- David (9/5): Great location, friendly staff, perfect if you want to be a little outside the centre - Really friendly staff, and the cleaners were always super good at coming in when I'd be gone out for coffee or whatever making the whole experience very easy! The water pump would come on randomly sometimes at night, that's the only thing really! I would have liked if there was a chair with a back rather than a stool at the desk but this wouldn't bother most people.

- Shae (7/5): It was a great stay and we enjoyed it very much! - Location was great. We like to be out the way. And not far from anything. Staff were lovely and the room was very clean! Good sized pool. The only thing is the pool steps weren’t maintained and I stood on the top step in the pool and it broke which landed me with a bruised legs and a small cut on my foot. But I was fine. Also one of the doors didn’t lock which was annoying but we weren’t worried we felt safe

- ❤️ Olivier&Sandra ❤️ (10/5): Super hôtel, mais la literie est très inconfortable 🥵 - Le staff était adorable, du personnel d'accueil en passant par le personnel d'entretien et le personnel de cuisine, toute le monde était très serviable et souriant. Une équipe au top 👌 Erreur de réservation de notre part, nous avons été surclassé pour une nuit. Geste très commercial de la part de l'hôtel. Pas d'eau chaude le premier soir. Hôtel hors de la vieille, il faut le savoir. Donc taxi quotidien pour bouger. Le lit ainsi que les coussins étaient dur comme des pierres. Literie très inconfortable.

- Christoph (9/5): Beautiful place with great staff and very delicious food for a fair price - The room was just beautiful, really big and a nice terrace. It was a bit outside and so it was not so loud. The little pool was really nice and just the whole surrounding. The staff was great, really helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was really delicious. Thank you for this nice experience. It was a bit outside so you need a scooter to come to the city center. But it was also not so loud which was nice. There were still a bit maintenance work going on. But not really disturbing.

- Sophie (8/5): Comfortable stay, use laundry service at your own risk! - Lovely room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent and the swimming pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a little out of the city but we didn't struggle to get a Grab. Used the laundry service, laundry came back after two days and we had clothes missing and other people's clothes. Staff at the hotel did manage to find our missing belongings.
- Myra (3/5): We had to leave after the first night of a five night stay. - Breakfast was good A/C was poor, there was no hot water. Linens were stained. There was no soap in the bathroom, and most importantly the fridge turned off whenever you removed the key card. I use the fridge to cool medicines and medical devices. It is extremely dangerous to have the refrigerator on the same circuit that turns off whenever you remove key card. The location leaves a lot to be desired, but we should have checked that before booking since location is evident on the map.

- Ponsetti (7/5): - Les photos sont un peu trompeuses. L'établissement est dans son Jus... bien mais sans plus. La chambre est grande mais l'insonorisation est mauvaise. Parking au pied de l'hôtel. Insonorisation mauvaise. Le groupe de clim faisait un bruit tres fort. Environnement de l'hôtel tres tres urbain.
- ANNE CATHERINE (5/5): - Le personnel est accueillant et disponible et professionnel La piscine est à l'entrée de l'hôtel, que des va et vient des check-in et check-out, piscine collée au parking, piscine petite. L'hôtel est composé de 2 espaces dont un étant un grand immeuble en béton gris, vraiment rien d'exotique. La literie est bonne et le petit déjeuner complet, excellent café. La climatisation est bruyante, prévoir des boules quies.

- Gabriela (6/5): - Das Personal war freundlich Es handelt sich um ein 2 sterne Hotel namens Orhid Residenz nicht um ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Gänge, Rezeption, verfahlen, Unordnung, sehr harte Polster, graue Handtücher die einmal weiss waren, Geruch im Zimmer. Die Anlage ist ungepflegt, es gibt bessere Unterkünfte in der Nähe. Preiss-Leistung Verhältniss stimmt nicht.
