• Adrian (4/5): No es un hotel, ni un apartahotel. Inseguro. - Mi experiencia ha sido negativa. Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in, no nos dejaron entrar ni 30 minutos antes, no hay ninguna recepción donde dejar las maletas, tuvimos que esperar hasta la hora de entrada exacta para poder dejar las maletas y empezar a hacer turismo. La habitación estaba muy descuidada, se veía sucia. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, sin lavar. El hervidor de agua estaba inservible. La cama es MUY incomoda, las almohadas son durísimas y el colchón tenia manchas. En el baño no dejan champú, ni gel ni ningún tipo de utensilio. Nos quedamos una noche y tuvimos que comprar todo tipo de cosas. No se que tipo de alojamiento no deja lo mínimo para pasar una noche. Es muy inseguro, como te dejes la ventana abierta pueden entrarte en la habitación muy facilmente y si los vecinos fuman, te entrará el olor por la ventana. No recomiendo en absoluto quedarse aquí.

The freezer was not working though, so I could not store any fresh food. I advised the apartments 3 times (1 by email, 2 at the reception) but nothing was fixed and I was not offered an alternative.

• Nel (4/5): - Torn bedding, unwashed dishes, no miniatures in the bathroom, calcified iron, lots of dust, mementos of previous tenants hidden in the cabinets, such as empty bottles, etc. The bathroom stinks of something throughout the room, the shower leaks. The shower itself has probably never been washed, looking at the accumulated scale. Ants in the alcove for the washing machine in the bathroom and in the alcove of the sliding door. The quality is inadequate to the price, despite the low price. Research the reviews of this place and look at the photos from customers. The main problem is probably the service of the cleaning staff. The standard is not impressive - the place has its best years behind already and the place needs renovation.
• Agata (4/5): Not very good. Basic, veeeerryy basic. - Payed extra for room with kitchen, please see pictures of poor equipped cupboards. No coffee, 3 bags of tea, no sugar, salt, pepper. Just basic things were missing. We couldn’t cook properly because it was not many sauce pans. Two small cups to drink coffee (which we had to buy) after long journey from different country we did not expect that we had to buy coffee or tea sachets. Bed headboard was scratched and it just didn’t look good at all. Pillows need changing as they’ve been definitely used way too much. I had to wait few hours to get hair dryer as apparently all were broken and ladies from reception (very lovely ladies, just wanted to add this) told us that they are awaiting delivery. Little complementary items would add so much more to our stay.

• SANGYEOL (10/5): - Everything was clean and comfortable. However, if you don't reserve parking in advance, you have to park on the street in the back, which is complicated, and you have to walk a long way with your luggage.

• Luis (2/5): Me cancelaron la reserva sin notificarme - Sencillamente cancelaron mi reserva sin avisarme. Me presenté por la noche en el alojamiento, cuando llegué a la ciudad, como no me habían mandado las claves de acceso (cosa que mis compañeros de viaje sí que recibieron para sus respectivos alojamientos) llamé por teléfono, me dijeron que no encontraban mi reserva y que me llamarían a continuación. Como el portero del edificio no hablaba inglés, llamó a un chico que vino, llamó por teléfono y habló en polaco con el alojamiento, y me dijo que es que habían cancelado la reserva. Sin notificarme, y tampoco me dieron ninguna solución. No había apartamentos libres, y mi reserva la tenía confirmada desde hace 2 meses Esa noche no volvieron a llamarme. Tuve que ir, de noche y con mi equipaje por la ciudad, de hotel en hotel buscando alojamiento para esa noche. Es una pena, los apartamentos no están mal, pero esta situación ha sido lamentable, no ha habido ninguna gestión de compensación ni ninguna comunicación.
• Carlos (4/5): Gestión desastrosa - El apartamento estaba perfecto, amplio, sencillo y con un balcón muy grande. Las toallas aunque limpias estaban manchadas, hay que cambiarlas por unas nuevas si no se van al lavarlas. La comunicación fue inexistente, no facilitaron contraseña del WiFi, y ocasionaron un problema. Enviaron código de apertura de apartamento, pero ese mismo se lo enviaron a otro huésped con lo que hubo conflicto ya que nos enviaron el mismo código a dos reservas independientes. Afortunadamente el código era de mi habitación. El otro huésped se quedó sin habitación porque se la habían cancelado sin avisar ni nada, llamó por teléfono para ver que pasaba, no le dieron explicaciones, y no hubo ni contestación ni compensació. Afortunadamente era amigo nuestro, pero tuvimos que buscar un hotel a las 23pm y la ciudad estaba todo completa salvo en un hotel de 5* y tuvo que pagar 4 veces más. Me horroriza pensar que esto nos podría haber ocurrido a nosotros, y pero aún que le hubieran dado la misma habitación a un extraño y con un idioma que no es el nuestro. Quiero pensar que ha sido algo puntual, porque de no haber pasado esto y lo de las toallas hubiera puesto un 5*

