- Rebecca (10/5): - It’s short walk from Vienna central station. Grocery is right in the corner. Lots of small restaurants around the area. You can feel the lifestyle of the local people. The room is spacious and clean with all facilities we need. I really like the apartment.
- Umesh (10/5): - The apartment was conveniently located near the tram and underground train. It’s near a lot of food places, & grocery stores. It had everything we needed for 3 nights.
- lalit (6/5): Great place... Bad comms - Great location and well equipped flat. It is amazing till everything works. Once it doesn't there is no HUMAN to get in touch with. Everything is via a bot and a dead end. The bot confirmed extension of our stay only to find out later that it was error. Had to rush last min to another more expensive place. So if you can take that risk of zero comms with human it is a perfect place location and amenities wise

Sauberes Appartement, Ausstattung hat alles Notwendige enthalten. Gute Lage (Einkaufen und U-Bahn ums Eck, keine 3 Minuten Fußweg). Für einen Städtetrip für Selbstversorger perfekt. Würde es wieder buchen!
- Verified traveler (4/5): 建物の場所がわからない - 到着前にメールでチェックインの手順が来たのは予約日の15時で、チェックインの時間でした。建物の場所がわからないし、玄関のどこを押せば建物のドアが開くのか、メールの内容ではわからなかったです。アパートメントの居住の方に建物の中に入れてもらって、ようやく部屋のドアの前に来ました。もう一度建物から出るのが不安でした。2回目に建物に入る時も、なかなか建物のドアが開かなかったです。アパートメントを利用される方はよく考えた方が良いと思います。電話しても雑音が入って聞き取れなかったです。メールでやりとりしました。部屋はゆったりできてよかったです。
- KAZUMI (10/5): - 必要な物が揃っていて暮らす用に泊まれました。特に浴槽と洗濯機があったのと、トイレと洗面所が分かれていたのが嬉しかった。 床暖房が24℃くらいで入っているとのことで、外気が2℃になる夜も室内はぼんやりと暖かかった。評価を落とすほどではないが、掛け布団が薄くてヒートテックを着て寝ないと薄いパジャマでは寒かった。あと、洗面所のヒーターがつかないのは何故だったのかな。
- Francis (2/5): - Nice and clean apartment. However, staffs of Duschel apartments Wien- Hauptpbahof are very rude and not of help their guest. The staff are not considerate or flexible to its customer regarding check in time as well as check out time which they place at 10Am without flexibility. Furthermore, they are not honesty with teams and conditions, such as hidden charges of deposit at a point of checking-out, and access code to the apartment was constantly malfunction, because I was stocked many times outside the apartment door upto 40 minutes with no help from its customer service. I had a terrible experience during my stayed in the apartment.
- Deborah (6/5): - This is an older property and shows its age. Some Blinds on windows are broken. One bedroom has privacy screens inside the window but this is not explained. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basics. The area is a little sketchy near the entrance but is close to a pedestrian street and subway station.
- Tatu (10/5): Great location, excellent value for money - This was a last-minute choice, but I'm very happy I made it. The apartment was spacious with a large bathtub. The bed was quite comfortable. Access was easy with good communication beforehand. Location near the Hbf is great. The only things worth compalning are 1) the Wifi was very bad. There were two of them: the first one was slower then 1 Mb/s, the second one kept dropping off, so I had to use my own mobile hotspot for working. 2) The sofa wasn't the one shown in the photos, but a grey one with a fabric cover. It was comfortable nonetheless. I liked the apartment so much I checked if I could rebook it for a later part of my trip, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Next time I'm coming to Wien, I'll probably check this one's availability first before considering other options.

