• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - As the host wrote in the guest book - the apartment offers everything you need to feel good during your stay in travel. We really felt at home. Inside, everything was excellent - and in case of any unexpected situation, we could always ask our housekeeper for help. A great place to stay in Rome! Nothing to do with the host, probably something to do with the plumbing in the building - there was a bad smell coming from the shower in the first bathroom every morning.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the apartments. They were clean and had everything needed for cooking. The room layout is very convenient for a group of four people. The metro is nearby, making it easy to reach any attractions. There’s also a 24-hour store close by. We would definitely stay here again next time!

• Evita (9/5): Very nice - Very nice apartment in quite area. Near shops, metro, restaurant's, Vatican, mini markets. Very nice and helpful hosts. For bigger group of people 2 bathrooms were very convenient. Would recommend to stay! Due power outage, there was no hot water. But host very helpful and supportive and offered solution to occurred issue and also tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Thank you very much!

Apartment was large and well equipped, nice to have 2 bathrooms, area felt safe, pretty quiet at night. Hot water was a little erratic. No drying cloths in kitchen

Super clean and Jane was a g - Super clean, good location, good sized bedrooms and fabulously cold air conditioning There wasn’t a great selection of kitchen equipment and a few of the plates/bowls were chipped.

• Etreshia (7/5): Spacious flat. Clean. Near public transport. Awesome blockout curtains to ensure good sleep in summe - Close to Metro station and Vatican City Many restaurants nearby. I would say the location is just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle area.
• Sukumar (5/5): None of us felt that it met our expectations. - The breakfast was not available. We were 6 people in 2 rooms. we had to make arrangements for our own breakfast. Kitchen facilities were very old. The breakfast table was not spacious enough for 6 people to sit down and eat. We were very concerned that there were no security personel available in the building. Atleast there should have been a reception desk on the ground floor of the property. Because we were 6 people of which 2 16 yr old girls, the sitting area was given converted into a third bed room which was most unusual as booking fees were not cheap.

• Yılmaz (5/5): bad... - The location was very good. The welcome was also very good. It wasn't what it looked like in the photos. It was said that there were 3 rooms. However, one of the rooms consisted of a bed that completely occupied the middle of the already tiny living room. It was very difficult to even move. Also, I'm sorry to say that I noticed the huge stain on the duvet the next day.
• Irina (4/5): Despite the good location, closed to Vatican, noting was clean neither inside, nor outside. - It was very easy to get the keys, the location administrator was nice and responsive. They even accepted to leave our luggage before the official check in hours, however we entered within the apartment at the check in time. The apartment was not cleaned properly (the mirror from the bathroom was dirty with fingers traces, the armchair was dirty, the linen full of various types of stains ... from red to yellow, towels were stained too). The sofa was also dirty and extensively used. On the balcony it was a noisy machinery turning on and off regularly, including during the night. One of the lamps from bedroom was broken. There were also some construction works in the neighbors' apartments and a drill started in the morning every day of our 5 days stay. Outside, around the building, in the neighborhood, was dirty and lot of garbage on the streets. Actually, nothing was "luxury". I have added pictures in the description for each reader's own judgment (and some with stains highlighted).

It has all the utilities needed for a few days stay, comfortable double beds with private bathrooms for each bedroom. Terrance chairs were dusty and the glasses were dirty

I appreciated the late check in and was very aware of the extra charge. Would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat. It would be nice to have a simple set of instructions for the cooking hob in the guest booklet.
• Betlehem (8/5): All in all, considering the place is not far from a metro station, it was good. Both Olga and Julia were helpful and rea - The master bedroom, the bathrooms and the living area. The two sigle beds we requested were very narrow for adults and as the beds were on a wheel, they moved a lot.
• Osama (10/5): Nice and clean place to stay in. - Everything Happy to stay there and the host is very active and helpful I did not like the idea of Card in electricity When I leave the room I want to charge my devices and batteries. I think the host is very cautious about the safety and that is right.

• Anonymous (9/5): Great stay for fhe family in a convenient location - Very functional, neat and clean apartment. Ideal for a family, the owner added a cot and even a highchair for our baby which was super helpful. Very flexible with check in / out times - ideal for travelling to the main visiting sights, just a few minutes from the metro station and on the same street there is a 24/7 supermarket and lots of shops as needed. Mattress was ok but not super comfortable - but its a tiny detail

• Michelle (8/5): Lovely and far from the crowds. - This apartment was very clean, beautiful, and provides all you need (kitchen & kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens, bedding, elevator, etc). The host even provided some wine and fruit as a thoughtful gesture to welcome us. The check-in process was seamless and the host was easily available & able to be reached. The location is extremely close to the metro and bus stops, and there are groceries, pharmacies, and little markets nearby. This apartment was far from the over crowded center city. What stuck out most, was the noise that was activated when the water was turned on. It made it difficult to sleep in one of the bedrooms, if someone was staying in the adjacent apartment, coming in late, and staying up much later then we were. Ear plugs helped, but it was an unavoidable nuisance and nothing that could have been controlled, and that is why we didn’t communicate this to the host. I would also recommend more comfortable pillows as well.

They were very accommodating with storing our bags before the room was ready. Of the 4 places we stayed in Italy this was our favorite accommodation. It felt like we were staying like a local resident. Near what we needed with great information from host in advance. We liked having twin beds in second room - great for families.

• Tami (9/5): Great little apartment, - Great little apartment, prefect for a family, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spotless clean, nice little balcony, comfy beds, great hostess. Close to the Vatican (10 min. walk only). The kitchen table couldn't accommodate 5 people (tall chairs, couldn't pull in another regular one, so one ended standing up), a bit cramp, the 3rd bed was in the leaving room, which left no space around the kitchen.

The location is very close to Cipro metro stop making it easy to get around Rome to see the sights. The owner was prompt and responsive to messages. Olga was sweet as could be and very accommodating to get us checked in to the apartment.

• Damir (1/5): Bad - The location was perfect. Overall experience was terrible! First, it started with charging an extra 10 eur for an organized airport transfer, so we paid 65 Eur insted of 55 Eur. Later on it was refunded. The apartment itself was spacious and perfectly located. However, noone told us that there is a water hearting device placed on the balcony that heats water for this apartment and apartment next to this one -apparently run by the same ower. The device worked on and off all the time and at nights it was really loud since the outside noise was reduced. It was only 2m from the bed and it felt like you've got jackhammering directly into your head. After spending a sleepless night we complained about it and the management agreed that we can turn that off during the night. Shortly after they changed their mind and advised us to get ear plugs :/ No bottled water, shampoos or shower gels available at the property.