• Sandra (6/5): - Apartment ok and good location to walk to old town. However it was not made very clear regarding parking prior to arrival, you must book a space as they are limited . Receptionist not really helpful regarding alternative parking advice, luckily my boyfriend is Polish and asked someone on the lobby desk who told us yes you can park onsite but at double the cost, why the original receptionist for the lettings could not tell us this was annoying as we wasted time.

• malgorzatakO2781DS (2/5): Stay away! - Stay away. The service and quality in Absynt Apartments is terrible. I booked a different room and got a different one, my complaints were handled in an unploite way in the reception at 3rd floor in Ovo building. If you run into problems call central support line only. The rooms have a lot of problems including water drains, bad old materaces and used or lacking equipment. I do not recommend.

• Daniel (4/5): - Same as their other properties, which overpromise with decent pics but really undelivered. The bedding is super cheap and you can feel so many springs under the thin mattress. This brand does not provide any toiletries in both fair city center location and ovo. Reception is painstakingly located in the third floor in a maze of offices. It’s like their agents are paid to be called and apathetic to your arrival. Absolutely no amenities you won’t get wash towels or hand towels just two crusty bath towels that are too tiny for your stay.

• Carole (6/5): - We came already several times. Good localisation near to city center. Underground parking necessary because no place in street. The room is big enough with our child. However, there was less furniture as usual; what made us a bit disappointed. One night, there were people (drunk?) making noise in the corridor. I think still a good value for price but quality reduced compared to past.
• Florian (4/5): - Die gute Lage und die preiswerte Tiefgarage sind die beiden Highlights vom Hotel. Jedoch erwartet man von einem guten Hotel mehr. So wie es aktuell im Durchschnitt bewertet ist, passt es aus meiner Sicht nicht. Die Zimmer bzw. Apartments sind anfangs etwas schwer zu finden, was ansich noch nicht schlimm ist. Aber eine nicht hilfsbereite Rezeption, führt dann leider doch dazu, dass man erst eine Stunde nach Ankunft am Hotel auch sein Zimmer erreicht. Die Zimmer selber sind okay, dafür ist die Ausstattung ziemlich knapp bemessen, 2 Teller, 2 Tassen, 2 Handtücher, kein Badvorleger..... ( wir sind zu zweit angereist ). Also Fazit: bei toller Lage reicht es zum übernachten allemal aus. Dafür dass hier jedoch ein gutes bis sehr gutes Hotel suggeriert wird, ist es von vielem zu wenig.
• Wanda (6/5): - Smelled like cigarettes inside one of the bathrooms, dirty bedsheets, my pillowcase had blood stains on it, next-door neighbors having a party all night long. Parking is complicated only 21 spots available for Apartments so I paid public parking.

The lobby was very hard to find and when we walked in the front desk staff was very unpleasant and not friendly at all. There were garbage bags all over in the lobby. Good luck finding parking! We parked at the hotel and thank God there was space it cost us about 30$ for 24 hours which wasn’t bad.

As I entered my room I turn on the kettle to make a tea, smoke starts coming out of the electric plug, room is now filled with smoke and smells like burning plastic. Not wanting to be electrocuted I ran down to security who came up and unplugged the kettle. I call the after hours phone number and tell them what happens. They don’t have a room to move me to as their full so I suggest I will check out and move to the hotel next door and the lady confirms they will refund the night and get me a new room the next day. Security confirms this room is dangerous to move out. That’s what I did. She gave me the info for the manager to send the email and bank info for refund. When I arrived the next day I got a new room but the tv did not work. Every day I went down several times asking if anyone is coming and no one ever came. The service from the ladies at the front desk is terrible. It’s a problem that you even try to interact with them and I am polish and speak Polish. After two weeks I received a email from the “ manager” of the property telling me I have no claim should have stayed in the apartment as it was “ no threat to me”. Offered me a credit for one night and free breakfast for next timeI am disputing the charges but please don’t stay at this property. I guess they just count on tourists who never come back and so they treat them like garbage.

