- Victoria (10/5): Don’t let the outside fool you; the rooms are clean, very comfortable, and a great value for the location. - Location was great and Ryan, who was working at the reception desk was so friendly and helpful. A little run down from the outside and the bathroom is very small.

- YUKIO (10/5): アットホームな雰囲気です。 - マネージャーの愛想がよく、爽やかな笑顔が印象的。ほかの客なども全体的に明るい印象だった。 コーヒーメーカーの使い方が分からなかった。
- Christopher (7/5): Overall good place to go. Would choose it again in the future. - Good location, good price. Tv was small, thin walls kept hearing other guests.
- ZIJUN (8/5): -
- Brandie (10/5): Beautiful, cozy, and affordable stay! You won’t be disappointed - The room was so cute and nice! Once I laid in the bed I fell asleep right away! The tv had a lot of different options to choose from. The bathroom was clean and let’s not forget that huge bath tub! My over night stay was amazing! The woman at the front desk was such a sweet heart I promised her I would leave a review :) The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking lot doesn’t go around the building so if you don’t back in a spot you have to back out onto the one way road to leave. I also didn’t like that the shower head kept turning on when i was filling the bath tub.
- Diyang (10/5): Convient stay - Super friendly staff
Has fridge and microwave
Great value Parking is a it weird but not really an issue (you likely have place to park but probably not in front of your room)
- Sarai (10/5): It was wonderful - Everything
- Brad (2/5): The pictures on line looked really nice...They were totally misleading! - Location only. Everything else was terrible! everything
- Doug (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting the area. - Clean, room and comfortable with a great location. Rooms a were clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints.

- BRENT WATLING (3/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - I asked for a room that was wheelchair accessible and what I got was a complete surprise. There was no other way for me to get into the room but to back my wheelchair onto the sidewalk and then maneuver my wheelchair on a very narrow sidewalk to access my room. I showed up earlier than expected but I did contact the hotel to see if there was a problem with me checking in earlier then the accustomed time to check in with no response. I arrived and the lady at this place wanted $25. for me to check in early so instead of sitting outside in the cold and rain I paid the $25. This place is not handicap accessible I should of gone somewhere else. I am an honorably discharged Army veteran and I won't be coming back to this place ever,it was horrible all the way around.

01/09/2026 If you have 2 legs then this place is OK
On a scale of 1-10 I would probably rate it around 5-6.
Disabled Veteran paying $25. to get into a room a little early was ridiculous. And on my exiting this place I was called and warned about the check out time because of 1 article of clothing that was left behind and considered trash to me but my first thought was that I was going to be taken advantage of again about some late check out.
NEVER AGAIN IT WAS HORRIBLE AND VERY INSULTING
- BRENT WATLING (5/5): - The room was clean and I had plenty of room to navigate around in my wheelchair ♿️ I didn't like the fact that there was no other way to get into the room I was in had to back my wheelchair up onto the sidewalk and the sidewalk was very narrow and not appropriate for accommodating a handicap in a wheelchair ♿️ Also I had notified the management that I was coming earlier than the check in time and never got a response back. When I got there around the time I anticipated I was greeted with a $25. early check in fee which I paid to get out of the cold and rain. I don't know, but if that's what they think a handicapped veteran in a wheelchair deserves? Maybe they needed beer money or something I really don't know. I don't get it with these hotels these days there's one on the bottom of Lincoln Street in Port Angeles and they actually charge more for a handicap accessible room. You think it would be the most convenient option but it's all about getting as much money they can get out of you
- BRENT WATLING (9/5): - The location was perfect
Staff was great and the room was tidy The room was kinda small and I had a tough time getting around in my wheelchair ♿️
- Long (9/5): - Clean,.well designed space and coordinated nicely. Neighboring room constantly in and out of room, walking in front of our room, talking, up and down stairs until 2 AM. Probably just bad luck to have them next door.
