Zena (10/5): - Beautiful palace in the heart of old town and a short walk to the port. The hotel bar is also amazing, service was fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful. The neighbouring streets are a bit shady at night so staff should warn tourists not to go through that area at night, especially alone.

Donc déplacement à pieds avec valises, sacs, enfants sur des pavés pendant 15 min c’est la galère. L’hôtel propose un Tuk Tuk pour 5€ le voyages …si… si ce n’est pas une blague ; uniquement pour 2 personnes. Pour les valises et le reste tu te le coltines jusqu’a l’hotel à pieds. Nous n’y sommes pas restés. À la réservation l’hôtel devrait mentionner que l hôtel est inaccessible en voiture, ce n’est pas tres honnête de ne pas clairement l’annoncer mais on en devine la raison. Merci au service client de booking qui nous a tirés de ce très mauvais pas car vraiment avec enfants, bagages, sacs de voyages et en vacances c’est très certainement un hôtel à éviter et même À FUIR Hôtel inaccessible. Après visite des chambres, cet établissement n est certainement pas au niveau d’un classement 4 étoiles. Au surplus Tarif prohibitif pour ce qui est proposé.

Margrit (10/5): - Sehr schöner historischer Palazzo, mitten in der verwinkelten Altstadt, nah bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem alten Hafen. Viele gute Restaurants und Bars in Gehdistanz. Trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig.
Eleanor (9/5): Incredibly beautiful property and a very comfortable stay. - So beautiful and historic. The frescos. The room was really comfortable too and the single bed was big. Also in a very sweet square. Checkout was really flexible too and so nice to have the bar on site. Arriving in the evening felt a bit dodgy, but I think that is just the area at night and going up one of the narrow alleys.

Stefan (10/5): Sehr tolles Hotel in historischem ,gut schallisolierten Gebäude. - Frühstück war ausgezeichnet ,top Produktequalität,sehr vielfälltig , sehr nettes ,aufmerksames Personal. Nicht einfach zu finden ,jedoch sehr zentral, Hafennähe. Würden sofort wieder gehen. Nichts !

Irene (10/5): Besonderer Aufenthalt in historischem Ambiente mit modernem Komfort und freundlichen Mitarbeitern - Tolle Lage. Hervorragend renovierter historischer Palast. Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter. Großartiges Frühstück auf herrlicher Dachterrasse. Sehr gute Betten.

The breakfast is exceptional and the staff at breakfast are constantly busy making sure nothing is missing. Thank you all. And the staff at the reception was extremely helpful. In general, thank youn to all the staff, from reception, to breakfast and leaning, thay all do a greaat job. Moreoer, there is a great atmosphere in this hotel. nothing

SYLVIE (9/5): - L'accueil avant tout, l'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville avec la possibilité d'irradier tout autour et de faire des pauses régulières à l'hôtel toute la journée. Le bâtiment est magnifique, quoi de mieux que de résider dans un Palazzo à Gênes. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et des petits plats préparés sur place nous a régalé chaque matin. Petit plus pour la terrasse sur le toit pour faire une pause à l'écart du tumulte de la ville.

Elisabeth de la Tour (9/5): - Beauté de l'hôtel dans un ancien palais avec des fresques au RDC et au 1er dans un grand salon ou l'on peut se détendre . Confort et décor épuré des chambres et salle de bain. Emplacement parfait dans la vieille ville de Gênes. La salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner sous les toits est un peu décevante par rapport à la beauté de l'hotel.

Doris (7/5): sonst tiptop, die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Die Lage ist wohl mitten in der Altstadt, aber daher eher schwer zu finden, dies täglich. Die Bar sollte etwas länger offen haben am Abend Das Bett (Matratze) fanden wir nicht bequem ( zu hart)

Lily (10/5): Beautiful hotel - Ideal location for exploring Genoa, only a short walk away from amazing cafés, shops and churches. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and it feels very special to stay in such a historic building.

Mark (10/5): A perfect location and wonderful hotel in the center of Genoa! - breakfast was lovely! everything was lovely except the dangerous stairs in our room. there needs to be either a railing or a wee light to mark it in the night or even some brightly colored tape perhaps. the stairs were slippery and so dangerous in the night. I only say this because Mark fell down on the first night when he mis counted the steps going down

Dmytro (10/5): - Great hotel. Quite stylish interior and helpful team onsite. Centrally located with nice views. You'd have to walk 7-8 minutes from the closest parking, but the hotel can't affect it, that's equal for all hotels in the area.
Cheryl (9/5): - Breakfast had plenty of options. Savory and sweet. We are GF so the bread option for us included the packaged kind and one other option which was very good. They did accommodate us. Getting there was tricky.
