Les travaux de l’hôtel même si vous n’y êtes pour rien.. on a juste été surpris car il nous semble pas avoir été prévenu au préalable. Mais le séjour est resté quand même très agréable.

• Thomas (9/5): Excellent stay for a San Sebastian visit - Hotel Parme is situated very close to the old town of San Sebastian so access to the old town and all it's restaurants and Pinxtos bars are right around the corner so to speak. The staff was very service minded and helpful and you immediately get at feeling of being welcome.

Cabs can access the property so great if you have luggage. Comfortable room, great breakfast; very helpful staff. I love San Sebastián and will stay here again!

• Esther (10/5): Hotel Parma provides all you need for an excellent break. - The staff were exceptional and were always available should there be any issues. Our room, overlooking the river, was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. Also the room was serviced each day during our stay. There was an excellent selection of foods at the buffet breakfast, with all sorts of coffee available. Overall, the Parma Hotel punches way over its two-star rating and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to the lovely city of Donostia. The lack of a kettle in the room wasn’t a problem in that coffee was available all day in reception!
