• keishi (10/5): 総合的にまた利用したい！ - ロケーションがよく、移動しやすい場所にあった。施設内も衛生面もよくらすごしやすかった。 充電がなかなかされにくかった。個人的に使用していた変圧器が問題だったのかもしれない。また、空調があまりきいておらず寝苦しい時間もあった。

• Vicky (10/5): - Location was unique and the neighbourhood was so fun to explore during the day and night. The hotel itself had very thoughtfully designed features and facilities. Despite not having staff, I felt looked after as everything had been carefully considered. Nothing but praise!

• Sebastian (7/5): Amazing value for money. - Great place to stay in the heart of Hong Kong, very close to Central MTR station and ferry to Macau. The AC. It was very loud, so prepare your earplugs if you sleep close to it.

• davis (1/5): TERRIBLE - A HORROR MOVIE - That was a nightmare. Let’s start by talking about the check in time that I forgot to check as I was doing many countries. 5 PM? That was the latest check in I’ve ever seen. The Place is hidden on a street because you have to get out of the street mentioned and climb thousand stairs with your baggage. I thouhht there would be a reception ao I could store the luggage but there is no reception. It’s all online. In the end They offered me a service to store the luggage (of course paid) but in another address that when I arrived (more stairs). You can’t even get in to charge your Phone after a long trip. Hopefully they offered me a power bank that stopped working super soon but at least they did something. Terríible experience. The Place has a terrible light it looks you Will flert with someone and dont want your flaws to show up. I am in the bathroom and I want to see my face. You dont have a Place to have a metal because its forbidden. Nigntmare avoid This Place!
• Hannah (7/5): - Really good property, really comfy beds and facilities were amazing! An absolute NIGHTMARE to find. Please get some better signage on the main road as I spent over an hour searching for it, had a panic attack and nearly booked alternative accomodation.
• Oy Wah (10/5): Really convenient, very clean & quiet. - No breakfast. Food vendors are pretty much all around very close by. There are water facilities to top up and refill water. The bed was comfortable. If they had a topper would be extremely comfortable and seriously nice. 😊

• Eric (9/5): If you just need a please to transit and sleep, this is cost effective and good! - Clean and easy to use, especially the bathroom The check in - when I arrived, my email can’t load the QR code and I can’t open the door, I tried WA on the email given and nobody was answering the WA, I called the nos and spoke to someone to try sending me the QR code instead of opening the door for me immediately.

• Szymon (1/5): Horrible - Nothing So first it doesn’t look like the photos at all. It’s old and used. Zero privacy - those are not capsules just beds! It’s just a very dark hostel. But that’s only a part of the story… Zero security… there was a guy that slept on the floor basically next to me so I couldn’t sleep he was very noisy and it was a very very bad experience! It was like sleeping with a stranger. Nobody should pay for this kind of experience! I was trying to contact the hostel but I realised that they don’t really care.
• Hyunwoo (7/5): Transit을 위해 잠시 머무르기엔 좋은 숙소. 연박은 글쎄? - 숙박하는 데 있어 침구와 캡슐의 위생이 깔끔하게 관리되는 점이 좋았습니다! 그리고 셩완역과 가까운 곳에 위치해 밤시간대에 찾아오기에도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 시설이 사진에 나오는 것에 비해서 더 좁은 편이고, 접근을 위해서는 계단을 올라와야 합니다. 그리고 10kg 이상 되는 짐을 보관하기에는 사물함의 크기가 작은 편이라 큰 짐이 있는 사람들이 이용하기에는 힘든 것 같습니다.

• 佳鈴 (8/5): 整體體驗很好，小而美，住宿備品都非常齊全（還有卸妝）、廁所跟床、置物櫃都規劃很好很乾淨！ - 備品非常齊全，真的只要簡單行李就可入住。QR code出入也很方便！ 離地鐵走路約3-4分鐘，一開始不太容易找到住宿位置，有一個樓梯要走上去就會看到。建議完全依照hostel發的地圖路線走是最快速的！ 因為環境很安靜，空間小，容易被其他房客的聲音影響。

Se hace raro que no tenga recepción con una persona, pero entregan por correo electrónico todas las instrucciones. The capsule hotel appears to be primarily designed for short-term stays or rest, offering a compact and streamlined environment for brief visits. However, travelers with large luggage may encounter several practical limitations. Check-in is only available after 5:00 PM. While guests can complete the check-in process earlier, the access code to enter the premises is not activated until after 5:00 PM. The property is located midway up a long staircase, which may pose a challenge for those carrying heavy or bulky suitcases. From the nearest MTR station, guests must either take a detour up Queen's Road or carry their luggage through a narrow alley with steps. Upon arrival, luggage cannot be stored inside the premises prior to 5:00 PM due to limited space, requiring guests to descend the stairs again with their belongings and return later for entry. The size of the luggage storage lockers is also a consideration. Larger suitcases may not fit easily; for reference, a 27-inch suitcase can be stored with some effort, but the fit is tight. After check-out, guests who do not plan to leave Hong Kong early in the morning should be aware that luggage storage is not provided at the hotel. A convenient alternative is to walk to Exit B2 of Hong Kong Station, where luggage can be stored at paid facilities within the MTR system.

