Завтраки супер, кофе вкусный, очень понравилась опция самой варить яйца в специальной посуде по своему вкусу, комната чистая, убирали каждый день, от подвозки Алибус из аэропорта Милана 5 минут ходьбы, рядом причал, откуда можно добраться как до Борромейских островов, так и до других городков на озере, 12 минут пешком до вокзала, рядом магазины, рестораны, да и в самой гостинице очень вкусные ужины. Спасибо! Для кого-то могут быть немного жестковаты матрасы, мне отлично

- Martina (6/5): - Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel Fiorentino una sola notte. Abbiamo trovato la struttura pulita, il personale cortese, la colazione abbondante e la posizione molto comoda e centrale (l'hotel non dista né dalla stazione né dai traghetti per le isole Borromee). Purtroppo, non siamo rimasta soddisfatti della comodità del letto (c'è anche da dire che quando abbiamo prenotato non avevano più letti matrimoniali a disposizione, quindi abbiamo unito due letti singoli) né della tranquillità (la nostra camera dava su di un piazzale e, sfortunatamente, alcune persone ubriache si sono messe a discutere sotto la nostra finestra nel cuore della notte, rovinandoci il sonno). Non ci sentiamo di sconsigliare la struttura, ma neppure di suggerirla per chi è alla ricerca di assoluto relax.

- ANTONELLA (10/5): Albergo ristorante Fiorentino a Stresa - La posizione è centralissima, lo staff è accogliente e sempre disponibile, la cucina è molto soddisfacente, abbiamo fatto mezza pensione ed ogni sera abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scegliere sia piatti di carne che di pesce del lago ben eseguiti e porzioni generose, la struttura è molto pulita. - Alexander (9/5): Tolles Hotel für die Erkundung von Stresa. - Cooles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Von hier kommt man zu Fuss durch die ganze Stadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr fein. Die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten im Zimmer zwei Käfer. Die sind wohl beim offenen Fenster mal rein gekommen und haben sich versteckt. Die mussten vor dem Schlafen raus. 🙈

- Pamela (10/5): Terrific walkable location!! - The location couldn't be better! Right in the middle of the pedestrian areas with so many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Walkable to so much including the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Pescatori. Short walk to the train station too. This is no reflection on the hotel, but I wish Stresa had better, more frequent local transportation.

- Mary Ellen (10/5): Exemplary gem in Stresa - Exemplary stay for three seniors traveling to Stresa for a wedding. They could not do enough to accommodate us as we the second room was needed last minute. The rooms were cleaner than rooms that friends had in the lake front high end hotels. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the best hot water and pressure of that can be imagined. The owner went out of his way to help us out with miscommunications among friends. Great spot for those with physical challenges and you could not be any closer to great spots for walking along the water, shopping and dining. Breakfast was great with yummy pastries and terrific coffee. We have moved on to a villa with family but are heading back for dinner at the restaurant. We truly believe that this hotel could not have been any better. A gem not to be missed!

- Dirk (6/5): Nettes Hotel in der Innenstadt - Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone. Auf der Rückseite ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Freitag ist dort Markt, deshalb muss man Donnerstag Abend woanders parken. Das Frühstück ist o.k. Die Eier muss man selber kochen, dadurch kann man selbst bestimmen, ob weich oder hart. Und sie sind frisch und heiß. Wir hatten einen Balkon zur Einkaufsgasse gelegen. Da gibt es was zu sehen, dafür ist es nicht ganz ruhig. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

Despite it being low season and other reviews saying it was quiet, there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the street during my stay.

Shopping and eateries all around within walking distance, quick walk to the waterfront for some relaxation. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast had selections for all, fresh made coffee for your table. High praises for the hotel. Nothing to complain about.

- Thomas (10/5): - Hotel Fiorentino is a great place to stay if one is visiting Stresa. Federico the manager accomadated our early checkin. His staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and bar. The hotel has a delicious breakfast buffet . I highly recommend staying here.
- Marina (9/5): A cute and pleasant hotel. I would like to stay there again! - The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the main square and a 5 minute walk to the port. There is also a supermarket near the hotel. The hotel itself is small and family-run. The staff is very pleasant and they are always smiling and trying to help. The rooms are simple, but very clean and contain everything you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant with very tasty food. It is important to reserve a table for the evening because most of the time the restaurant is full during these hours. The mattress in the bed was very uncomfortable and sunken, which caused back pain in the morning.

It was calm as the hotel is in a pedestrian area, and I had very peaceful nights. Restaurants and shops were just within short walking distances. Nothing. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs met.