- lori (8/5): -
- Katie (8/5): -
- Emmett (8/5): - The tub and the layout was convenient The price and location
- Nives (8/5): It was OK - It was clean and had nice shampoo/conditioner I did not know how to switch the facet water to shower. The coffee maker is not intuitive.
- Nora (7/5): Warm and soft bed hot water !!! - Cleanliness Loud and busy … but I slept good
- rizea (7/5): - Nice shower, clean.
- Jimena (10/5): - El alojamiento estaba a excelente precio y muy lindo
- Tiara Miller (8/5): -
- Delaney (5/5): - No soundproofing and very noisy could hear everything even people talking and walking and its next to a school or preschool and the kids playing and yelling woke us up.
- Emmett (8/5): - It was comfortable and clean.... The toilet paper was to cheap did not hold up when using it
- Gabriele (6/5): Great stay for the money. We just needed a place to sleep. - Reasonably priced Tiny bathroom
- Geetha (7/5): -
- YOON (7/5): - 올림픽공원과 가까움 방은첱결 방이 너무작고 침대도 작음
- Lawe (8/5): - The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our toilet did not flush very well at all and the TV was small.
- Raven (10/5): -
- Tia (8/5): - Okay location but surrounding properties slightly run down. Motel good for couple of nights.
- Pascal (8/5): - Wonderfully efficient clerk at the check-in counter had us set up for our lovely room quickly.
- Svenja (8/5): -
- Catalin (10/5): - .
- Debra (10/5): - Good value!
- McElroy (9/5): - Incredibly clean and up to date furnishings. Previous reviews convinced me to book here, and I was not disappointed. The outside reminded me of an old motel, but the owners really have gone the extra mile to make it work! Bed was comfortable, shower was great, towels soft, heating system worked well, and the separate freezer and refrigerator were much appreciated as was the microwave (both in a teal retro look). I don't hesitate to recommend this motel! The great reading lights wouldn't dim completely after being switched off. We solved it by covering them with dark cloths.
- Alice (10/5): -
Just what we needed for a good rest.
- Dave (4/5): - Not close to the ferry as advertised. Room smelled old. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Vert noisy outside. No breakfast as advertised. No WiFi as advertised.
- Xiaowen (10/5): -
- Yelena (9/5): -
- Cruz (7/5): -
- MICHELLE (8/5): Good hotel location for visiting the National Park - Clean room. Parking lot had security cameras, which was great because we had e-bikes on our car. Good hotel location for visiting ONP & going to Hurricane Ridge.
- karen (8/5): comfortable and pleasant - Staff were extremely helpful, room was very clean and comfortable Unfortunately due to location there was quite a bit of road noise. This did reduce significantly later in the evening and did not hinder sleep.
- Joanne (10/5): Value $# - Don't judge a book by its cover.this is an older hotel that has had a cutsy boutique renovation
- Stuart (9/5): Great stay at Aircrest - Clean, comfortable, well located. Great for a couple of days in Port Angeles Nothing
- Michele (6/5): - The people who run (own?) the motel are very nice. Check in was very good. They’ve been renovating the building and it looks nice. The room we stayed in was small, but ok. The room was refreshed with new LVP and fresh paint.
The location was really good since we were taking the ferry over to Canada which was a 5 minute drive.
- Chak (6/5): -
- ERIC (6/5): - Between the busy E - W hwy 101 thru town makes for a somewhat noisy atmosphere. Had a loose cable that made TV intermittent. On the good side, staff was efficient, and a great breakfast place a block away.
- Julie (8/5): - Clean room
- Carlee (10/5): - Hotel facilities were great with an easy check-in! Staff were pleasant and very helpful! The unit was updated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The motel had just been recently painted along with a fresh paved parking lot. The motel is conveniently located close to town as well as 5-10mins from the Black Ball Ferry line (which was the reasoning for our stay). I would recommend staying at the Aircrest Motel!
- james (8/5): - Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly.
