Denise (7/5): Hotek o.k. - Frühstück, Pool und Balkon.. Dusche war schlecht da Temperatur sehr schwanked und der Druck zu wenig war! Park Garage war schon voll, wir mussten mit einen sehr, sehr engen Parkplatz bei der Schranke vorlieb nehmen und trotzdem 12 Euro bezahlen!

Mario (5/5): Front desk made no eye contact to welcome us and each time I asked a question she would redirect the answers to my wife. - Location, room cleanliness and comfort Room service was understaffed and called our room to have myself or my wife to pick up our food order in the hotel kitchen. When I expressed my shock at the response, staff said they would deliver to the room. 5 minutes later staff member called to say he was too busy and couldn’t deliver. I asked to speak to the manager and he hang up on me and quickly delivered the food. Very unprofessional guest service.

Kristiana (7/5): - Amazing view from the balcony, good breakfast. Very nice, clean room. Pool towels in the room and everything that one would need. Bed has a simple spring mattress that does not fit the price and level of hotel. While sleeping you can feel the springs. There is no top mattress. Bed was comfortable enough, hust not the level you would expect. Also we booked a room with queen size bed, but it was two beds pushed together.

TAISSA Garcez (7/5): Foi boa. Mas esperava mais. - Gostei muito do quarto, muito confortável e espacioso, e o hotel é muito novo e limpo. A piscina não estava funcionando, não havia percebido que não possui sauna, o que foi uma pena e uma frustração. A garagem do hotel tem a entrada muito apertada e nosso carro arrastou o fundo tanto para entrar como para sair, pois possui uma lombada muito alta de um lado. Deixamos o carro na rua. Para um hotel 4 estrelas, os equipamentos do ginásio precisam de manutenção. O aparelho com cordas estava ruim para utilizar devido à falta de óleo ou algo assim. E por último, nosso pequeno-almoço foi às 10:00 e não conseguimos mesas limpas ou xícaras, por exemplo, para tomar café, pois eram poucos os funcionários (que estavam se esforçando para atender) e o hotel estava cheio.

Ester (9/5): Breve estancia. - Está bien situado, el personal de atención en recepción son muy amables. Nos informaron muy bien, nos dieron indicaciones muy útiles. Tiene parking en la calle frente a la puerta del hotel. La habitación era pequeña y un precio elevado en temporada baja.

Michel (10/5): Localisation sur le bord de la mer. Bons petit déjeuners et confort de l’hôtel en font un choix très intéressant. - La localisation de l’hôtel près de la mer mais un peu excentré du tumulte du centre-ville était en plein ce que nous attendions. Les chambres avec balcon et vue sur mer apportent une expérience très intéressante de l’endroit.

Paloma (1/5): WATCH OUT!! BIG SCAM!! - NOTHING WATCH OUT!! BIG SCAM!! When we arrived, we were checked in a hotel room that had the toilet still uncleaned with what seemed "human waste". They said to justify, that it was a melted cookie... as we cared. The fact is, toilet was dirty with a brown waste on it. After our disgust, we were moved to another room, of worse quality and views, which had NO hot water for over more than 12 hours. We complained about everything in the most subtle way, but we didn't even get a proper followed up. We had to be the one phoning the reception to understand the situation. Lastly, when we went for breakfast and we found a bone in the scrambled eggs. It was an absolute disaster. We tried to speak gently with the staff and director of the hotel and still today, we haven't received the refund of our stay which we have formally claimed.

JCMBarcelona (9/5): Un hotel recomanable per una estada breu a Cascais - L'hotel és molt agradable i les instal·lacions estan en molt bon estat. L'habitació és àmplia i còmoda i el bany ben nou i net. Ens van fer un up-grade i ens van donar una habitació amb vistes al mar, quan havíem pagat per una més econòmica amb vistes a la ciutat. Un detall per la seva part. El personal molt amable i eficient. Hi ha espai al carrer per aparcar gratuïtament sense problema. Es pot anar caminant en 10 o 15 minut per un camí mollt agradable al costat del mar fins a la Boca do inferno, tot i que aquest lloc, que és molt turístic, no ens va semblar res de l'altre món. La piscina no funcionava perquè estava en manteniment o reparació... crec que haurien d'avisar en el moment de fer la reserva, perquè pot ser un dels alicients per anar a aquest hotel. Està apartat de la ciutat i és necessari el cotxe per anar al centre, o bé per anar a la platja, ja que la costa del voltant és tot penyasegat.

Terin R. (9/5): Vistas impresionantes - Situacion ideal. Al lado de un paseo maritimo que lleva al pueblo, a 20 minutos caminando. Se puede ir andando a la boca del infierno. El hotel esta nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias. El dasayuno muy completo, tenia un poco de todo.Una estancia muy agradable, Todo bien, nada negativo que comentar. Solo que no tienen habitaciones comunicadas, reservamos dos, 2 adultos + 2 niños de 13 años, y como estaba lleno, a pesar de indicarlo con antelacion, de que nos las dieran seguidas, nos las dieron en la misma planta pero pasillos distintos.
