• Mario (2/5): Staffa - Sono stato vittima di una stafa, quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto che questo BB non lavora piu con hotels.com e che mai hanno fatto la prenotazione, cosi non mi hanno potuto ospitare e nessuno mi ha dato il mio soldi.
• Enrico (2/5): - ho prenotato, sono arrivato in struttura e mi hanno detto che era tutto occupato! ho dovuto ripiegare su altra struttura e adesso sto cercando di capire come recuperare i soldi. gli ho chiesto info in merio al pagamento e mi ha detto di arrangiarmi con chi ho fatto la richiesta.
• Gabriela Jimena (2/5): Un Robo - Mal. Tal como comenté en los dos reclamos llegamos a las 11 y no había nadie y tampoco atendieron el teléfono. De casualidad pasamos más tarde y nos atendió una persona que no hablaba inglés pero que nos quería contar la estadía otra vez. Al final le pagamos los impuestos por 5€. Veo que es algo normal según las reseñas en Google. Será que hotel.com trabaja con este tipo de hostales?

• BoRam (2/5): 절대 예약하지마세요 - 호텔은 그 자리에 없습니다 후기를 왜 읽어보지 않았는지 앞에서 한참 기다리다가 결국 다른 호텔갔어요 호텔에 전화해두 영어 하나도 안통하고 이름대도 모른다하더니 그냥 끈어버림 절대 예약하지마세요 돈만 날림
• sirokuma (2/5): - チェクイン時間を3-4時で連絡をしていました。3時一寸前に着いたのですが、部屋の清掃ははこれからでした。11泊して途中でタオルの交換などを頼みましたが、明日すると言われたが、結局リネンの交換は最後まで無し！宿泊客が少なく、スタッフがほとんど不在で、トイレットペーパーの交換もギリギリ、キッチンには大小の鍋がひとつだけで包丁すらない！ オーブンがあるがプレートがないので使うことができない。せめてフライパンぐらい置いても良いのでは？不思議なことに使うことが出来ない新品のエスプレッソマシーンが？

• Verified traveler (10/5): 역이랑 진짜 가까움 - 역이랑 진짜 가까워요 그래서 본섬이랑 왔다갔다하기 편해요 그리고 리모델링을 해서 완전 깨끗하고 방도 은근 넓어서 짐 펼쳐놓기 편했어요 드라이기랑 주방기기들도 다 구비되어 있어서 좋구요 근데 리셉션 데스크가 없어서 체크인을 언제 할지 연락을 하고 가는것이 좋습니다 체크아웃하고 나서 짐을 맡기고 싶다면 호스트를 만났을때 언제 찾으러오겠다고 말을 해놔야합니다 싼가격에 역이랑 가까이 숙소를 잡고싶다면 적극 추천합니다
• Fumio (6/5): メストレ駅に近いホテル - ホテルには従業員が常駐していませんが，Expediaのメッセージ経由で1h以内には連絡が取れるようです．ホテルを予約したら，ホテルに何時に到着するかとメッセージが来ますので，早めに連絡した方がよいでしょう．ホテルには洗濯機がありますが，利用するには5ユーロ必要です．500mほど離れたところにあるコインランドリーも洗濯に5ユーロ必要ですが，こちらは乾燥機（2ユーロ）があるのでこちらを利用するのがいいかもしれません．
• Katarzyna (8/5): Great connection with Venice - The staff was really nice and helpful. We got an 'upgrade' because there was an overbooking and we were checked in in another place (Hotel Tito), so this is a review about that accommodation. Our room was spacious and had a private bathroom, so the conditions offered were better than expected (we booked a room with shared bathroom). The room was clean and quiet thanks to double glass in the windows, there was a bus stop next to the building, so I can definitely recommend this place for tourist stay. The only thing I could not be satisfied about was small shower (and the whole bathroom - it was narrow) and quite bad condition of the building (it seems to be old, looking at the holes in the floor covering).
• Krishna (4/5): Pathetic service - We went to check in the hotel at 1 , when we requested for a roll on bed (which was mentioned as available for 15 euro's on site), they demanded 30 euro's and we asked why they replied as if you want it pay 30 euro or else go to h*ll,The owner is not even ready speak with the us or customer care service of hotels.com, finally after a little conversation he denied that there is no roll on bed available and you can do whatever you want. The heaters in the room doesn't work and no one had even picked up calls, we had to stay the whole night in a cold room :(

• lionel (6/5): Bien pour passage rapide - Plus de place dans le B&B donc replacés dan l’hôtel situé à 500m du B&B. Le B&B est situé juste à côté de la gare donc pratique pour prendre le train, mais le quartier, comme souvent autour des gares n'est pas des plus agréable. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit et cela était suffisant.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 滞在者の口コミ見てから判断したほうがいいです！ - チェックインするのに2時間待ちました。記載の電話番号にかけても繋がらず、建物のベルを何度鳴らしても応答がありませんでした。同じくチェックインできてない旅行者の方が最終的に歩いて10分ほどにあるTITOと言うホテルでチェックインできるという情報を探し出しなんとかチェックインができました。彼がいなかったら途方に暮れていました。ベニス滞在が1日だけだったので、venice mestreの駅近さだけで選びましたが後悔してます。スタッフも「電話すればよかったのに」「ボスのせい」と無責任なホステルと感じました。部屋はほこりっぽくベッドのスプリングがかなり古く感じました。
• Sarah (10/5): Je recommande - Nous avons passé 3 jours super. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable elle nous a guidé pour prendre le bus et nous a donné des conseils utiles. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable. De plus l'hôtel est très bien situé juste à côté de la gare de Mestre qui permet de se rendre à Venise en quelques minutes. Je recommande vivement.
• Daniele (8/5): Vado a fare il mio primo triathlon full distance - il servizio è scadente, compatibilmente col prezzo basso dell'alloggio. Il locatore parla poco e male l'italiano è difficile capirsi, ma è molto disponibile. C'è una cucina ma la macchinetta per il caffé è senza cialde, è sostanzialmente un sopramobile. La camera è pulita, il bagno discretamente pulito. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno uno dei 2 bagni era fuori uso, e la seconda notte anche l'altro era allagato per non so quale guasto, ma utilizzabile fortunatamente. I letti della camera sono sfondati, materassi completamente esausti, si sentono le molle che premono sulla schiena. Cuscini idem. La cucina è poco pulita, le stoviglie sono incomplete (i.e. pentola, ma non coperchio, etc.) La zona è pessima, c'è la stazione dietro e poco lontano la strada che va a venezia trafficata anche la notte da autotreni. Ma per mangiare c'è una pizzeria di fronte la casa, poco oltre un bar (che apre probabilmente alle 6:30, non più presto). Inoltre se arrivi col treno puoi evitare taxi o autobus e sei già al B&B. Insomma, se ci si accontenta è accettabile, ma siate preparati