Great location and very comfortable Just be aware that there’s no real space to hang out other than the capsule so if you’re not looking for much social interaction this might not be the place

• Kevin (8/5): Sleep HKG - As space is premium, nothing is cheap in Hong Kong, but that said, for the price you have almost everything you need at Sleep. You have a private space, comfortable bed with charging points, nice lighting and a magnetic blanket that seals you off from the outside. The lockers are a decent size. The bathrooms are nice with hot water and pressure that a lot of places would kill for. The whole place is very clean, and there's a great wifi connection. The place is completely unmanned, but entry and check-out were super easy and smooth. The location is fantastic! The downside was that there wasn't any communal space, so accessing the contents of one's suitcase was slightly awkward, but hey, small problem. Overall I thought it was great for the price. The only major downside was that there was no luggage storage for before check-in and after check-out. I'd stay again though.
• Lachlan (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Good location, easy to find using the provided instructions. Mattresses were thin but very comfortable. Not too many beds so was fairly quiet, lots of locker space for checked sized luggage and a shelf for backpacks/smaller luggage. A well equipped bathroom. I didn’t use it but the power point in the locker would be useful for some. All of the USB ports in my bed were broken and the single power point was a little fiddly. Despite signs telling you to pull/push the entrance door closed, I found it unlocked several times.
• Victor (8/5): Very good - The location is definitely the best part of this hostel (one metro station from HK central station) Also the fact that you’re 4 on one side makes that you don’t hear that much noice. The check-in is done by a QR code and if you have a problem with that process, you will not be able to enter the property.

Very clean and comfy, single use amenities like toothbrushes, shavers and towels provided. Very good value for money if staying for one or two nights. Clean bathrooms and toilet. The air conditioning unit was very loud, felt like it was just over my head as I was on the top bed.

The location is super convenient since it's near Central and also has the train station quite close to it, so not much walking needed! There were no things I disliked everything excited my expectations and I will be looking forward staying in the same place for my next trip in HongKong!

• Hamish (8/5): Very good - Sleep was located in the heart of Hong Kong, making it an easy and convenient place to access. Stairs with a suitcase wasn't ideal.
• Maria (4/5): Place exactly as advertised, but noisy - The place is pretty much as advertised. You get a capsule bed, there is a thin mattress, a thin blanket and a pillow. Not particularly comfortable. There is a small locker space available. There is a bathroom with towels. The place is very clean. Free wifi is provided. Check in was smooth. Single worst thing about the place is that it was increadibly noisy at night, ie. well past midnight. People walk in and out, close/open the door, toss their things around etc. I found this very inconsiderate and my experience was quite disappointing. I did not sleep well at all, unfortunatelly.

• Roberto (4/5): Don't go unless you're broke. - It was cheap. And silent. The location wasn't bad. Other than that I can't find positie aspects. I would definitely not stay there again. This is really just a cheap sleeping hole. It's basically a basement, hard to find and hard to access, a lot of stairs! There's no staff on site, everything is managed digitally. I asked if there was the possibility to store my luggage on the check-out day, but I would have had to bring it to their main location.

• Koji (10/5): - 内装は黒で統一されていて落ち着く空間、空調もちょうど良くよく寝れました。 大きめの枕が二つあり、くつろぎやすいです。USBも三つあったので充電アダプター持っていかなくてもよかったですね。アメニティは無印良品、バスタオルはストックから各自使う感じ。 トイレも洗面も綺麗で良かったです。 チェックインの為のメールが迷惑メールに振り分けられてしまっていたため、チェックインだけ手間取りました。

• Yee (9/5): Nice but insecure - - The bed is good - The curtain is thick and light-blocked - It is dry and comfortable, no smell or inserts - The bathroom is very nice! There are skin care products and hair dryer - The staff on the call is very friendly - I visited it during the typhoon, the property is still dry and could not hear much from the storm and rain - the light in my bed is very low, checking with cell phone is fine, but can barely read a book - no kitchen, just water machine - the emergency exit was blocked - it is better to remind the visitors that they need to climb up for the hostel - the main entrance is not locked, everyone can get into it at anytime, it is just fortunately that it is not easy to find the hostel on the street XD

The place is calm and chill. The other sleepers are good too. It has amazing facilities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, face wash, towel. And you get a locker. Also, I like that the beds were limited to reduce crowd and cluster. It made me more calm and chill. The location wasn’t great as it was hidden between the flight of stairs. It was mid-stairs on the corner, which baffled me completely. It wasn’t easy for me to understand how I can access the place in off-hours (where the door will not be automatically open).