• Thekingsolomon (4/5): It’s cheap, and it feels like it - The building itself is centrally located, looks luxurious and modern. The room was located on the 5th floor facing the back. It was extremely laud and noisy due to the restaurants and cafés on the ground floor. IKEA style fully furnished and equipped with a low key maintenance (rust on the heating, weak pillows and mattress, lack of cutlery, etc.). Check out is at 10 AM, with no possibility for a late check out. Communication was via email with instructions how to get in. Not coming back.

Very disappointing as I wouldn’t have booked this apartment should I have known. There there was a ball of Haitink the bathroom and long hair on my bed sheets, I have a shaved head so cat be mine. I reported it , was told cleaner wouldn’t come but never did and when I returned a different girl told that “it could happen” - Literally pick it up and get on with it
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Unfortunately, you can tell that the room is not cleaned throughouly often. Chairs are dirty, bathroom bin mouldy inside and didn't have a bag to dispose garbage. Multiple cigarette butts on the balcony between tiles and in the gravel. Convenient online check in but lacked information about the reception localisation or WiFi password, would be useful to include these in the message with the confirmation SMS. Bed was too soft for me but that's a personal feeling. Perhaps diffent pillows would be better as the ones provided looked more decorative than served its actual purpose. Apartament was overall really good looking and functional and in fantastic location. Despite few remarks I enjoyed the stay and it was definitely great price/quality.
• Dreamer07372562272 (2/5): 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE - The lack of competence of people working here is absolutely mind blowing, first of all reception doesn’t open until 1PM so if you have an early flight you will literally be stuck with your luggage until these open the reception at 1pm which is absolutely atrocious never have I ever came across a reception where you rent an apartment/hotel room where theres nobody there upon your arrival, second of all the rooms need to be refurbished our room was absolutely wrecked and was noticeable absolutely anywhere you looked, you will also be given only two towels which hygienically makes no sense the floor from the bathroom was absolutely flooded with water as its an open shower no floor mats no nothing I almost slipped onto my back exiting the shower, I guess they expect you to wipe the floor down with the same towel you dried your body with, absolutely disgusting, you will also receive a hair dryer that wouldn’t dry the hair of a 6 year old kid never mind an adult, the blond Ukrainian receptionist is super cheeky and rude, she should be swapped out for jobs with the lovely cleaning lady I spoke to well mannered and knows how to speak to people even though shes just a cleaning lady in the complex, this wasnt our first time here and unfortunately it will be our last and its not even all of the issues we have had id have to write a book, also as we I was speaking to another arrogant and rude girl over the phone that I rang from their google search another man came to drop off his bags but was completely fobbed off by the same woman we spoke to so this is a bigger problem than I thought seeing as these fools do not care about you but money only I would highly avoid this place at all costs its cheap but the service you get is adequate to what you pay for AVOID AVOID AVOID

• Mirona (8/5): - Nice apartment. Probably not as nicely decorated as the photos on Expedia but still nice. The kitchen is well equipped even with tea and coffee which I didn’t expect. The area is really pretty and the apartment is very close to the town centre as well as the river bank which is really lovely. The walls of the apartment aren’t very thick and a rowdy group staying next door kept me up one of the nights. The bars/ restaurants downstairs can also generate some noise in their outdoor areas. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working away from home and need an early night. I’m sure it’s fine if you’re planning to be out in the evenings as the apartment complex is quiet during the day.

