Corinna (5/5): Bank will be charged an additional fee of $50 . If you’re on a budget, don’t stay there - The rooms are very clean. I had to prepay 5 days ahead and when we arrived we were told that they are charging a security deposit. We were not prepared for that. We are seniors on a budget, that’s why we stayed there. We left the room clean. We didn’t even take a shower because we are terrified that we don’t get the deposit back. I canceled every single booking for the rest of the fair season with this hotel.

They refused to give me a refund and left me stranded, sleeping in my car with no money, food or gas. I'm still stranded because of this. Everything!!!

cherril (10/5): Hidden gem, renovated, comfortable, great value. - Exceptional surprised, this has been renovated wonderfully. Bed was so comfortable, small room but space was utilized very well. Best room I rented in 3 months, price was a bonus, $61. I got the last room, but after staying there I understood why they were booked. Parking was laking but everything else was superb.

Bendel (1/5): Bad motel choice, we walk and Booking balks at supporting their customer. - Nothing The sheets and towels were not fresh along with mold on the shower curtain. The smoke detector cover was missing, The drawers in the dresser would not stay in, the light next to the bed was inop and the outside window on the ground level would not lock. We walked away to find suitable accommodations and Booking did not refund our money for a substandard room that was unacceptable. I’ve used booking for many years and many times and never had an issue. If they aren’t going to support the customer, I’m not supporting them. Done with booking.com.

Wayne (10/5): Surprisingly excellent value - Location was ok as there was IHOP, Olive Garden, Whataburger and Starbucks within walking distance. Even a movie theatre next door. Check in was great thanks to the friendly front desk person. The room 129 appeared to be freshly refurbished as everything was new and in order (except the A/C unit which was fine just not new). My room was one away from the ice machine which worked well. There was also laundry facilities next to it. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet stay.

Verified traveler (2/5): Beware of possible fake reviews. Very dirty. - The lady at the front office was nice, but this motel is one of the dirtiest we have ever stayed in, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was dirty, some of the pillows smelled badly, and there was even a booger under one of the pillows. At 6am there was a woman knocking amd yelling really loudly next door. We went with this place because it had an 8.8 rating on hotels.com, but it seems like many of these reviews may be fake. We would have gone to another place, but we didn't check in until close to 10pm so we just stuck out and used our clean clothes to cover the pillows so we could at least a little sleep, but we left as early as we could the next morning. Would definitely not recommend.

Bath tub wasn’t cleaned and the floor was yellow and brown. The toilet still had stains on it when we lifted the toilet seat. Wiped the floor by the sink with a towel and it came out black. The sheets looked like they weren’t washed or changed out, and had holes and black stains on them. I honestly felt disgusting just being in the room. Had to go out and buy disinfecting wipes to clean surfaces and tables. We also requested no house keeping but they did not listen and still went into the room.

When I checked in I mentioned to the lady that I just needed a clean room and a comfortable bed; she offered for me to examine the room before renting and mentioned that she cleans the rooms herself and takes great pride in it. Clean, spacious, quiet, all of the amenities worked. Will visit every time I'm in the Muskogee area.

Lots of things sitting outside rooms and broken down vehicles in the parking lot. No room service and wouldn’t provide any new clean towels when we requested them, even though our rooms weren’t serviced as expected. We didn’t expect a lot for the cost but fresh towels isn’t a lot to expect. They could have even left them outside our room for the resident kittens to cuddle on until we returned.

casey (6/5): - I went by reviews alone and was trying to book something quickly, and the reviews were fairly solid. When we pulled up, I assumed there had to be a mistake. The place looks like an old trucker motel that someone bought out of foreclosure, spent a little money to improve the room appearance, and started booking. Toilet seat was falling off, bathtub was stained yellow, and the towels were ratty from what I guess to be decades of bleach abuse. The door, when closed and locked,wasnt wide enough and i could actually see outside through the gap. If a business is allowed to pay for good reviews, that's the only thing that might make sense in this case.

