Hotel położony w biznesowej dzielnicy, więc spokojna okolica w weekend i wieczorami, dobre połączenie z dworcem i innymi dzielnicami miasta. Blisko kombini. Rezerwowałam pokój na niższym piętrze, ale zmieniłam go po jednej nocy, bo przeszkadzał monotonny wewnętrzny hałas maszyn (ponoć od ciepłej wody). Personel bardzo był przejety tą sytuacją i starał się maksymalnie pomóc. Po zmianie pokoju, wszystko było ok.

- Johncel (7/5): Great location but small rooms - It was a short walk from the station so it was very easy to go to and from other locations in osaka, we were also located near many convenience stores so very convenient There was a laundy room inside which made it easier to do laundry during odd times (eg late at night/early morning) The laundry room was not working on the first night. There were fewer staff that could speak English - which is fine but is something to be aware of. The rooms were also very small - we could not bring the luggages to the main room, and we could barely walk from the beds because the gap was so small.

Beds comfortable, bathroom very clean. Very small space, difficult to sort out luggage. But it’s Japan, everything is compact here!

- CLAIRE (10/5): A place to stay and to come back to when in Osaka - Location and value for money. Staff were nice too. We are 5mins from the subway. Calm area and just in between umeda and namba. Room was small but it fit us 4 very well with our 2 medium sized luggage. 7-11 in the corner, lawson and family mart just a few steps away. Overall, We loved it! Oh, my boys loved the manga collection they can read in the lobby and bring to the rooms too. We should probably try the breakfast. Next time!

- Cherry (7/5): Lovely hotel. Conveniently located. Loads of toiletries on offer also. - Located close enough to multiple metro entrances. 7/11 convenience store located two doors down. Plenty of toiletries made available. Also has a weighing scale in the lobby which is great if you’re shopping a lot while in Osaka. The room was rather small. Smallest room we had stayed in in Japan.

- CHIENCHANG (9/5): - 離北濱(地鐵、京阪)走路約5分鐘內，附近有4間超商(7-11、全家，羅森)，離大阪市中央公會堂也只要走5分鐘，飯店走到淀屋橋站也只要5分鐘 這也不算缺點，連續住4晚，早餐幾乎有95%一樣，商務旅館大概都這樣，會吃膩(菜色是有40項)，若想天天早餐吃得不一樣就選擇別間

- Carla (7/5): Na minha estadia no Japão, foi o melhor hotel onde estive. Limpo, staff simpático, tem um 7/11 mesmo ao lado. - Gostei muito da limpeza, todas as comodidades para os clientes. A cama e almofadas eram confortáveis Localização podia ser melhor. Não foi fácil arranjar onde jantar em redor

- Pato y Flor (8/5): Buena ubicación en osaka - La ubicación y el hotel en general perfectos. El tamaño de la habitacion y su distribución hace que no te entre una valija normal; el desayuno podría ser mas completo

- SATOKO (8/5): - 事前に問い合わせした際や、当日に問い合わせをした際、スタッフの方の対応がとても素晴らしかった。 シャワーの水圧も弱すぎず、快適だった。 ロケーションも行きやすかった。 壁紙は多少年季を感じたが、全体的にとても清潔感があって、快適だった。 ホテル自体の問題ではなく、泊まってる方のモラルの問題かも知れないが、23時以降でもバタンバタンと物音が響いていたのが、気になった。

- Patricia Marie (10/5): Best discovery of 2026! It’s perfect! - Everything!! The location is exceptional for our winter trip. The staff are helpful, courteous and they are always ready to lend a helping hand. The room is enough for a family of 3 and we really appreciate the facilities. Nothing. We will always choose hotel keihan everytime we are in Osaka.
- Karen (8/5): Nice place - *very friendly staff *has a section where you can grab the amenities you need, to avoid wastage *has a paid washing machine and dryer *cosy little manga and TV nook in the lobby *very close walking distance to 2 metro lines *room was tight with opened suitcases for 2 adults *walls have a lot of stains, like sauce splashes *washing machine and dryer a little pricey

- Fiona (10/5): It was nice - Very close to transport and staff were lovely The rooms were way too small. 3 single means would mean 3 suitcases however there was absolutely no room for those suitcases. We had to basically store them behind the door which essentially blocked us in. Then we had to put them on the bed each morning to be able to move around the room.
