They didn't give it on the same floor and to top that they restricted the access to other floors. AC wasn't working properly in one of the rooms. Despite complaining multiple times, the issue wasn't fixed

The place hasn’t changed as much, and I quite like that. The staff and management are all lovely individuals and will ensure your stay a pleasant one, I guarantee that.

We had hosted a customer meet event of our company at this property and the service and responsiveness of the staff was excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Nothing was complaint worthy.
• Amrutlal (7/5): Friendly staff . - Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Check-in staff did not appear to have the responsibility to make their own decisions. They referred us to Booking.Com for further clarifications to our requests ref. cancellation request for a single night for one of the booked rooms. Extremely difficult to contact Booking.com in person from the hotel lobby/room. In the end we paid for a room which was left vacant for one night.
• Rob (8/5): I'll definitely be going back! - Rooms were lovely. Large and very comfortable beds. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless every day. The hotel was really pleasant. The smallish gym was well equipped and the clean pool was very welcome after a hot day. The staff were very friendly though not all of them had sufficient English to even answer basic questions. The barman and front desk staff did speak good English, the barman was super friendly and charming. Laundry was done brilliantly same day. I was there for 9 days. A couple of small problems were not sorted out at first attempt... the kettle broke, it was "fixed" then immediately broke the next time I tried it. The mini bar wasn't re-stocked, and even I asked at main reception, it still wasn't re stocked until I asked a second time. These are small things, and are pretty trivial, but since you asked for negatives, there they are.

• Vinod (8/5): Very good - Location: It was at a walking distance to central Panjim. The beach is very near to the hotel. Breakfast: I could manage to get the choices for my diet. However they had patries and cakes. These could be reduced and replaced by dates, figs, raisins, stir fried vegetables etc. Room: It was big room and very quiet. Staff: Always helpful and polite. I do not understant why hotels have to keep pastries. These are ultra processed foods and causes insulin resistance. I wish they are replaced by healthy foods like millets.

• Tiffany (2/5): Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Far from a 5-Star Hotel! - Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel We stayed at this hotel expecting a luxurious 5-star experience. Unfortunately, what we got was a nightmare of terrible service, shocking hygiene issues, and managers who gaslit us at every turn. Here’s a breakdown of the horrific experience: Bed Preferences Ignored: We specifically requested certain bed arrangements when booking our 5 rooms. Upon arrival, nothing was as requested, and the staff was unwilling to make accommodations. Disgusting Room Conditions: Our room smelled of urine when we first walked in, and we found stains on the carpet. Even after cleaning, the stench lingered. It was unsanitary and completely unacceptable. Key Card Fiasco: The room keys were a constant issue. We were lucky if they worked at all. After explaining the problem to the staff, they gaslit us, claiming it was our fault for keeping the keys near our phones, which they insisted wouldn’t affect the cards. We know how to handle room keys – this was clearly a fault on their end. Elevator Issues: Due to our key card malfunctions, we found ourselves trapped between floors in the elevator. In addition, our brother-in-law was stranded in the hallway for 40 minutes, unable to enter our room, with no updates or assistance from staff. Broken Toilet: The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly and emitted loud, unpleasant noises. No effort was made to fix it, despite multiple complaints. Terrible Response Times: It took the staff 1.5 hours to deliver towels and robes to our room. This delay, combined with the other issues, made us feel as if the hotel had zero interest in customer service. We booked five rooms for two nights, expecting a high-end experience. What we received was comparable to a low-budget, poorly managed motel. Both managers, Ashley Fernandes and Vasudin Joggi, were unhelpful, dismissive, and gaslit us, offering a pathetic “10% off dinner” (we had already planned to eat elsewhere) and late checkout as consolation. This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star experience – at b

The rooms are spacious & clean . The Miramar beach is very close to the hotel and there are many other restaurants close to the hotel. We had a memorable stay there.

• Rekha (10/5): Fortune Miramar, THANK YOU SO MUCH for a "LUXURIOUS" stay, after 4 weeks in India, it certainly was! - We absolutely LOVED our stay at Fortune Miramar. The location and just a hop, skip and jump to the Miramar Beach was a pleasant surprise. Whilst we did not eat at your restaurant, we were very impressed with the surrounding restaurants close by. The best Biriyani after travelling through India for 4 weeks was at Biriyani by Kilo!!! WOW AMAZING!!! Your TEAM MEMBERS were very welcoming and were always willing to assist. They were very helpful with sourcing a driver for us so we could explore GOA as much as we could! THANK YOU!!! The room was spacious, very clean and maintained beautifully everyday and the bathroom, the shower was HEAVENLY :-). THANK YOU VERY MUCH Fortune Miramar, Goa. If I ever come back to Goa, I will certainly be staying with you!!! Nothing really. I have nothing negative to say about my stay with you! Your HOME was just as COMFORTABLE as MY OWN HOME and I LOVED staying with you for our very short trip to GOA. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
• Sedric (9/5): Superb - The staff was absolutely amazing very cheerful and the another thing that liked was when me and my wife was having food the one of the staff would just look over our kid while we enjoy our food which I found very rare in many hotels please keep this up .the food was awesome. And loved everything thing over there . I loved the spread of the breakfast especially the American style . Nothing bothered me there.