They told me that they don't have any and solution they offered was me going to shop and buying shampoo. There was no hand towel, I asked staff for handtowel and they told me to use body towel instead. Communication was not professional. If you want proper service I wouldn't recommend this place

• C8809ILkellyb (2/5): Disgusting service - Pre booked our stay here at the ovo and e mailed the hotel to let them know we would arrive early hours around 1 in the morning Tuesday the 18th, when we arrived we was turned into the street to be told we could not check in until 3 that afternoon, my operation was at9 that morning so as you can imagine I was distraught, we had to wander round Poland until we found a hotel and had to pay again for just 4 hours sleep 😩 after my operation my partner went back to the ovo at 2that afternoon and was told to wait until 3, once checked in, yes the rooms are lovley and very clean, however none of the staff speak much English and none are helpful at all. We are due to fly tommorow night at 8 and have been to speak to staff about extending our stay until 5, my partner also showed them the we mail that they confirmed we could check in when we arrived early hours, the response we now have is we will have to pay full price for a room if we are to want to extend our stay until 5 😡 due to me having stitches etc we don’t want to be on the street again for hours until our flight and you would think the mess they made of our arrival they would go out of there way to help!, but no not interested at all! Would never recommend this place and if we return to Poland we would stay elsewhere. Staff are so in helpful

Unfortunately some of my clothes were mistaken for trash and removed from my room. When I notified the staff, they told me they could not find the missing clothes and I had no clean clothes left to wear. Despite spending over 2500 zł and continuously asking the manager for a solution, no responsibility was taken to my missing items on the premises. I even contacted the head office, and received no response. It is a shame that this is how things turned out because I genuinely enjoy staying at the OVO. However after my last stay, the staff have made me feel extremely mistreated. I will never go back, and would not recommend anyone else to stay there.
• Lacyjane01 (4/5): ITS A GAMBLE - When we arrived we was given the most bog standard basic 'apartment' it should be advertisedas a room with very minimal amenities.... to which would normally be fine as if it was a usually holiday we would be sight seeing ... as I am travelling to have surgery for 10 days I paid for an apartment.(well I thought).. .... the pictures on BOOKING.COM are not trustworthy some are similar but be very careful.... I asked reception if I could upgrade... they was very helpful and showed us another apartment on the top floor (these are the ones mainly on booking.com) .. We had to pay an extra £225 for it ... when complained to booking.com they basically said it was an apartment as it had a kitchen (it was a side with kettle and microwave) .. THE receptionist said it happens alot and in her words "its a gamble " .... alot of the lights dont work ... there is NO ENGLISH TV... curtains do not shut fully. apart from that the location is great... If you are booking and want a spacious Apartment not room you need to book for a 4 person one
• heatherb673 (8/5): Good location, nice room overlooking a courtyard with balcony. - Good location, nice room but disappointed with no hot water 2 days! Liked · Comfy room and bed. Spacious with small balcony to sit outside overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard had a few good restaurants and the OVO Bar a Restaurant burgers were exceptional and good value! The downstairs Reception was always manned. Good security as your room key operated the lift. The apartment reception was on 3rd floor, Room 7.4. You could leave your bags there until check-in at 3pm. Nice park opposite. Holmes Place spa with gym and sauna next door for £15 for one use for as long as you wanted. Local restaurants and 10 minutes to the town centre which was lively and lots more restaurants to choose from. Disliked · We had no hot water for 2 days! We should have been notified of the problem which apparently was throughout the entire apartments! A notice in Reception could have been displayed. Overall would recommend and return.
• nickyr40 (4/5): NOT THE BEST - So we stayed in absyntapart for 10 nights and on first view all looked good then it started to go down hill.First we figured the microwave didn't work so reported this on first day and it never got replaced,the bed and sofa bed really uncomfortable,the room has no toaster,around the 6th day of our stay someone tried to get into our room because they had been given the key by reception(good job we were in),room was not cleaned once in ten days,no towel change in 10 days and no sheet change,would not stay again!!!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - So after booking on a listing that was clearly labeled “Absynt Apart Ovo” I was sent an SMS telling me to check in at Krawiecka 1 which is a significant distance from the advertised location. The accommodation was also at Krawiecka 1, not at the Ovo building. Regardless of the situation, separate listings should be made for different locations. I was also given a receipt at check-in for a payment about 90 PLN short of the price I paid on Hotels.com - not sure if this is a result for differing price points between the location I booked and the location I was checked in to. The room was clean but with some small signs of damage to fixtures and fittings. Bed and decor was modern and comfortable enough, but again, nothing like that which was pictured on the hotels.com listing. The central air made the room very cold. I asked reception about heating and if there was anything they could do, but I was just told there is no heating and there is nothing they can do about it. This forced me to check out early and find alternative accommodation. For the price-point I didn’t expect much but the experience was disappointing at best.

