• Steg Svenska (1/5): NOISY!!! - The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Not a great experience. We were woken up at 7 a.m. on a Sunday by super loud music being played by staff in the kitchen and dining area directly below our room as they prepared breakfast. It was so loud that we could hear the lyrics of every song. We had chosen this hotel and this room — and paid more — because it was meant to be a little treat for us, and we were really excited about it. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. The bed was actually comfortable, but it didn’t matter, because the noise from downstairs made it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. When we went down for breakfast at 8:30, the music was still blasting. We were the only ones eating there, yet we had to raise our voices just to hear each other. We even had to ask for the music to be turned down — it was obviously way too loud, so it was strange that the staff hadn’t noticed. Instead of feeling happy and rested, we were really disappointed (and tired!). After leaving the hotel, we had a long day of travel and really felt the impact of not having slept well — it affected us for the entire day. Overall, really disappointing and not at all what we expected from a hotel stay.

• RAFAEL (10/5): - Todo estupendo, Maravilloso colchón y sábanas, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Y es un hotel para No Fumadores, eso nos encantó En días de mucho calor (no me tocó) no sé si estará bien aclimatado, hay un "pingüino" portátil en la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado de obra.

• Madeline (10/5): Amazing experience, we will come back. - The service was absolutely gorgeous. The ladie who received us the first night was very attentive and friendly, she recommended us few places around the city for us to visit. Then, Manuel, in the morning said hello to us with a lovely coffee; he was absolutely friendly, chatty, he gave us some recommendations to go around the city but we had another plans. He encouraged us to come back with more time to enjoy the city and we will probably do. I do recommend this hotel 100000%. They said in Google they have A/C in every room and parking available, none of those is true. Anyway, not a big issue for us.
