• BEATRIZ (8/5): Pensión en el corazón del casco viejo de San Sebastián, muy limpia - Pensión muy bien ubicada en el casco viejo de San Sebastián para ir andando a todos los lugares de interés. La pensión te hace un descuento de unos 5 euros al día para el parking de Okendo a 5 minutos andando. Los baños compartidos están muy limpios, hay 3 baños para unas 6 habitaciones. Las camas son muy cómodas. El personal muy amable. Todo correcto.

• julien (8/5): Séjour à San Sébastien - Un accueil chaleureux Un emplacement idéal mais qui peut être EXTRÊMEMENT bruyant l'été. Pas de climatisation et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit de la rue. Mais quel bonheur de descendre pour juste boire un verre et manger des tapas. Immeuble ancien donc un peu bruyant entre le parquet et les anciennes portes. Dommage que tout le monde ne respecte pas son voisin (voisin de la pension)

• Mark (8/5): - Perfect location, friendly staff, and good value for money. Triple room was very small, just enough space to walk around the beds. Checkin was only 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. I guess it's a Spanish siesta thing to be closed 2:00pm to 5:00pm but it was a pain as we arrived a couple of minutes after 2:00.

Es un edificio antiguo y el suelo cruje mucho, se escucha bastante si alguien pasa por el pasillo.

• Andrew (6/5): Great central location at the heart of the old town - Great central location. Lively and bustling at night - great atmosphere. Despite no English spoken the host was very friendly and it worked well with google translate. Room and shared bathrooms were clean. Basic accommodation with no facilities beyond a room and shared bathrooms. Noisy at night (inevitable in the central location) but the windows were remarkably well insulated.

Kamers zijn heel ruim en de badkamers zijn schoon. Een echte aanrader, ik kom zeker nog een keer terug! Hooguit dat je s’avonds de ramen moet dichtdoen in verband met het rumoer op straat
• Idaly (9/5): - The location of this hotel is perfect. It's located in the old town and very close to the center. You do not need a car as everything is walking distance. The room was comfortable and cleaned, and they kept the bathrooms always clean. The bed duvet could use some update. Because this is an old building you can hear the conversations from the other rooms. It would be better if the hair dryer is in the room instead of the washrooms.

It was a bit noisy. There was no communal kitchen area and no fridges in the rooms which would have been nice. A little on the expensive for the facilities

• Patricia (9/5): Me encantó mi estancia en Pensión San Jerónimo, Susana me trató con suma amabilidad y hospitalidad. - Susana me recibió en la Pensión con amabilidad, sumamente hospitalaria. Me hizo arreglos al cuarto para mi comodidad, me ofreció cobija para no pasar frío. Me trató con sumo cariño y amabilidad. Los baños son 3 con lo cual nunca tuve que esperar que se desocupe uno para usarlo yo. Siempre estuvieron extremadamente limpios durante mi estadía. No sabía qué esperar, y la verdad quedé muy contenta con mi estadía. Regresaría sin pensarlo dos veces a hospedarme en Pensión San Jerónimo. Se escucha cuando personas conversan en voz alta en cuartos aledaños, y la última noche dos huéspedes llegaron a las 4am a tertuliar entre ellos. Este factor va a depender de la consideración que tengan los demás huéspedes con quienes están durmiendo, ya no depende de la administración de Pensión San Jerónimo.

• H.H.P. (Herman) (8/5): Excellent value for money. - Very silent with windows closed. Lack of proper airconditioning. With the windows closed it got really stifling and hot. There was a fan, but airconditioning would have made the experience much better.
• Ami (8/5): - The location is unbeatable in the middle of the city. Great shower pressure in the shared bathrooms, which remained clean throughout our stay. The windows block out almost all the noise on the street below. Pricey for the size of the room, but I believe that this is normal for San Sebastian. Also, parking is a bit of a pain, but not the fault of the hotel.

• de Kruijf (10/5): Ontspannende en feestelijke week gehad - Prachtige locatie midden in het oude centrum. Het pension was altijd schoon en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Toen we na een hete dag terug kwamen kwamen ze koude flesjes water naar onze kamer brengen. Onze kamer zat boven een restaurant waardoor je in de avond wel wat geluidsoverlast kan hebben. Wij hadden hier niet zozeer last van maar met kinderen zou dit misschien irritant kunnen zijn

• Jessikah (7/5): - The room was clean and shared bathrooms were cleaned daily. Had clean towels everyday. In the centre of the old town, very close to everything. Staff didn’t really speak English so hard to communicate but they were nice. We asked for a load of washing to be done which cost 12 euros and they ended up splitting it and doing 2 loads and charged us 24 euro. We were never asked and just expected to pay double. Also, It was good they cleaned our rooms but us personally, we didn’t like when they kept packing up our bags and moving our things around.

Staff constantly reminding you not to close doors hard as to not disturb other guests which is difficult when there is always a draft through the property when windows open. . Just put soft closing hinges on the doors
• Mario (8/5): - Kleine Pension mit 6 Zimmern im Herzen von San Sebastián. Perfekt um in die Stadt einzutauchen. Man ist ebenfalls in 10 Min zu Fuß an den beiden Stränden der Stadt. Es gibt drei Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer, die ausgesprochen sauber sind, da sie quasi ständig gereinigt werden. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett, sprechen zwar kein englisch, aber man kann sich mit Händen und Füssen verständigen. Die Lage hat allerdings den Nachteil, dass es bis in die Morgenstunden sehr laut sein kann, aber da helfen die Fenster weiter, die – geschlossen – den ganzen Lärm draussen lassen...

Good communication . Had a problem with the shower but was fixed as quickly as possible. Nice touch from the owner to offer complimentary breakfast at another pension. Very clean. A little small, but we managed. Felt a little bit like a hostel really. Shared bathroom worked out OK but would petfer own bathroom. Ask about another pension ( also owned by the same people) which has own bathroom. A bit expensive, but seems to be the price in SS.

• Ciaran (9/5): Excellent experience for anyone looking to spend time in San Sebastian. - With an excellent location in the heart of the old town, Pensión San Jerónimo is a small hotel with very personable owners. There are three bathrooms shared across 6 rooms so accessing one is never an issue and they are kept immaculately clean. The pension is on the third floor and there is lift access. It is above a busy bar with great pinxos/tapas but noise is eliminated once you close the windows. Sharing a bathroom was a put-off but we quickly got used to it and it kept the cost down. There are three bathrooms all very close to the rooms.