Po pierwsze jego balkon wychodzi wprost na okna sasiada co oznacza zero prywatnosci gdyz nie ma firanek, a zaslony powoduja iz w pokoju jest ciemno. Drugiego dnia pobytu stwierdzilismy ze suszarka w naszym pokoju nie dziala, musialam wyjsc wieczorem z mokrymi wlosami. Nastepnego dnia obiecano nam rozwiazac ten problem niestety do konca pobytu suszarki nie otrzymalismy. W lazience ani jednej polki na kosmetyki- mielismy dluzszy pobyt, wszystko stalo na podlodze. Po killu dniach zlamala sie kanapa przd telewizorem, obiecano przyslac kogos do naprawy, mimo umowionej godziny- nikt nie dotarl. Po kilku dniach zmienilismy lokal, zaoferowano nam mniejszy i tanszy wiec musialam dodatkowo zaplacic za wiekszy. Ten byl wygodniejszy ale smierdzial od plesni, ktora bylA w rozmoknietej podlodze i weszla nawet do szafy w sypialni.
• alessiosD8254CQ (2/5): They cheat on you! Avoid! - the apartment given to us was “standard” instead we paid for a “superior” one. When we complained, in first instance, they have tried to convince us that there was no difference between standard and superior (which obviously wouldn’t justify the different rates)...once they couldn’t stand their absurd justifications then they admitted they don’t have availability for the day of our arrival and we could only move to a superior apartment the day after. We were not interested anymore in moving given my girlfriend is pregnant and cannot stand too much hassle... They refused to adjust our rate to the standard apartment! This is simply cheating! Additional was quite dirty and some facilities falling apart (see pics)
• Krzysztof (8/5): Iconic building and nice area - It's an iconic building close to plac Dominikański and 5 minutes walk to the vibrant area of Rynek. No extras, just a nice apartment with a small terrace.. In the patio plenty of restaurants and even a small beach. Enjoy
• Gazfloyd (10/5): Really Good ! - The apartment was wonderful - Great location , very clean & very comfortable . I loved the balcony & we used the gym & pool ( good value at 50z) . There is a supermarket , bar , cafe & restaurant all very close . I loved staying here . Negatives - not possible to pay in local currency & no frying pan in kitchen ! Despite those minor things I would definitely recommend staying here .
• rob_helle (2/5): Security should be fired - In themselves the apartments are good. They are new, close to excellent amenities and affordable. However, they share security with other firms, and they are shockingly bad. When security threatens to call the police after refusing to let you into the car park, you know it is time to move on. I will never return.

• Andrew_R07 (6/5): Good location but very basic - I stayed in Apartment 509 for 1 week Positives - great location, handy for the centre / shops, clean and modern Negatives - no microwave and very limited on utensils and cutlery (i.e only 1 cutting knife and no measuring jug) so don't expect to do much cooking. There was not even a cloth to wipe down kitchen surfaces! *On check in I was informed that I would have to pay in GBP (not Polish Zlotys) as this was the only way that their card reader would take payment. I queried this and was told '"there is nothing I can do to change this". This is incorrect as basically the card reader provider and vendor are profiteering from this practice as they do the currency conversion not your card provider (this is known as dynamic currency exchange). If using a card always pay in the currency of the country you are visiting or you end up paying more
• Ian (10/5): Great central location - Fab experiance at the OVO apartments, the apartment was 4 floors up over looking a busy road which was noisy so maybe not ideal for light sleepers but i always use ear plugs anyway. Clean and essentials were all available, suprised to see tea/coffee and sugar left for us. Iron and hairdryer supplied. Could not fault apartment and check in easy enough. Under the main building are various restaurents, a coffee shop, casino and plenty of taxi's stopping. Over the road is a 4 storey shopping centre which has a supermarket and places like mcdonalds/kfc. The main square is a 10 minute walk. 20 mins from the airport. We were stung a bit paying 70 zloty when arriving and only 35 returning with a private taxi so becareful.
• morh (10/5): Beyond my expectations - It has been the first time in Ovo Apartment but I'm really satisfacted about that location. The place it's very close to centre, and shopping mall. The room are very confortable, internet connection is super and even the fitness area, that I used, is very nice. The room is equipped with a capsule machine for coffee. There is underground parking and at receotion you can get the access card. I will suggest this location and I will come back on my next visit to Wroclaw.

