Ein sehr leckeres Omelett und andere Gerichte aus Ei. Wir hatten den Flughafenshuttle gebucht, das hat super geklappt. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen und würde es beim nächsten Jakarta Aufenthalt wieder buchen. Es gibt nichts negatives

Awesome swimming pool . Mini mart , subway and various restaurants down stairs . Plus a pool room ! Nothing.

Also, very good location: you can walk to Monas, and the old town or Grand Indonesia Mall are just 10 minutes of Grab motorbike away. And if you don't want to move at all, there is a little mall in the same building as the hotel with coffee shops, Subway sandwiches etc. Swimming pool closes too early (6pm), I would really like to enjoy it at night too, at least until 9pm.

Only wasn’t happy with the water flowing down an - It is in a convenient location with a mini mall attached. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The water flow in the shower area was bad, just a short bath and the area was flooded so you had to stop the shower and wait for the water to recede before you can continue showering. Also, the laundry service is very lacking. Was promised a same day delivery or LATEST next day 11am. But next day 5pm no sign of my laundry. 7pm reminded them, and when I returned to the hotel at 1am, it wasn’t delivered as well. 15 mins later it was delivered and they said they came a few timess but I wasn’t in the room and needed to pay. Since this is a service by the hotel, why they need me to pay at the room? Eventually I paid for it when checking out. Furthermore, the t/shirt and long pants were not iron smoothly. ☹️☹️☹️

- hee Jin Rachael (9/5): Best value modern hotel in Jakarta - - we were in 19th fl and had great view of Jakarta with large window - variety of slection in breakfast buffet - kind staff and prompt service trying to accomodate the needs of clients -breakfast restaurant/ bar with pool area was nice - good value - central location - it was new year’s eve so breakfast was very crowded with many guest but the staff were trying their best to accomodate all the overly crowded breakfast

Better TV channel options would be great and better access to filter water (we had to ask which is fine, but would be better for a refill station to be more accessible especially given tap water is not potable).

- PURWANTO (7/5): agar lebih diperhatikan untuk pesanan tamu disesuaikan dengan permintaan tamu khususnya di applikasi - letaknya yang strategis mudah dijangkau, untuk sarapan tersedia berbagai macam makanan bervariasi sebenarnya bukan tidak disukai, jadi saya memesan kamar bebas rokok, pas check in diblg kamarnya tgl yg merokok, biasanya pengalaman saya menginap kl ada kendala bgt pihak hotel biasanya menaikan level kamar dan tidak dikenakan biaya, saya kemarin dikenakan biaya untuk naik kamar, terkecuali saya pesannya langsung dihotel, ini saya pesan lewat agoda untuk pemilihan kamar dan ranjangnya, sdh bgt untuk kamar executive ranjangnya tdk ada yg besar dan tdk ada bathtub untuk sekelas excecutive untuk hrg sgt biasanya sudah ada bathtub

- Jakub (10/5): - The breakfast buffet, mattress, room and members of staff were very kind and helpful. There is a small shopping area on the ground floor which is very convenient since this location in Jakarta is without pathways and parks. Sliding door next to the bathroom.

And it didn’t just happened once, they sent me a WhatsApp message and then when I blocked them, they contact me via messages in booking.com and asked for my email to send me a “private payment link” Be careful when booking here as you might your reservation cancelled within hours of your arrival.

- Elena Chevernozhenko (9/5): - Номер был восхитительный. Бассейн, массаж - все чудесно. Немного странная локация и вид из окна, но в целом всё, что нужно, можно найти в недалекой пешей прогулке или, конечно же, на такси. И, кстати, из удивительного - очень шумный город, но спалось идеально.

- Tim (7/5): Grootschalig hotel, prima prijs-kwaliteit - De kamer was erg groot nadat we een upgrade hadden gekregen, nadat we teruggingen naar de receptie omdat er in de initiële kamer gerookt was. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker. Wij gingen voor onze vlucht douchen bij het zwembad, hier werd het water niet warm. We aten in de avond ook in het restaurant, het wachten duurde erg lang ondanks dat het restaurant leeg was.
