• Jovelyn (9/5): Our stay was comfortable. - Big bed, it has cold/hot shower, comes with welcome kit i.e toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner is working so it kept us nice and cool. Tiny ants/bugs crawling around.

• Simonne (3/5): It was really uncomfortable. - The staff was nice and greeted us when we came and they tired to give us accommodations to better our stay even though it was fully able to make our stay comfortable. We took transportation to get could not find the hotel initially, so the location was not very good. The smell of the building was extremely bad throughout the entire hotel. Our room was covered in bugs in the bed, on the counters as well as the floor and wall. The wifi was awful, it only worked in some parts of the building and would constantly go out. There was construction on the floor we were staying on so they told us we needed to move to a different. The room they moved us to was much smaller than the original room we were staying in, After talking to the front desk, they moved us again to a bigger room which was nice of them. There were a lot of dead and live bugs still and the room was dirty. It was hard to sleep with all the low construction at all times of day. the hallways were smoky because of the construction. It was annoying that the wifi only worked in half of the room and some of the tv channels had no picture and only played the sound. The room did not come with a microwave or fridge so it was hard to eat daily.

• Razelyn (7/5): Good - Cleanliness There is no telephone number that we can call drectly in the property we booked in Kalibo, Aklan. When I called, the call centre number is the one I was able to talk and that took me so long. We tried to locate the property but we can’t find them even my cousins from Kalibo is not familiar when I finally I was able to talked their Customer Service, she said they only communicate with them thru chat and can’t give any landline or mobile number of the property and the reception there said, maybe tell them the old name which is Hotel Metro and that is become the key for us to be able to go there easily because my relatives are from them. I might thinking if we’re just from other place it still become difficult. When I arrived I asked the receptionist why there is no signage of Red Doorz, he said because they are still Hotel Metro with only a partnership with RedDoorz.

• Graham (8/5): Short and Sweet - Our stay was short and sweet. The room was good for us to rest for about 6 hours en route to our destination in Boracay, Our beds were good size and there was hot water in the shower if you will turn on the faucet in the basin first. There were also some TV Channels to be had, at such a good price for the room. However,there are no facilities for getting drinks or snacks at the hotel.