• Bazzer725 (2/5): Modern room but dirty !!! - When we checked into the room on the 20th March and checked everything, We found stains, human hair and what appeared to be dead skin on the double bed and the Sofa Bed as per the photos. We made a complaint to the reception who initially brought a vacuum cleaner for us to clean the beds ourselves as they claimed not to have a linen cupboard with spare bedding. This meant that we would have to wait until the following day for a replacement Duvet and Sheets. My partner was so upset that she had to clean the beds herself, I contacted Dorcil at the Booking.com office who offered a 25 Euro credit to buy emergency bed linen. After a discussion with my partner, we decided that the damage had been done, having no confidence in their Management, we were not prepared to stay at the apartment. We told Mark at Booking.com what we intended doing and handed the keys back at the OVO reception and checked in at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel which was in the same complex. Accordingly, we requested a full refund and compensation for the 2 hours or so and the lack of enjoyment of our holiday that we lost. We have since received an e-mail from Booking.com who has refused a refund. I will never use them again !!!!!
• eurotraveller9869 (4/5): Wouldn't rush back - Price paid was £250 for a 4 night stay in ovo 35 one of their premium penthouse apartments. This should have been an alarm bell moment as I couldn't understand why a two bedroom two bath kitchen and lounge apartment was so cheap. Apartment was clean and tidy when we got there sofa was broken and kept sliding out, bath did not hold water and general wear and tear was quite poor not like the pictures. The real sticking points for me were 1000PLN deposit wasnt told about this prior but no problem The noise, was woken every day at 7 am with engineering works every single day banging and drilling like they were knocking down walls right next to my bedroom and both apartments next door the noise was horrendous. View is pretty rubbish as it's on the backside of the complex Plus points some great restaurants downstairs Close to Rynak and a major shopping complex Casino downstairs Staff were friendly enough but dismissed the noise complaints I would have really liked to have rated higher as I would have given another chance to stay but not now. Recommendations to Ovo tell people that their stay will be disrupted with severe noise

• rafamiga (8/5): Great location, almost perfect. - I was there for two days on a business trip. It's great place to stay, single room apartment with double room and nice bathroom [shower]. Unrestrited [VPN-friendly] Wi-Fi included. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from the very center of the town and all the attractions – Ostrów Tumski island, Old Town. It's just across the street from Galeria Dominikańska mall. In the building you can find very nice speciality caffee bar which coninently opens at 7 AM and a Czech restaurant with US-like portions and Czech beer as well. And there's Żabka grocery shop open 6 AM till 11 PM. And it turned out it was just 30-45 minutes walk from my clients. 8^) Besides this great stuff, there is a small room for improvement. There were no paper towels to take care of spills, no hat rack – hangers in the closet were there but it's more convenient to put stuff on hangers beside the door. And the parking fee they charge is way too high, if you go out during the day, it's cheaper to leave the car on the street, even when metered.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The position is excellent but the apartment itself was tired, quite dirty and the furniture was cheap. I have stayed in many serviced apartments around the world but this was one of the worst.
• Bartlomiej (8/5): It was OK in general - It was OK in general. It was a bit too much with the back and forth procedures they have regarding parking - when using the credit card they first pre-authorize the deposit and then they ask you to reach out the credit card on top of it. The receptionist was OK, and understood our security concerns, so at the end we decided to use the cash alternative. Hopefully they'll come up with a smarter solution soon. The room was clean and in great condition. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected also bedcover was a bit too small for a double bed.

• joekerr23 (6/5): Nice room - but noisy! - Stayed for 3 nights with my wife. Room was very modern and clean. Only real complaint was noise - the 3 bars downstairs are open until ~3am and are very noisy (I can imagine it’s even worse in Summer when doors are open and people are drinking outside). Zero noise proofing in the apartments too - all you hear all night is people walking around and slamming doors.

• Michael (8/5): - Fabulous location close to the heart of Wroclaw. Took a studio which was nice but not as big as the impression from the photos....next time I will get an apartment as we are a family of four. Fabulous restaurants on the ground floor
