Literally five minutes to help us. She was in the back goofing off as we got and checked into our room. Our bathroom was full of pubic hair and the towels and the shower on the toilet. The water smelled really bad while showering. Cause we had no choice. But to stay there. I called the front desk. Five separate times and let it ring about 30 times each. No one answered to try and see if we can get a different room. We had already paid and it was very late at night to check. In anywhere else. The towels smelled like when you pay the Dog that kind of Dog bath. Water. The refrigerator was not even cold for us to put our drinks in for a few minutes to get cold. Underneath the sheets we found hair. I will not stay there ever again.!!

Later called the desk to deliver toiletries, never came. No ice machine on lobby floor, had to go up to second floor. Hallways were very noisy and crowded with staff cleaning rooms thought the day.

Painted mural in each room and across the facility. Nice common areas, cool pool, we did not eat but a restaurant is available. Very close to Convention Center, airport, restaurants, shopping etc. A true gem

samantha (2/5): - I recently stayed at your property for the first time and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had booked the stay specifically to take my daughter to enjoy the pool, but when we arrived, the pool was in unacceptable condition — it was filled with balloons, leaves, and even vomit that had not been cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unusable. While the room itself was somewhat cozy, the bedding was inadequate. The blankets were thin, and there was no comforter provided, making it very uncomfortable throughout the night. I also attempted to speak with the front desk to extend my stay so my daughter could still enjoy the pool the next day if it was cleaned. The associate said she would check with a manager, but I never received any follow-up. To add to the frustration, the environment was extremely noisy, with doors constantly slamming and loud stomping from surrounding rooms. I spent over $400 for what turned out to be a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this property based on the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and overall discomfort during our stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the experience for future guests.

I did not like the bed, it was too soft for me but everyone else loved it. The biggest issues were the fridge not working properly, like stuff did not cool down and the door to the bathroom made a loud noise every time I closed it and you needed to carefully close it to avoid noise. You could hear people if they were loud enough, but overall loved the staff, front desk, area, and stay!

Upon arrival, at the second floor elevator, I observed a trashcan that was overstuffed and a pizza box on a table. I then observed a half eaten pizza slice and trash on the floor in the hallway on the way to our room. The elevator trash was left for one whole day and the pizza slice on the floor wasn't picked up until the morning we checked out. We stayed two nights. In the room, our bathroom sink was slow to drain and the sofa was badly stained. We didn't feel the need to complain to management considering the timeframe we were staying and how long we were actually in the room. Overall a good stay and would book again.