- Fabio (6/5): - Não é um hotel e não possui serviço de recepção, o acesso é feito por senha que é comunicada somente no dia do check in o que gera uma certa insegurança, se vc estiver sem internet vai ter problemas. o apto é bom e próximo do metrô o que facilita a ida aos pontos de interesse. Pontos negativos: ficamos sem água quente por mais de 24 horas, reservamos um tipo de apartamento e fomos colocados em outro, cobram um valor de 50 euros como caução que é devolvido alguns dias após o check out e o responsável pelo espaço é muito mal educado, assim, em função desses pontos negativos não recomendo.
- Ching-An (8/5): It was nice stay! - It was nice stay! Have a very helpful team. However, we still hope that the accommodation room type will be the same as when we booked it. We booked that room type because the toilet or bathroom door is not next to the bed. For your help, let me tell you a little tip, because in Chinese Feng Shui(風水）, that is not good for health.
- Prashant (10/5): - Everything was as described. Its close to the main train station about 10 min walk and 3 min from the metro station. The apartment is spacious and has all amenities you need for an extended stay. Very responsive host. Overall a very good experience.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Recommend - We liked that the place was very clean and the communication with property was good. Check in was easy and sofa bed was good. The only problem was the washing machine because the door was not line up properly and we were struggling to open it after the wash. We would suggest for improvement was to leave more supplies of toilet papers and paper towels. Also providing cooking basics like oil and sugar etc would be nice. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and only 8 to mins walk from main central station with lots of supermarkets in the area.

- WENSHUI (10/5): Good Apartment Like Staying at Home - Unfamiliar to the service model of apartment hotels, I had a lot of worries and hard time to locate the apartment. It should be very helpful that the address information could be received before noon rather than 12 minutes before check-in time, three o’clock. However, everything was perfect after moved in. The apartment is super clean and quiet. The neighborhood area is clean, secure, and easy to shopping for groceries. Transportation is convenient as well. I definitely would return to stay again.

- Truc Quan (10/5): - The place was very bright and spacious. Only a two minutes walk to both the local mall and the same for nearest ubahn station. The place was clean but we found that dishes could be more clean. We had to wash everything before using them because it wasn’t clean. The shower drains shoumd ve checked often because it was a lot of hair clogging the drains which we had to remove ourselves. The aircon was a life saver in the heat. All in all it was a comfortable stay especially for that price. Recommended
- Hector (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment is really nice, with everything you might need for a short or medium stay. The balcony is a great addition, and so is the washing machine. The area is not within walking distance of the main attractions in the city, but public transport gets you there quickly and without much effort.

Wir hatten tatsächlich einmalig ein technisches Problem, das umgehend gelöst wurde. Super Service auch abends um 22.00 Uhr. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man überall schnell hin.

- Shuk Yee (8/5): Nice apartment, great location - Vienna central station just about 10 mins walk. You can find all you needed in the kitchen. Whatsapp communication very convenient. Get ready for your tax and cleaning fee, the staff will come to collect during your stay.
- Sunghee (10/5): Fabulous stay in Vienna - Was staying for 4 nights and was fantastic! All facilities seemed to be very clean and well-maintained with well-equipped kitchen which helped my mum cook for herself :) The place was very near the metro station and some tram stations as well. The landlord Florian was very kind and willing to help us anything. The view of the balcony was nice and good to feel the atmosphere of Vienna. The area seemed to be developing at that moment so I didn’t feel really secured but there wasn’t any thing happened. Anyway, I will definitely book this place again if I have any chance to go back to Vienna. Highly recommended! :)

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location close to train station. - We loved the apartment and our host Florian was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the door to the balcony broke so we couldn't use this after the first day. This was probably a chance in a million and Florian responded promptly when we contacted him but there wasn't an easy fix. No-one's fault but as we chose the apartment mainly because of the balcony, it was a disappointment. However I would highly recommend Duschel apartments.
- Stephen (10/5): First time trip to Vienna - A very clean, modern and well equipped apartment block only a 5-10 minute U-Bahn ride from the main train station. We arrived earlier than the standard check in time of 2pm but the owners were kind enough to let us complete the check on process early, which allowed us to leave our bags and explore Vienna. Although the apartment is not in the city centre, the U-Bahn station is only a 1 minute walk away from the apartment. A great option if you don't want to pay city centre prices and are happy to use the very efficient Vienna subway to get around.