Dennis (6/5): - This hotel is okay BUT it needs to decide what it wants to be..there are a number of guests there that appear to live there full-time but as a business traveller this if off-putting...especially in the morning in the common eating area. As I was checking out one of the full time residents started talking loudly to the clerk as I as checking out so when I turned to ask his to please be quiet, he threatened me. This hotel need to decide if it is a hotel for travelers or it is a shelter?....the two different types if guests don't mix well.

There’s no breakfast offered but that was no issue for us. Office manager helpful as we needed extra soap and towel. Will stay again if travels take us thru there again.

It looked nothing like any of the pictures, I think they might’ve been from another hotel honestly. The floors were sticky, the toilet seat was broken, the towel rack also broken, the shower was so filthy I had to wear shoes to clean myself. I get it it’s a smoking room but you can spray some air freshener or put one in there??? Seeing as the smoking room was the only room available also you’d think I wouldn’t need to go to the store and buy things to make it smell like someone didn’t just smoke 2 cartons of cigarettes in it. They advertised breakfast included and there was no breakfast anywhere so I’m really confused. Also when I booked it said it was a hotel, not a motel where people reside there full time. All of it just felt like one big lie and I ended up spending closer to $400 for a 3 night stay when it should’ve been only $240 whole trip. I paid when I booked (a month out) $113 and was just supposed to pay another $113 when I checked in. But she made me pay the full $240 at check in so yeah comes out to about $370ish after taxes. Absolutely ridiculous. I never leave reviews on anything but this was absolutely the worst hotel stay or experience I have ever had and I have traveled all over this country. There was one nice employee but when I told her about the money situation she told me she had no idea how to get me my money back.

But I could see how some may have an issue with this, so if you like that get an east room, if you don’t get a west room
Dolores (8/5): Good to a point - It was ok. The carpet needs to be steamed with no soap. (Buildup) but for the age it was in good condition. Small no table or chairs but that was ok. When I smelled the weed being smoked I ask that they put my sister in a rm away from it. And they did. Which was cool. Don’t like they charge a fee for the grounds but there’s a huge pothole to get into the parking lot. Will I go back? If my husband’s not with me because he doesn’t like small spaces.

Jeff (6/5): - Room has no carpet or rugs. To much sand or something to walk in the room barefoot. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled of stale tobacco smoke. It permeated the bed comforter, curtains and the close we were wearing. Marijuana smoke came in the room from guests smoking it outside the room 2 doors down. Room was very loud from outside noise. Front door had light and smoke coming in from the four edges. Door also was unlockable due to the door not seated well with weatherstripping.

Tara (10/5): I would stay here again - Conveniently located. Beds were comfortable, so were the pillows. The bedspreads were not those old satiny looking things, they were light weight and easily laundered ones. It is not shiny and new but I already knew that. The bathroom is tiny. The main thing I did not like is that the tv remote was impossible to figure out for me. I had to watch Family Guy all night.
Barbara (4/5): - The price was good. You get what you pay for. We had a leak in the handwashing sink and after we reported it to to the owner and then to Expedia and they forwarded it to the owner, he showed up banging at our door at 10:30 at night after he didn’t bring towels or rags to put under the leak, yelling and screaming at us for about 15 minit a and telling us to get out the next day even though we had a reservation and had paid for two nights.

Langham (6/5): Clean and convenient. - friendly/quick check in. The room was clean and great for a short stay. The tv did not work but it was late and I didn’t reach out to the office.

david (10/5): - Only thing that was not up to par was the ice machine was broken.
Hayden (2/5): - This manager preceded to pass the cost of replacing an already broken shower handle on to us (the guests) by keeping our deposit. He became very rude and angry on the phone when I called to better understand the charge, when he failed to let me speak and preceded to call me a liar. I travel often and have never been treated that way in my life. Stay far away from here!!!
