- Mia (8/5): Good for a short stay! - The apartment is nice and you have everything needed for a 1-2 night stay. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the heating didn't work. Also, the sliding doors in the bathroom doesn't close all the way so no privacy. It's more suitable for 2 people rather than 4.

- Madhukar (8/5): - Check in process wasn’t that easier with 3 locks to get in and staff can also go bit easy on early checkin rules ( we requested for 1 hr earlier checkin) rather than charging for it. Plus tap water tasted like sulphur for some reason n we ended up buying bottled water which didn’t happen in other hotels while we were there.

Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to others. The sofa I feel a bit old but it’s not an issue because there are 4 chairs and a decent size table.

La atención al cliente muy amable y muy rápida. La vista al lago no es como en las fotos, ya que el edificio está en una zona industrial. Alrededor hay edificios y el lago lejos, congelado en el invierno apenas se ve.

- Jakub (9/5): Perfect - The accommodation was very pleasant, well-equipped, and included kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly good. Bed linen and towels were clean. Parking was easy and hassle-free. If someone does not have a car, there is a bus stop right behind the accommodation with a direct connection to downtown Reykjavik. Behind the building is also supermarket. Communication with the host was smooth and very fast. Self check-in and check-out were convenient. I also recommend reading the short accommodation information via the QR code in the room upon arrival. If we had done that right away, we would not have needed to message the host with questions. :) The only negative point was that the floor did not seem to be vacuumed or cleaned before our arrival, as our socks became dirty right away. :( Other than that, I cannot say anything bad about the accommodation. Just as a note for future guests: hot water in Iceland often has a sulfur smell because it comes from geothermal sources. This is not the fault of the accommodation and is common across the country, just something to be aware of. On the other hand, the cold water from the kitchen tap was delicious, fresh, and perfectly drinkable Icelandic water.
