I traveled with kids who laid on the mat now and again. Every time they get up they are covered in human hair. The couches had hair, the main bedroom worse. Under the beds there is a lump of dust. The dishes in the kitchen were not properly washed, literally had to wash( not rinse) but wash every item before use. When booking there is no indication that we have to clean for ourselves daily, no service nothing. Limited(2) tissues offered for a family of 4 staying for 4 nights. No bin changing plastic provided for removing the bin. We stayed in a dirty house the entire stay. There were cleaning products in the apartment but we are on holiday and if the conditions were transparent we would have brought our own help. Or better book a place that is worth the value. The lady who checked us in mentioned nothing about how we check out ( which was hectic), she was in a rush though we did mention we will be checking in late. There is a deposit amout of R1000.00 that they take be ready to pay.(excluded from the amount charged) , they also take pictures of the credit card you used to pay after they have received the amount charged on the property. Truly the admin is too much just for a booking and check in. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE ANY PROPERTY UNDER THEIR MANAGEMENT. Horrible
