• Matt (10/5): Perfect location - This is the ideal location for seeing all of the amazing wonders Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere and found this to be the perfect spot for getting around. 15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, 19 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 20 minutes to the Colosseum and 25 minutes to Vatican City. The local restaurants were fantastic and clothing shops were very affordable. Plenty of convenience stores too. The staff were very helpful.

• Ana (10/5): Perfecto. Repetiría sin duda - La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por monti y también tiene transporte para ir a otros lugares de forma cómoda. La cama es muy cómoda y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. No se escucha a nadie a pesar de estar paralelo a la nazionale Que el baño no esté dentro de la habitación es un poco incómodo porque tienes que salir al pasillo e ir con la llave cada vez que vas, pero lo cierto es que está limpísimo y ninguna de las veces que he salido me he encontrado con nadie. Así que es más bien la costumbre de tener el baño dentro de la habitación.
• Helena (10/5): - La ubicación del departamento es excelente. Cerca de Termini...se puede ir caminando si no vas muy cargado. Ademas en la.misma cuadra muchas opciones para desayuno y cenas. El interior del departamento muy grande para nosotras dos por eso fue comodisimo. Esta ubicado en una calle muy silenciosa por lo que se puede descansar muy bien. Las camas bien cómodas. Siempre limpio....Y un comentario aparte para Chiara que siempre nos atendió muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho! Nada!!! Volvería!!

I would stay there again just because of her. The room was always very clean w comfy bed. Close to many attractions. Walkable or taxi if you’d prefer. I was a little surprise at the size of the room. That’s the only downside.

Kúpeľňa mimo izby, nabudúce by som volila variantu izba s kúpeľnou . Bola čistá a privátna ale bolo to nepohodlne.

• Alessandra (5/5): - La posizione ottima e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout Pareti sottilissime, come se i vicini fossero in camera nostra. L’acqua del bidet usciva solo fredda e la chiave della porta principale del piano apriva ANCHE la nostra camera. Quindi tutti gli altri ospiti con la chiave della porta principale avrebbero potuto aprire anche camera nostra. Il codice non funzionava sulla nostra porta quindi servivano le chiavi.

A special thanks to the receptionist—she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the flexibility of a late checkout at 11:30 am, which fit perfectly with our travel plans. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Grazie! The AC was a bit loud

• Carolina (10/5): - Limpio, cómodo, cerca de todo y a la vez en una calle tranquila. Puedes ir andando al centro, al coliseo o a la estación de tren en 10-15 minutos. Tienes autobuses que te dejan muy bien también si vas más lejos y en taxi te puedes mover bien también, haciendo trayectos más o menos cortos. El personal fue súper amable. Pudimos dejar las cosas en el apartamento al llegar aunque no era la hora del check in aún y nos guardaron las cosas después del check out para poder seguir disfrutando de la ciudad hasta nuestra marcha al aeropuerto. Todo bien

• Gian Mario (9/5): - Ottima accoglienza. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci ha permesso di depositare i bagagli prima dell'orario del check in. La stanza è molto pulita, inoltre è disponibile, nella parte comune, una piccola cucina con microonde, bollitore e frigorifero. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, la nostra camera confinava con il bagno dei vicini che, essendo partiti molto presto al mattino, ci hanno svegliato.

• Lars (8/5): Fantastische locatie in Rome met bijna alle faciliteiten nodig. - De locatie is echt fantastisch. Midden in een super leuke en levendige wijk wat ook nog eens vlak bij verschillende highlights ligt. Een aantal kleine dingen ontbraken wel echt in het appartement, iets kleins als een vaatdoek had bijvoorbeeld heel fijn geweest aangezien er geen vaatwasser was en maar 2 van alles, 2 borden, 2 waterglazen, 2 wijnglazen, etc. Ook leek het alsof de tafel bij de wasbak bijna van de muur af zou vallen zo scheef hing het.

• Nimrod (8/5): היה מצויין, נשמח לחזור שוב - המלון איננו כולל ארוחת בוקר, יש אפשרות לאכול בבית קפה סמוך. לא ידוע לנו אם זה בהסדר תשלום. זהו בניין דירות במקום מאוד נוח מרכזי ונעים. כניסה לבניין עם קוד כניסה גם לבניין וגם לדירה עצמה. שכרנו דירת 2 חדרים עם מטבח מסודר. הדירה היתה מאוד נקיה המיטה טובה מאוד, עובדה מאוד חשובה מבחינתנו. התקבלנו ע"י פקידה מאוד נעימה שעזרה לנו בהזמנת מקום למסעדה מעולה בהמלצתה. זה לא ניתן לשיפור, רק לידיעה. הדירה שלנו היתה בקומת הכניסה, ומכיוון שהבניה צפופה, היא היתה די חשוכה. לא ממש משנה.

• ilsignoredeglialberghi94 (10/5): - Struttura situata a circa 12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini nel cuore del Rione Monti e situata all'interno di un palazzo storico. L'appartamento era moderno, pulito e ben tenuto, così come il bagno, unica pecca il rumore che c'era quando si chiudeva il rubinetto (ma stiam parlando di piccolezze). Per il prezzo richiesto si auspica che almeno la colazione sia inclusa. Un altro punto forte è la costante disponibilità e presenza dello staff tramite WhatsApp, pronto a fornirti sia il codice per accedere al palazzo e all'appartamento sia aiuto per qualsiasi evenienza. Se avremo modo di tornare, lo faremo.

Mais à de prix, j’aurais choisi un vrai hôtel tant qu’à ne pas avoir de cuisine… - L’emplacement central, la grande propreté et la gentillesse du personnel. La qualité du matelas était surprenante aussi. L’absence systématique d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche; l’absence de tablette ou support pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain : l’employé est obligé de déposer les serviettes sur les lits - du jamais vu!!! Et surtout surtout l’absence de cuisinette dans la chambre tel que le montre le site web Booking. Une fois sur place, on nous dit qu’il fallait réserver un “ appartement “ ou une “ suite “ pour y avoir accès, mais c’est précisément pour avoir une cuisinette que nous avions choisi cet appartement. Un racoin cuisine offrant seulement un lavabo et un micro-onde était disponible, mais pas de vaisselle ni d’ustensiles et la plaque de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de plateau bouilloire dans la chambre non plus, Provablenent pas manque d’espace… De plus, la valise passait difficilement entre le mur et le coin du lit!!!
