel.

• Traci (6/5): - The electrical outlet by the bed was busted, so you couldn't use it. The hair blower in the bathroom didnt work. The entrance to try to get into the room is just a broken ankle waiting to happen. There's large rocks you have to walk across before you get to the sidewalk, and then you have to step up about 12-18" before you get to level ground. There's a ramp to get up, but its on the other side of the complex. So, if you do have to use the ramp and your room is on the other side, hopefully you are not in a wheelchair, because then you have to maneuver around guys sitting out in front of their rooms in chairs. The reception desk is behind enclosed glass. Should have just cancelled as soon as we saw that. Did not feel safe staying there at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The room is quite large, has a frig, a 2 burner stove, sink and microwave. Linens are clean, the floors are spotless and the bathroom is spacious and sparkling clean. Haven't been this pleased with a hotel room in a very long time.

Definitely would like a more comfortable bed but not as bad as motel six where I felt like I was sleeping on a rock… even though it was non smoking it definitely still had a smell. But overall not bad and very affordable.
• DC5SWA (8/5): Surprised - We (my husband and I) left our home to go to a funeral for a friend and needed a place to stay close to the church. Not expecting very much from the hotel named imagine our surprise when we opened the door to a very very clean spacious suite. We had stayed at a Scottish inn years ago by the airport in Houston, bad weather etc we didn’t have much of a choice ( it was terrible) but the hotel in Conroe was very clean and spacious.Best night sleep I’ve had in a while