- SHIRLEY (8/5): - Room was very small, but clean. Area looked unsafe, but good location for Olympic NP. Toiletries were ridiculous.
- Terry (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at the Aircrest! My room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was responsive to requests, very polite, and helpful. In spite of the traffic mentioned in many reviews, I found it to be just fine in the room I had. I could hear it, but it was in the background and not bothersome at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower divine! I will definitely recommend this hotel, and plan on staying here whenever I’m in the area. Thank you!
- Constance (8/5): - The rooms were very clean however, the side of the building looks somewhat sketchy. When we checked in the person on duty was a complete goofball and credited the wrong thing to our accountant and had to recharge it. I think he may have been high.
- Carolyn (10/5): Good value in Port Angeles - A good deal for the comparable value in Port Angeles. Agreed with some of the comments that the outside doesn’t look great but as a solo female guest I felt completely safe inside. The room was very recently renovated, the other clientele were all national park visitors, and everything was very clean. Would stay again
- Carlos (8/5): -
- Jim (8/5): - Ok hotel. Older and can use some TLC. Nice staff, easy checkin. Perfect location for catching ferry, Nice town with lots of dining options
- Jessie (4/5): - Clean good size room
Easy to find A bit costly
- boaz (6/5): -
- Abigail (10/5): - Was a nice stay
- Daniel (6/5): Convenient to Olympic National Park - A little run down and very small room but very convenient to Olympic National Park. Cell service not the best. Front desk was friendly and conscience.
- Samuel King (8/5): - Nicer than average motel
- Harald (8/5): -
- Morgan (10/5): - We were a little nervous when we pulled up because the outside is older but once we got inside our room we were fine. The room was cozy and clean. Most hotels around this area are older but this one was updated inside the rooms. The floors were vinyl which is cleaner than carpet. The walls looked freshly painted and the bedding was new and clean. Don’t let the outside fool you!!
- Yaitip (4/5): - The cleaning is very bad. There are food scraps on the floor, there are still food boxes in the microwave, and the toilet is dirty.
- Christine (10/5): - We stayed here for one night. We wanted to stay somewhere convenient to wake up early to drive to Hurricane Ridge for sunrise (highly recommend). The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good central location. It was good value for what we needed. We would stay here again.
- candice (10/5): Quaint little motel that has everything you need! - The beds at this motel were SO COMFORTABLE. I almost think they were memory foam! The front desk staff was so kind. The rooms were kind of small!
- Camille (7/5): - Chambre bien équipée (frigo, micro ondes)
Lit confortable
Propre Rue assez passante niveau voitures donc bruyante
- Raymond (10/5): - Check in was wonderful , very friendly
- Mark (8/5): I would stay there again if I was in the area.the room was clean and had everything we needed. - We liked that the room was clean and spacious. When we first drove up, it didn’t appear to be in a good area.
- Pablo (8/5): - The affordablity, the working AC, and the free coffee. Nice. I would've preferred a ground floor room.
- bruce (8/5): - Nothing fancy, but reasonably clean. Staff was very responsive to requests. Bathroom had adequate space, but no flat surfaces to sit anything. Small table would be a cheap and helpful addition.
- Patricia (4/5): - When we checked in we realized the TV could not be accessed. The receptionist also could not get it to work at all even after running a start up program. Then at 10 pm my husband had NO hot water for a shower. These are basic things one expects in a hotel/motel. We received a small refund. We still would not recommend staying here
- Cheryl (6/5): - Had to call twice to get toilet fixed. Property seemed very run down
- Glenn (4/5): - Extremely no frills, but clean.
- Alexander (3/5): -
- Nathan (8/5): -
- David (10/5): - Very pleasant staff.
- Kayla (8/5): - Nice staff, rooms are nice. My only complaint is that the bed was hard as a rock.
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Constance (5/5): -
- Diana (4/5): No sleep - We couldn't sleep because of the street noise.
